Abstract

The main areas of focus for this qualitative study on the managerial skills of Madrasah heads are planning, implementation, supervision, and barriers to raising the standard of instruction at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 4 Boyolali. using a method of description. Data were gathered by observation, interview, and documentation approaches; they were then reduced, and presented, and conclusions were drawn from the analysis. The results demonstrate that the vision, mission, goals, and needs of the madrasah are taken into consideration when planning the managerial competency of the madrasah leaders. The head of the madrasah plans the development and enhancement of the madrasah with input from the entire academic community. In work meetings, plans to enhance teacher professionalism are discussed and outlined in the Madrasah's operational and strategic plans. The assessment components of educational supervision include student development, learning goals, syllabus, teacher attendance, and teacher performance in madrasas. The challenge is being able to stay current with technology. As such, this paper advances our understanding of managerialism and managerial competency.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to apply the problem-solving method to increase activity and learning outcomes for the jurisprudence knowledge aspect in Class VIII C MTs Negeri 9 Boyolali Semester I 2022/2023 Academic Year. This research is classroom action research to increase student activity and learning outcomes. The research results show that the learning process using the problem-solving method is as follows: Stage 1: There is a clear problem to be solved 2: Search for data or information, Stage 3: Determine a temporary answer, Stage 4: Test the correctness of the answer, Stage: 5 Conclude. The implementation from cycle I to cycle II has improved. This research shows that the activity of pre-cycle conditions, cycle I and cycle II has increased. In the initial conditions of cycle I and cycle II, the percentage of active students increased from 59.4% - to 87.5% - 93.8% so that this also affected learning outcomes that had not yet reached the KKM, which continued to decline from pre-cycle to cycle I (46, 9% - 18.7%) from cycle I to cycle II (18.7% to - 0%). This research shows that student learning outcomes have improved after taking action. The percentage of students who have experienced an increase from pre-cycle to cycle I (53.1% to 81.3%) from cycle I to cycle II (81.3 to 100%). The indicator of the success of CAR (Classroom Action Research) is that the CAR is said to be successful if the learning outcome score reaches 90%. The table shows that the percentage of students whose grades have been completed has reached 100%, so PTK has been successful.

Abstract

This research aims to find out: 1). Increasing Learning Achievement in Al Qur'an Hadith Subjects in Learning Hadith About Taqwa Using the Demonstration Method 2). Factors that support and hinder the implementation of the Demonstration Method in Hadith Learning about Piety in the Al Qur'an Hadith Subject class IV Semester I at MI Muhammadiyah Cekelan for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. This research is a type of classroom action research using descriptive methods. The subjects in this research were teachers of the Al-Quran Hadith subject, and supporting informants namely students. The results of this research are as follows: (1). Preparation for the Application of the Demonstration Method in Learning Hadiths About Taqwa Subjects of the Qur'an Hadith For students, namely preparing learning materials, formulating goals to be achieved, preparing the tools or media needed, arranging the place and estimating the time that will be used in learning using demonstration method. (2). Supporting factors are adequate facilities, sufficient time for learning, enthusiasm from the children, and an interesting and non-monotonous learning process. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors for implementing the Demonstration Method in Learning Hadith about Piety in the Qur'an Hadith Subject class IV Semester I at MI Muhamadiyah Cekelan are differences in students' ability levels, some children like to talk to themselves and play alone, children lack self-confidence

Abstract

Differentiated learning is learning that accommodates student learning needs. The teacher provides facilities to students according to their needs, because each student has different characteristics, so they cannot be given the same treatment. The purpose of this article is to provide a deeper understanding of differentiated learning and how it is applied in the classroom. This research uses literature study or library research. Literature study is the activity of collecting materials related to research originating from books, scientific journals, literatures and other publications that are worthy of being used as sources for research that will be examined by the author, by describing and describing the data. through several expert opinions. The results of conceptual research reveal that there are differentiated learning objectives, namely to coordinate learning by paying attention to learning interests, learning readiness and learning preferences, helping all students in learning so that learning objectives can be achieved by all students; improve student motivation and learning outcomes; establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students so that students can be more enthusiastic in learning, help students become independent students so that they become individuals who are accustomed and also have an attitude of respect for diversity, increase teacher satisfaction because there is a sense of being challenged to want to develop their teaching abilities so that teachers will become more creative. It can be concluded that differentiated learning provides opportunities for students to be able to learn naturally and efficiently with teachers who are able to collaborate on the required methods and approaches.

Abstract

The view of conflict as a natural law still attaches to people's minds. Conflict is inevitable, it can arise from trivial things in the name of opinions, poor communication, and intolerant values. Conflicts should be managed so that they bring benefits to the group and organization. This research aims to deepen the understanding of conflict management in Islamic educational institutions by reviewing conflicts that occur in the Faculty of Tarbiyah Sciences (FIT), State Islamic University (UIN) Raden Mas Said Surakarta, and observing the role of leaders in managing conflicts in the Faculty. This study uses field research methods, with a descriptive qualitative approach, using the interview method as a data collection technique, as well as document studies. Data was collected through an interview with Vice Dean I of the Faculty of Tarbiyah Sciences UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta as one of the leaders. The results of the study showed; (1) conflict is an impossible reality to avoid, therefore the attitude that can be taken is to face and find a way to solve it; (2) conflicts that occurred at FIT UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta regarding differences of interest between individuals and groups within the Faculty; (3) to prevent conflicts, campus culture and Educational Operating Standards (SOP) are introduced from the orientation period; (4) the way to deal with conflicts in the Faculty is by uniting and negotiating (compromise), if it is not resolved, then by appealing, namely leaving it to the higher leadership. ABSTRAKPandangan konflik sebagai hukum alam masih melekat di benak masyarakat. Konflik tidak bisa dihindari, bisa muncul dari hal-hal sepele yang mengatasnamakan pendapat, buruknya komunikasi, dan nilai-nilai yang tidak toleran. Konflik harus dikelola sedemikian rupa sehingga membawa manfaat bagi kelompok dan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperdalam pemahaman manajemen konflik di lembaga pendidikan Islam dengan mengkaji konflik yang terjadi di Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah (FIT), Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Raden Mas Said Surakarta, dan mengamati peran pemimpin dalam mengelola konflik di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Fakultas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan, dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, menggunakan metode wawancara sebagai teknik pengumpulan data, serta studi dokumen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan Wakil Dekan I Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta selaku salah satu pimpinan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; (1) konflik merupakan suatu kenyataan yang mustahil untuk dihindari, oleh karena itu sikap yang dapat diambil adalah menghadapi dan mencari cara untuk menyelesaikannya; (2) konflik yang terjadi di FIT UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta mengenai perbedaan kepentingan antar individu dan kelompok di lingkungan Fakultas; (3) untuk mencegah konflik, budaya kampus dan Standar Operasional Pendidikan (SOP) diperkenalkan sejak masa orientasi; (4) Cara mengatasi konflik di Fakultas adalah dengan bersatu dan berunding (kompromi), jika tidak terselesaikan maka dengan cara banding yaitu menyerahkan kepada pimpinan yang lebih tinggi.
