Abstract

Psychosocial condition through improvement of mothers’ self-confidence related to providing of exclusive breastfeeding (EBF). Mothers who living in agricultural areas needs family support to support their attitude toward EBF. The aimed of study was to identify the correlation family social support FSS and the attitude of mother toward EBF (AM-EBF). Cross-sectional study design was used to measure 156 mothers which have children age 0-6 mounth, using stratified random sampling. A self-administered questionnaires were measured sociodemographics of mothers and children. FSS was measured using the the Family social Support while AM-EBF was performed using the Maternal Attitudes Towards Breastfeeding Questionnaire. The data were analyzed by Kruskal Wallis test. The results showed that mothers were perceived FSS and AM-EBF were 89,9% , and 90,4% in attitude family. This study conclude that FSS is related with on mother’s attitude in EBF (p-value=0,000). There were significant relationship between family social support and attitude mother. Therefore, family needs guidance inn supporting exclusive breastfeeding and health care service which can help develop family’s involvement in order to support mother’s EBF.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini melibatkan kerjasama antara mahasiswa Manajemen Universitas Kristen Teknologi Surakarta dengan mitra eksternal Popeneeye Kleco Solo, yang bertujuan untuk mendukung bisnis lokal dalam meningkatkan upaya pemasaran mereka. Pembuatan konten pemasaran digital yang difokuskan pada pengoperasian akun media sosial, terutama TikTok, yang telah merevolusi strategi pemasaran. Inisiatif ini bertujuan untuk menarik konsumen baru, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan menyediakan informasi penting melalui konten yang menarik. Proyek ini mencakup konsultasi awal dengan pemilik waralaba untuk memahami kebutuhan bisnis, diikuti dengan pembuatan konten dan pengelolaan akun. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengikut dan keterlibatan, yang menunjukkan efektivitas strategi digital dalam mempromosikan merek Popeneeye. Pelatihan berkelanjutan dan pembaruan konten direkomendasikan untuk menjaga momentum dalam meningkatkan jangkauan bisnis melalui platform media sosial. Kemitraan ini membuahkan hasil yang bermanfaat, yang menunjukkan pentingnya pemasaran digital dalam mencapai kesuksesan bisnis.

Abstract

Clinics as health care facilities also play a role in promotive and preventive. Scabies is an infectious skin disease caused by Sarcoptes scabei variant hominis which can be transmitted through direct human contact. This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge level and public health status to change patient behavior to live clean and healthy with behavioral change analysis of scabies rates in all branches of Kinik Derma Central Java. This type of research is observational with cross sectional design, purposive sampling technique. The population is all patients who come to the Derma clinic with a diagnosis of scabies in the January-April 2021 period. This research instrument uses a questionnaire sheet with the application of behavioral change measurement indicators, while for the diagnosis of scabies using the results of medical examination records. Data presentation is presented in the form of Histograms and percentages. The average knowledge of people with scabies answering about scabies disease is 78.02% answering correctly and for the average healthy and clean behavior (personal hygine) is 70.20%. Providing health promotion for the application of behavioral change methods used health promotion by providing brochures and IEC (Information Communication and Education) at the time of drug collection. When waiting for the medicine, it is also expected to see video shows on the Derma Clinic television screen. After a period of 2 months from the initial findings, the number of patients with scabies in all branches of Derma Clinic Central Java decreased by 24 patients or 20% of the number of patients at the beginning of the study.

Abstract

Pharmaceutical services are currently developing along with increasing public awareness of the importance of health. A pharmacy is a means for carrying out pharmaceutical work and a means for serving pharmaceutical supplies to the community. One of the pharmaceutical jobs carried out in pharmacies is Drug Information Services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between patient satisfaction in giving drugs informations for self-medication sales to customer loyalty at the Syarina Pharmacy, Semarang Regency. This research is a quantitative research using survey method. Data was collected by purposive sampling method and using the Slovin formula to determine the sample size and population. The research subjects were all customers who received drug information services on self-medication at the Syarina Pharmacy, Semarang Regency using the Pearson correlation analysis method. The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between the level of patient satisfaction and customer loyalty at the Syarina Pharmacy with siq = 0.00
