The research purpose is to know the leadership head school and, the culture of religion at the school as the impact of the development culture of religion at Jabal Hikmah Suwangi Islamic Middle School findings study This is: Leadership at Jabal Hikmah Suwangi Islamic Middle School is supportive/democratic leadership that is oriented towards vision and mission, decides with method discussion as well as take policies that don't harm party anywhere. Culture religion applied at Jabal Hikmah Suwangi Islamic Middle School is uniform Islamic schools: 1) boys wear a shirt green, black pants, and a skullcap (piece) and 2) Women wear clothes brackets colored green, skirt black, and green hijab with the Jabal Hikmah logo on it. Abstract

Education is business conscious and planned for realizing atmosphere learning and the learning process for participants educate in a way active develop potency himself for own religious spiritual power, control self, personality, intelligence, morals noble, as well necessary skills himself, society, nation, and state. Study This aims to know There are different results study students using a learning model think pair share (TPS) and numbered heads together (NHT) class X MA DA Jerowaru. Study This is a study experiment. The population is all over student class X MA DA Jerowaru. Research sample involving 2 classes totaling 75 students Class X MA DA Jerowaru is determined with a simple random sampling technique. Class XI totaling 36 students, was given treatment with a learning model thinks pair share (TPS), and temporary class X.II, totaling 39, was given treatment with a learning model numbered heads together (NHT). The research design used is a “post-test only design”. Data collection techniques were carried out with the use of method test subjective form essay. Whereas technique analysis of the data used for the test hypothesis is a two-party t-test (polled variance). The calculation of the results obtained amounted to 8.35 wheas mark t_tabelof 1.99 with a signifance level of 5%. Based on subcription tha result > then it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there are differences in student learning outcomes using the thinks pair share (TPS) and numbered heads together (NHT) learning models for class X MA DA Jerowaru.

Abstract

Education is defined as a business consciously done by humans to increase the quality of self so that capable people build themselves, their religion, their nation, and their country. More specifically, education is business conscious and planned for realizing atmosphere learning and the learning process for participants educate in a way active develop potency himself for own religious spiritual power, control self, personality, intelligence, morals noble, as well necessary skills himself, society, nation, and state. Study This aims to know the application of the Learning Model Cooperative Group Investigation (GI) in Improving Performance Study Student Class VII of Keruak 1 Public Middle School. The type of research used is study action class (PTK). The data obtained from activity observation from every cycle was analyzed in a way descriptive with the use of technique percentage to see a trend that occurs in the learning process. Subject study this is student Class VII of SMPN 1 Keruak, totaling 30 people. The research results obtained from cycle I ie 18 students completed, and no 12 people completed. The average activity score of 10.37 students was categorized as Enough active, complete Study obtained 60% with an average score of 63.83 with amount 18 students completed. In cycle II the average activity for students was 12.33 with the category active whereas the completeness Study by 90% with amount 27 students completed. From the results data analysis can concluded that the application of learning models Group Investigation (GI) can increase the performance of Study Student Class VII at SMPN 1 Keruak.

Abstract

This research is an experimental type that aims to determine the differences in the use of the Quiz Team learning method with the STAD learning method on interest and learning outcomes. The subjects of this study were 63 students of class VIII of SMPN 1 Jerowaru. The sample in this study was 61 students of class VIII of SMPN 1 Jerowaru, experimental class I using the Quiz Team learning method and experimental class II using the STAD learning method. Data collection techniques used questionnaire and test techniques. Data analysis techniques used normality tests, homogeneity tests and hypothesis tests using the t-test formula. The results of the study obtained from the average value of learning interest for experimental class I = 64.5333. While for experimental class II the average value = 58.0323, there is a difference or difference in the average value between experimental class I and experimental class II of 6.501 and the results of the hypothesis test using the t-test formula = 5.8098. And the results of the study obtained from the average value of learning outcomes for experimental class I = 83.4667, while for experimental class II = 80.87097, there is a difference or difference in the average value between experimental class I and experiment II of 2.59573. The results of the hypothesis test of the learning interest variable using the t-test formula = 5.8098, while the results of the hypothesis test of the learning outcome variable using the t-test formula = 2.0414. From the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a significant difference using the Quiz Team learning method with the STAD learning method on the interests and learning outcomes of class VIII in integrated social studies subjects at SMPN 1 Jerowaru.

