Abstract

The implementation of spatial use, the dynamics of development as well as the development of the strategic environment in recent years, have often influenced the implementation of the West Nias RTRW as a reference in development. This sometimes causes an imbalance in the arrangement of a space or region. This paper aims to review the suitability of the content of the West Nias RTRW with regulations and policies related to spatial planning. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that it is necessary to renew the technical material for the RTRW of West Nias Regency by adjusting the dynamics of the latest spatial planning regulations and policies. It is also hoped that there will be serious attention from the local government regarding the sustainability of funding to the stage of stipulation of the Regional Regulation on the revision of the RTRW, as well as the placement of human resources with a spatial planning background in technical OPD.Keywords: spatial planning, RTRW revision, West Nias Regency

Abstract

Abstrak: Pembelajaran stabilitas daya merupakan aspek penting dalam pendidikan teknik elektro, namun pemahaman mahasiswa seringkali terbatas karena kurangnya media interaktif yang mendukung pembelajaran praktis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan programmable modul Var Kompensator berbasis ESP32 sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran yang interaktif dan aplikatif dalam topik stabilitas daya. Modul ini dirancang agar mahasiswa dapat melakukan kontrol dan pengaturan parameter daya secara real-time, sekaligus memonitor data tegangan, arus, dan stabilitas daya dalam berbagai kondisi beban. Penelitian ini melibatkan dua kelompok mahasiswa, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang menggunakan modul ESP32 dan kelompok pembanding yang menggunakan perangkat lunak simulasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai post-test kelompok eksperimen secara signifikan lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok pembanding, dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 6.435 (p < 0.05), yang menunjukkan efektivitas modul dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep stabilitas daya. Selain itu, modul ESP32 terbukti meningkatkan keterampilan praktis mahasiswa dalam merancang dan mengelola rangkaian daya listrik. Temuan ini konsisten dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang menyatakan bahwa penggunaan microcontroller ESP32 dapat meningkatkan interaksi dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa modul Var Kompensator berbasis ESP32 efektif dalam mendukung pembelajaran stabilitas daya dan dapat menjadi alternatif media pembelajaran interaktif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa di bidang teknik elektro. Kata Kunci: ESP32, Kendali Stabilitas Daya, Modul Pembelajaran, Pembelajaran Interaktif, Var Kompensator Abstract: Power stability learning is an essential aspect of electrical engineering education, yet students often face challenges in comprehension due to the lack of interactive media that supports practical learning. This study aims to apply an ESP32-based programmable Var Compensator module as an interactive and applicative learning aid in power stability topics. The module is designed to allow students to control and adjust power parameters in real-time, while also monitoring voltage, current, and power stability data under various load conditions. This study involved two groups of students: an experimental group using the ESP32 module and a comparison group using simulation software. The test results indicate that the post-test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the comparison group, with a t-score of 6.435 (p < 0.05), demonstrating the module's effectiveness in enhancing conceptual understanding of power stability. In addition, the ESP32 module proved to improve students' practical skills in designing and managing electrical power circuits. These findings align with previous research, which states that using ESP32 microcontrollers can increase student interaction and motivation. Overall, this study shows that the ESP32-based Var Compensator module is effective in supporting power stability learning and can serve as an alternative interactive learning medium to improve student competence in electrical engineering. Abstract

Abstrak: Pembelajaran berbasis komputer yang memanfaatkan IT disebut dengan e-learning. E-learning memungkinkan adanya pembelajaran daring. Program studi Pendidikan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer (PTIK) di Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ), secara penuh memanfaatkan fasilitas e-learning dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran dan evaluasi untuk belajar mengajar. Mata kuliah Desain Web Lanjut berorientasi pada target produk akhir yang dibuat. Kendala yang dirasakan dalam proses pembelajaran ialah materi mata kuliah yang sangat banyak mengakibatkan mahasiswa sering kehilangan fokus saat pemberian materi berlangsung. Penelitian-penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan bahan ajar berpengaruh dalam penerapan microlearning untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mahasiswa terkait materi yang diberikan di mata kuliah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdahulu dan kondisi proses pembelajaran mata kuliah Desain Web Lanjut di Pendidikan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer (PTIK) UNJ, maka dibutuhkan pelaksanaan inovasi pembelajaran dengan menerapkan microlearning dengan bahan ajar berupa video. 42 mahasiswa dilibatkan pada penelitian kuantitatif ini, yang terbagi menjadi dua kelompok: kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan microlearning dan kelas kontrol yang tidak menggunakan microlearning. Data yang dianalisis berasal dari hasil pretest dan posttest pada kedua kelompok tersebut. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa data penelitian normal, homogen dan memiliki perbedaan signifikan antara hasil pembelajaran menggunakan microlearning dan non-microlearning dengan <0,001 sig. yang berarti <0.05. Tingkat keefektifitasan penggunaan microlearning sebesar 76% dengan kategori efektif, dibanding non-microlearning sebesar 62% dengan kategori cukup efektif. The study program of Informatics and Computer Engineering Education (PTIK) at Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ), fully utilizes e-learning facilities for conducting learning and evaluation processes. The Advanced Web Design course focuses on the creation of a final product. A challenge faced during the learning process is the extensive course material, which often causes students to lose focus during the delivery of the material. Prior research has demonstrated that teaching materials is crucial in the implementation of microlearning to enhance students' knowledge related to the course material. According to earlier studies and the present learning environment at PTIK UNJ's Advanced Web Design course. Innovation is essential by introducing microlearning with educational resources in the form of infographics and videos. 42 students are included in this quantitative study, split into two groups: an experimental class that uses microlearning and a control class that doesn't. The data analyzed is derived from pretest and posttest results from both groups. The study's findings indicate that the research data is normal, homogeneous, and shows a significant contrast between the learning outcomes achieved with or without microlearning, with < 0.001 sig value, which is < 0.05. The effectiveness level of microlearning is 76%, categorized as effective, compared to non-microlearning at 62%, categorized as moderately effective. Abstract

ABSTRACTJalan Saudara which is located in Medan Kota Subdistrict the city of Medan with the boundary between the Jalan SM Raja intersection and the Jalan Bahagia intersection with a length of 743 m is very prone to flooding, especially during the rainy season. The dimensions of the drainage channels are small and vary between open and closed channels. Drainage problems on your road a) The area of the inundation area is 1000 meters, b) The width of the inundation area is 6 m, c) The inundation height is 20 cm, d) Inundation duration is 15 minutes, e) Inundation frequency is every heavy rain and f) The causes of flooding are due to the dimensions of the canal small and there is a blockage of several damaged culverts. The aim of the research is to design the dimensions of the drainage channels along Jalan Saudara so that they can accommodate all water waste activities and are expected to overcome flooding in the area. The methodology is carried out by analyzing hydraulics and hydrological analysis to determine the calculation of maximum rainfall, rainfall intensity, time of concentration and discharge of runoff, flow velocity in drainage channels, design of channel discharge, and design of channels. The calculation results obtained a) The intensity of maximum rainfall with the analysis of various methods, it was found that the Log Pearson III method was the best used. This was done by statistical tests with chi-square and with Smirnov-Kolmogorov, b) The detailed design of the drainage using precast concrete in the form of a closed U-Ditch with dimensions of 120 cm x 100 cm with a height varying between 120 cm and 160 cm. c) At a certain point, drainage using Box culverts with dimensions of 150 cm x 100 cm with a height of 150 cm.Kewords: Saudara Street, Drainage, Technical Planning
