Abstract

Student achievement improvement in sub-subjects can be done with various methods so that it can be achieved. CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) is one of them. This research was conducted using a qualitative method, a case study type. Informants from KSK FAZA MTs Nurul Jadid through interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis of the data with data collection, data reduction and conclusion. The validity of the data using triangulation (researchers, data sources, methods and theories). The results of the study explained that the implementation of CTL in improving student learning achievement in Arabic material was carried out by applying story-based media in improving maharah kitabah, through two stages, namely in the odd semester mufrodat enrichment, text analysis, and composing simple sentences. In the even semester giving meaning with synonyms of the same sentence, memorizing, depositing, writing understanding and narrative descriptions. While the inhibiting factors in the ineffectiveness of effective days are caused by Pesantren or regional activities that require KSK students to attend, short duration of learning time, lack of mastery of mufrodat, varying students' ability to grasp subject matter. While the supporting factors for the application of this learning media are KSK students' competence in maharah kitabah, the habit of writing in Arabic and having competence in understanding the rules of nahwu and shorrof.

Abstract

This study aims to explore technology interventions in educational environments, focusing on technology adaptation as a critical case study. This study highlights how institutions with limited resources can design innovative strategies for integrating technology into learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with a comprehensive research design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis with 15 key informants, comprising school leaders, educators, and students. Triangulation techniques were used to ensure data validity. The results showed that, despite facing infrastructure limitations, successful adaptive strategies were implemented, including a projector rotation system and a hybrid learning model. This strategy increased student engagement by 35% and reduced teacher preparation time by around 20%. The application of technology to focus on productive subjects enables the visualisation of complex concepts more effectively, strengthens student understanding, and bridges theory and practice. This study confirms that digital transformation in education relies not only on technological infrastructure but also on educators’ creative capacity to redesign pedagogical approaches. This study offers a conceptual framework for effective technology integration in resource-constrained educational settings, providing a novel contribution to the literature on constraint-based digital learning innovation.

Abstract

The Educational Costing Plan is a crucial financial planning for education that plays a significant role in realizing the quality of educational services in educational institutions. This is important to consider because the decision on cost estimation for all components of educational management in an educational institution will be well-thought-out, directed, and targeted to provide implemented services that continually improve in a cyclical manner. This research aims to find steps in planning cost estimation for all components of educational management, thereby serving as a strategy to enhance the quality of education services offered to the community in a specific manner. The research adopts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach by using published research results from books, SINTA-indexed journals, or Scopus as the focus or references to be reviewed. The research findings indicate that cost planning can be a crucial strategy in improving the quality of educational services when implemented through steps such as using ESD as a reference for developing an Educational Financing Plan, formulating priority programs in education financing, analysing resources in school education financing, detailed recording of income and expenditure in RKAS, and planning the strengthening of work control systems and the use of educational cost.

Abstract

The implementation of financing models in educational institutions generally relates to the management of financial resources to ensure operational sustainability and the improvement of educational service quality. An effective and efficient financing model is one that contributes to service quality enhancement, enables the achievement of targeted outcomes, supports human resource empowerment, fosters community participation, and strengthens the stability and long-term sustainability of educational institutions. This study employs a qualitative research approach, specifically descriptive qualitative design. Informants include the leadership and caretakers of Pondok Pesantren Al-Mashduqiah, as well as human resources within the finance and facilities directorates, selected through purposive sampling and supplemented with snowball sampling. Data analysis consists of data collection, reduction, display, and conclusion drawing.Findings reveal that Pondok Pesantren Al-Mashduqiah applies a hybrid financing scheme combining the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model and the Need-Based Financing Model. Implementation is carried out through systematic need assessments of institutional units, PPP planning based on these assessments, integrated budgeting that combines BOS funding, regional/national government budgets (APBD/APBN), government grants, donor support through UPIZ Al-Mashduqiah, private sector contributions (DUDI), foundation funds, and independent economic initiatives, followed by continuous monitoring and evaluation aligned with financing targets.
