Abstract

This study aims to describe the pattern of the spread of radicalism in madrasah using descriptive-qualitative research. The data used include two things, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in the form are documentation, interviews, and observation. The results of this study indicate that radicalism enters madrasah through (1) classroom learning activities by teachers, (2) through textbooks that allegedly contain intolerance content, and (3) weak policies of principals/foundations in preventing the influence of radicalism. Meanwhile, the strategy offered is to make (1) the teacher a role model for cultivating tolerance and religious moderation for students and having an excellent national perspective. (2) Critical Learning. Engaging, creative, critical thinking, and student-centered learning practices. Teachers must design learning that inspires students' reasoning, essential learning (critical thinking & critical pedagogy), and problem-based learning. (3) Teacher Development, the Ministry of Religion has compiled a module designated for the development of teachers and education personnel in the madrasah environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the concept of multicultural education in efforts to prevent religious conflicts in Indonesia. The approach taken is library research, where the study is conducted by collecting data or scientific writings that are literary in nature. The data collection method in this research is derived from the sources used, meaning that the data sources are the subjects from which the information is obtained. The results of the discussion mentioned that efforts to prevent religious conflict in Indonesia, first, to unite differences and attitudes. Second, building the structure of religious understanding. Third, religious development policy resolution. Fourth, resolution of social conflict / violence expectation expectations. With this concept, it is expected to increase their awareness so that they always behave humanist, pluralist, and democratic.

Abstract

This research endeavors to elucidate the execution of internal policies by the school principal to enhance educational standards. Employing a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the study reveals that the madrasa head, vested with the responsibility of guiding the educational institution, holds a pivotal role in shaping its trajectory. Indeed, the effectiveness of the madrasa, particularly in terms of elevating educational quality, significantly hinges upon the leadership of the head. Various endeavors are undertaken to enhance educational quality, encompassing initiatives such as reinforcing teacher discipline, augmenting pedagogical knowledge, and providing coaching for teacher performance improvement. Additionally, efforts to elevate student standards include mentorship and ensuring the provision of necessary infrastructure conducive to learning. These measures are integral to fulfilling the role of nurturing the students' academic growth effectively.

Abstract

Metode pembiasaan sholat memerlukan pembiasaan-pembiasaan agar pendidikan tersebut bisa menjadi jati diri anak yang akhirnya akan membentuk karakter anak. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan penerapan metode pembiasaan sholat pada anak usia dini. Pendekatan penelitian ini  menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, informan kunci dalam penelitian ini adalah guru kelas dan guru pendamping, sedangkan kepala sekolah dan anak didik dijadikan sebagai informan tambahan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa di Raudhatul Athfal Al-Ittihad untuk memperkuat pemahaman anak-anak tentang ajaran islam dan bagaimana menerapkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, serta membentuk karakter yang baik sesuai dengan ajaran agama. Nilai-nilai agama yang ditanamkan di Raudhatul Athfal Al-Ittihad adalah mencakup nilai keimanan, nilai ibadah, dan nilai akhlak. Ketiga nilai tersebut terperinci dalam beberapa materi, yaitu Aqidah, Fiqh, Akhlaq, Do’a harian dan penanaman nilai-nilai agama pada anak didik.
