Abstract

The madrasah headmaster did not take the initiative to approach the teaching staff to find out the constraints experienced while teaching and was not yet too intensive in implementing the clinical approach to the teaching staff. This study aims to uncover the processes of academic supervision including; planning, implementing and follow up supervision results at Madrasah Aliyah Darussalam Sumedang. The research method used is qualitative. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation study. The results showed that; First, the implementation of academic supervision is carried out by compiling an academic supervision program and creating a supervision team that is given the task of making academic supervision goals and making an academic supervision schedule. Second, the implementation of academic supervision using approaches and supervision techniques; conduct class visits, observe the activities of teaching staff in teaching, observe the mastery of teaching staff towards teaching materials, conduct group discussions. Third, follow up on the results of academic supervision of teaching staff by discussing learning methods, the use and assessment techniques, the use of instructional media and the use of time in learning.

Abstract

The Indonesian curriculum is considered to have too many subjects. Indonesian students also do not focus on mastering the expected competencies. Finally, Indonesia has always failed in the international level assessment of PISA during its implementation. In fact, it is stated that Indonesian students need one hundred years to match the sophistication level of students' thinking from the average student of PISA participating countries if Indonesia continue to use the same education. The OECD as the organizer of PISA encourages changes in the education system for Indonesia in order to improve the quality of international-class education. One of the concerns in Indonesian education is the burden of many subjects. The purpose of this study is to describe several arguments for simplifying the curriculum and reducing the subjects in elementary schools in improving the quality of Indonesian education based on expert opinion, research and experience of educational performance in other countries. This article is a position paper to scientifically strengthen an opinion. Qualitative methods are used in this study where data are compiled, analyzed, and concluded. The results of the study indicate that curriculum simplification is necessary to focus students' competence and improve the quality of education. This study proposes several arguments that strengthen this effort, namely not all curriculum content must be a subject, cognate curriculum content can be integrated, many subjects become a burden on students, and so on. So, with this argument it will strengthen the desire to simplify the curriculum in elementary schools.

Abstract

The empirical data showed that there were no special pastoral services in the forms of either sacramental service, catechesis service, or prayer gathering service for the elderly. However, the participation takes place beyond the above-mentioned pastoral services, in the forms of taking responsibility and providing services for the elderly in respective neighborhood, by caring, treating and paying proper attention to the elderly in each household. The themes appeared related to the focus of the study, after being grouped and categorized, were mostly related to participation of the Catholics, pastoral services, the elderly situation and condition, and the local community’s tradition. The results of the inter-categories relationship analysis show that the Catholics participation in the services provided for the elderly does not depend on whether there are special pastoral services provided by the Church for the elderly or not. The Catholics participation does not depend either on the situation and condition faced by the elderly. The participation runs naturally based on the local community’s tradition and cultural values. Therefore, the participation of the Catholics in the pastoral service for the elderly at the Santa Maria Church-station, Perigiq is still apparently in the form of traditional participation, based on the tradition and culture of the local community.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The integration of information and communication technology in education is driving the acceleration of computer literacy in Indonesian society. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive study method. The focus of this research relates to the application of technology in PAI learning at Alfa Centauri Elementary School, Bandung. To obtain the data used is by interview, observation, and documentation. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data is obtained through data triangulation technical tests. The results of research on technological advances have led to many changes, including in the field of education which gave birth to the concept of e-learning. With e-learning, learning becomes more effective and efficient. The integration of information and communication technology in primary school education improves the quality of education in these institutions. Keywords: Technology; Education; Islam.

Abstract

Humans are viewed as economic rather than cultural in vocational education. Cultural norms demand that all humans work, and I know people by their employment. A person's ability to labor is greater, and human values extend beyond work. Workers' significance will increase if they can produce work. To avoid failure, education economists create an analysis of labor demand based on genuine labor market needs (demand) and the prospects for graduates from the world of education (supply). Education's outcomes must make it easier to achieve linear work that has developed in the larger community. To retain public trust in the outcomes of vocational school education, it is necessary to anticipate the absence of correlation. In a vocational school, learning is guiding pupils to do something to gain experience, which results in change due to individual creativity and innovation. Independent learning based on developed intellect is consistent with the globalization journey that cannot be ignored, as it is one source of innovation that is consistent with global technology improvements. In a pragmatic sense, developing autonomous creativity is the best way to minimize dependency and rising decline rates. Human dynamics in preparing long-term goals include an awareness of developing oneself by increasing self-confidence.

