Abstract

This research is related to the implementation of the independent curriculum at MAN 2 Palembang. The study explores the process of implementing the independent curriculum in the madrasah. The research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data collection, data presentation, verification, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results and discussion, the implementation has been carried out in accordance with the regulations set by the government. In the implementation of this curriculum, several activities have been conducted, including providing an understanding of the concept of the independent curriculum to all relevant parties, organizing training for educators, developing teaching materials according to the standards of the independent curriculum, fostering collaboration and cooperation in the field of education, and utilizing technology in the teaching process. With the implementation of the independent curriculum, the classroom becomes more dynamic and responsive, meeting the individual needs of students and the requirements of the madrasah.

Abstract

Abstract: Islamic education in the current millennial era has experienced significant developments throughout its history, in this millennial era as well. In today's digital and information technology era, the development of Islamic education faces new challenges and an opportunity. It presents how Islamic education adapts to social trends and changes in the current millennial era. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, with a descriptive approach. The informants of this study were 9 students of the Raden Fatah State University of Palembang, Indonesia. Data was collected through observation, literature study and interviews. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative analysis, so that in-depth conclusions were obtained from the problems studied. The results of this study are first, the form of challenges that occur in the development of Islamic education in the millennial youth era which often occur in the present are: (1) the influence of social media (2) the influence of outside culture (3) technological advances (4) moral decadence ( 5) minimal understanding of religion (6) moral challenges. Researchers found challenges that could affect the development of Islamic education in the current millennial era. Second, important factors that can influence Islamic education in the current millennial era are: (1) having a solid Islamic foundation (2) having strong moral values (3) overcoming the challenges of the times (4) forming an identity (5) build an understanding of Islam (6) develop morals. these factors strengthen to fight challenges in the development of Islamic education in the millennial era.Keywords: Islamic Education, Millennial Era

Abstract

Peran kepala sekolah sebagai edukator dalam menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis digital adalah kemampuan dan tanggung jawab kepala sekolah dalam membina, membimbing, serta meningkatkan kualitas guru dan proses pembelajaran melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital secara efektif dan terarah. Dalam hal ini, kepala sekolah tidak hanya berperan sebagai pemimpin administratif, tetapi juga sebagai pendidik (edukator) yang secara langsung mempengaruhi keberhasilan pembelajaran berbasis digital di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah sebagai edukator dalam menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis digital serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapannya di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 2 Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan informan kepala sekolah sebagai informan kunci, serta guru dan operator sebagai informan pendukung. Analisis data menggunakan langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan uji keabsahan data melalui triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah berperan baik sebagai edukator dalam menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis digital melalui beberapa upaya, yaitu membimbing, meningkatkan kesiapan guru dan peserta didik, mendorong peningkatan profesionalisme tenaga pendidik dalam pembelajaran digital, serta mendukung penyediaan dan pemanfaatan sarana teknologi pembelajaran. Faktor pendukung penerapan pembelajaran digital di MIN 2 Palembang meliputi Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang inovatif, Kesiapan Guru dalam Memanfaatkan Teknologi, Sarana dan Prasarana dan Dukungan orang tua. Adapun faktor penghambatnya yaitu sarana dan akses teknologi yang kurang stabil. Dengan demikian, peran kepala sekolah sangat penting dalam mendorong keberhasilan penerapan pembelajaran berbasis digital di sekolah.