Service strategy Tourism Lombok East plays a big role as a motivator, facilitator, and dynamist in realizing the enhancement of visiting tourists as well as the welfare of the community in Tete Batu village. So from Thus the department's strategy for tourism is immediately optimal and deep For building a society capable of making Tete Batu become a tourist world. The type of research carried out is study qualitative with a approach descriptive where is the data obtained? through observation, interviews, and documentation. As for the informants in the study, this is one of the heads and secretary service East Lombok tourism, field marketing prawisata, head of Tete Batu Village, chairman pokdarwis, and perpetrators of business Tete Batu Village tour. Research results show that service strategy tourism increases amount tourists. Abstract

A strategy is a plan that contains a series of activities designed to achieve educational goals. The problem in this research is that students don’t like mathematics lessons because they are considered boring and some of the reasons why students don’t like calculations are because mathematics lessons are considered too difficult, complicated, draining their minds, and also boring. That above can be understood especially if when learning mathematics the material is presented in a super serious way. This research aims to determine teacher strategies, factors inhibiting the implementation of teacher strategies, and their solutions at MI NW Keruak. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, data is obtained by observing, interviewing, and documenting. The validity of the researcher's data uses triangulation techniques. Data analysis was carried out in four stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of this research show that classroom management is an effort made by teachers to help create optimal conditions. Classroom management is the art or practice of work where the teacher works individually with or through other people to optimize class resources for the creation of an effective and efficient learning process, as well as effective singing methods and squad game methods carried out by a teacher so that mathematics learning is not boring.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is a process of carrying out new, creative, different, or innovative activities in an effort to obtain something for oneself and provide added value to society. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence entrepreneurship learning and motivation have on entrepreneurial interest in class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Keruak in terms of individual parameter significance and simultaneous significance. This study was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Keruak on 65 respondents as research samples. The type of research used is ex post facto with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling while data collection uses questionnaire and documentation techniques. data analysis methods using a Likert scale. The variables proposed are entrepreneurship learning and motivation. The results of this study indicate that (a) entrepreneurship learning has a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest in class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Keruak. (b) motivation has a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest in class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Keruak. (c) Entrepreneurship learning and motivation have a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest in class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Keruak because it has a value of 0.000 on entrepreneurial interest in class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Keruak which means it has a significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. The Determination Coefficient (R Square) is 0.519, which shows that entrepreneurship learning and motivation significantly affect the entrepreneurial interest of class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Keruak by 51.9%, while the remaining 48.1% is influenced by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

Education is not merely trying to achieve learning outcomes, but how to obtain learning outcomes or processes that occur in children. Thus, in education, the process and learning outcomes must run in balance. This study aims to determine how to improve student learning outcomes through the use of edutainment-based learning methods in social studies subjects at MI NW Tenges-enges. The application of conventional methods is still widely applied in schools so that students find it difficult to understand social studies materials or subjects. The research method uses classroom action research (CAR) research conducted with a sample of 21 students in class V MI NW Tenges-enges. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, student learning outcome tests, and documentation. The data analysis techniques are quantitative and qualitative. Based on the results of classroom action research conducted by researchers, the use of edutainment-based learning methods can improve student learning outcomes. It was obtained an increase in student learning outcomes in cycle I with an average value of 69.48 from 21 students, only 14 people got the complete category with classical completeness of 68.96% with the highest value of 90 and the lowest value of 60 and experienced an increase in cycle II with an average value of 80, where there were 14 students getting the complete category with classical completeness of 96.55%. So it is concluded that the increase in student learning outcomes from cycle I and cycle II increased by 25%.

Abstract

In facing the era of global competition, the government must be able to prepare qualified and reliable human resources. Preparing qualified and reliable human resources can be done through skills and entrepreneurship training. This study was conducted with the following objectives: 1) To determine the role of the village head in increasing the interest in entrepreneurship in the community in Sukaraja Village, Jerowaru District; 2) To determine the efforts of the Village Head in utilizing village assets as a source of community entrepreneurship in Sukaraja Village, Jerowaru District; and 3) To determine the influence of entrepreneurship on the success of MSMEs in Sukaraja Village, Jerowaru District. In addition, this study was conducted with the aim of identifying effective strategies that can be applied by the village head to stimulate interest in entrepreneurship at the village level. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques use observation, interview and documentation methods. The subjects of this study were the Head of Sukaraja Village, the Sukaraja Village Government and the Sukaraja Village Community. The results of this study indicate that the village head can play a key role in increasing interest in entrepreneurship by implementing various strategies, such as providing entrepreneurship training, facilitating access to resources, and forming partnerships with related institutions. In addition, active support in promoting local businesses and developing instructors who support entrepreneurship have also proven effective. This study contributes to further understanding of the role of village heads in supporting entrepreneurship development in Suakraja village, while also providing guidance for village governments in designing more effective policies in increasing community interest and involvement in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

In today's era of globalization, business competition is marked by major changes in the global economic system. Business competition is becoming increasingly fierce, technological advances are becoming more dynamic, and consumer tastes have fundamentally shifted, which in turn are causing socioeconomic changes. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on purchasing intensity in the tofu industry. The population in this study is the total number of customers who shop at the tofu industry in Lenek Village, Aikmel District. While the sample is 94 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used Accidental Sampling and to obtain data through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis consisting of the f-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination test. The test was carried out using SPSS 15.0 for Windows. The data used are primary and secondary data. Based on the results of the study above, it can be concluded that the quality of service should be improved, especially regarding communication, attention as a learning community. In addition, the industry also needs to establish good relationships with customers so that customers remain loyal to the industry's products.