Abstract

In order to create a conducive learning atmosphere, it is necessary to foster the ethics of tolerance between students in order to realize harmony between religious people and not to discriminate against different religions. Therefore, it is necessary to play an important role of a teacher in fostering the ethics of tolerance of students among religious people. Because teachers not only act as teachers but also as educators, mediators, evaluators, motivators, facilitators in fostering, shaping and preparing mental students or students actively carry out their duties and are expected to provide stability in the face of various possibilities even in the direction of the worst possibilities, namely shocks and psychic tensions. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the role of Islamic teachers in instilling religious moderation towards students at SMPN 1 Parongpong West Bandung Regency. So that life is harmonious in learning despite different religions and beliefs. The results of this study show that Islamic Education Teachers (GPAI) at SMPN 1 Parongpong Barat in instilling religious tolerance by habituating daily religion, this is implemented in several activities in schools.

Abstract

Pajak dalam era digital saat ini mengacu pada kewajiban pajak yang dikenakan pada perusahaan yang menggunakan teknologi internet. Ini mencakup berbagai entitas, mulai dari penyedia konten digital, platform media sosial, hingga aktivitas perdagangan barang atau jasa melalui platform elektronik yang dikenal sebagai e-commerce., termasuk penggunaan digital ads services pada platform facebook ads dan instagram ads. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui bagaimana mekanisme pengenaan PPN digital ads services studi kasus Yayasan Aksa Mahmud unit bisnis Politeknik Bosowa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Data yang diaplikasikan dalam riset ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder, dan metode yang digunakan untuk menghimpun informasi adalah melalui pelaksanaan wawancara serta penyelidikan pustaka. Teknik analisis data menggunakan penggumpulan data, proses analisis, pengambilan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu mekanisme pengenaan PPN digital ads services studi kasus Yayasan Aksa Mahmud unit bisnis Politeknik Bosowa meliputi set up iklan kemudian iklan di terbikan, setelah masa iklan berakhir maka akan terbit faktur serta pemotongan deposit iklan di meta ads yang sudah termasuk PPN. Penggunaan digital ads services di meta ads sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan brand awarness dan menjangkau lebih banyak viewers serta iklan dapat di set up sesuai dengan sasaran yang di inginkan contohnya sasaran umur lebih spesifik.

Abstract

This research endeavors to elucidate the execution of internal policies by the school principal to enhance educational standards. Employing a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, the study reveals that the madrasa head, vested with the responsibility of guiding the educational institution, holds a pivotal role in shaping its trajectory. Indeed, the effectiveness of the madrasa, particularly in terms of elevating educational quality, significantly hinges upon the leadership of the head. Various endeavors are undertaken to enhance educational quality, encompassing initiatives such as reinforcing teacher discipline, augmenting pedagogical knowledge, and providing coaching for teacher performance improvement. Additionally, efforts to elevate student standards include mentorship and ensuring the provision of necessary infrastructure conducive to learning. These measures are integral to fulfilling the role of nurturing the students' academic growth effectively.

Abstract

Background: Reading comprehension (qirā’ah) is a fundamental skill in learning Arabic as a foreign language. As the complexity of texts and the demands of critical literacy increase, there is a need for a conceptual model that can map the cognitive and epistemic processes involved in understanding Arabic texts. Purpose: This study explores the technical potential of the Reference Epistemological Model (REM) in enhancing students' qirā’ah comprehension. Method: This study employs a qualitative approach with an exploratory case study design. Data were collected through text-based comprehension tests using authentic materials, semi-structured interviews, structured observations, and classroom documentation. Thematic analysis results indicate that the REM is effective in identifying students’ conceptual representations, epistemic activities, and epistemic stances while reading Arabic texts. Results and Discussion: The main findings indicate that the majority of students are still at the stage of literal comprehension and have not yet fully activated inferential and reflective strategies in reading. The REM has potential as both a diagnostic and pedagogical framework for developing qirā’ah assessment, constructing authentic evaluation rubrics, and designing learning strategies based on deep meaning-making. Conclusions and Implications: Contains one to two important sentences. This section provides a conclusion about the results of the research and what these results mean for us today, as well as the implications of the suggested research results for future research on the topic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji respon siswa terhadap penggunaan media Virtual Reality (VR) dalam pembelajaran Gelombang Elektromagnetik pada siswa SMAN 1 Soreang angkatan 2024/2025. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang mengukur tiga aspek utama yaitu kemudahan penggunaan, efektivitas pembelajaran, serta minat dan motivasi belajar terhadap media VR. Data dari 36 responden menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat kendala awal dalam penggunaan aplikasi VR, sebagian besar siswa menyatakan bahwa media ini memudahkan pemahaman konsep gelombang elektromagnetik melalui visualisasi interaktif dan pengalaman belajar yang lebih imersif. Hasil juga mengindikasikan peningkatan minat dan motivasi belajar, serta rasa percaya diri siswa dalam menguasai materi. Namun, keterbatasan literasi digital dan dukungan teknis menjadi tantangan yang perlu diperhatikan dalam implementasi VR secara lebih luas. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi VR dengan metode pembelajaran yang mendukung serta peningkatan pelatihan dan infrastruktur agar media VR dapat memberikan manfaat optimal dalam pembelajaran sains.
