Abstract

The influence of market orientation, competitive advantage on the sustainability of MSMEs This research aims to analyze how market orientation in business sustainability and increase competitive advantage in a business. This research method uses a quantitative method that aims to explain the relative relationship between the variables investigated and the effects of other variables. The results of the above research can provide a superior strategy for the sustainability of MSMEs and achieve superior competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial competence, product innovation, MSME performance, and MSME sustainability are four important factors needed by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to face environmental challenges in a dynamic business world and achieve high business performance. This study aims to examine the influence of entrepreneurial competence, product innovation, MSME performance, and MSME sustainability. This research was conducted on MSMEs in Waingapu City. The sample in the study was 100 MSMEs determined through the purposive sampling method. Data was collected through a survey with questionnaire distribution. The data analysis technique uses a structural equation model with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of the study show that entrepreneurial competence does not have a significant positive effect on the performance of MSMEs, but product innovation has a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs and the performance of MSMEs has a significant positive effect on the sustainability of MSMEs. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurial competence, product innovation, and MSME performance towards the sustainability of MSMEs are accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the factors that drive the performance of MSMEs in Waingapu City. This study investigates the relationship between Social Media, Market Orientation, and Knowledge Competency and MSME performance. The respondents were MSMEs in the food and service sector in Waingapu City, with a total of 100 people. The analysis was carried out through validity, probability, classical, descriptive, and multiple linear assumption tests, using SPSS 21. Regression analysis shows that Social Media has a negative influence, while Market Orientation and Knowledge Competency have a positive influence on the performance of MSMEs. These findings provide insight into the factors that affect MSME performance, which can be used as a basis for the development of strategies and policies that support the growth of the MSME sector.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of financial risk management and its impact on improving the financial stability of companies. Financial risk management is a critical process for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that may affect a company's financial health. In today’s dynamic and often uncertain market environment, effective risk management is essential for ensuring the long-term survival and profitability of businesses. This study focuses on various risk management strategies employed by companies, such as risk identification, analysis, mitigation, and monitoring, and explores how these strategies contribute to maintaining financial stability. Using a combination of quantitative methods, data was collected through surveys and analyzed using regression analysis to determine the relationship between risk management practices and financial stability. The findings reveal that companies with structured and proactive financial risk management systems exhibit higher levels of financial stability. This research provides valuable insights for business leaders seeking to improve their financial risk management practices and enhance their company's financial resilience.
