Abstract

The retail world is a business that is quite developed in Indonesia, especially since licensing and ownership has been made easier by the government, both direct establishment and franchising. This research aims to describe the causality between the variables of facilities, physical evidence, and services on the decision to visit the Transmart in Majapahit, Semarang. The population in this study were visitors to the Transmart mall in Majapahit, Semarang. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents who met the sampling criteria (purposive sampling). Data collection was carried out in a structured manner through an instrument (questionnaire) with a Likert scale of 1-10, the data collected was processed with the help of SPSS. The results of this research show that complete facilities can be one of the factors for consumers visiting Transmart. Apart from that, this research also shows that physical evidence in the form of magnificent buildings and excellent service from mall staff or employees can be a strengthening factor for consumers. visit. In this research, service is the thing that is most looked at by consumers, this also indicates that Transmart Majapahit needs to improve its services from all existing aspects. Abstract

The implementation of Sustainable Management Accounting (SMA) in developing nations is examined in this paper along with its prospects and obstacles. To achieve long-term sustainability, SMA incorporates social, economic, and environmental factors into business decision-making. SMA adoption in underdeveloped nations is hampered by issues like a lack of funding, a lack of environmental consciousness, and a lack of training and technology. SMA does, however, also have a number of noteworthy advantages, including increased operational effectiveness, better risk management, and higher standing in a global marketplace that is becoming more and more concerned with sustainability. This study examines the challenges and tactics in implementing SMA using a qualitative methodology and case studies of businesses in underdeveloped nations. It is anticipated that the results will help businesses and policymakers create and implement SMA in a way that promotes social, economic, and environmental sustainability.

Abstract

Strategies for product attributes are crucial for increasing a company's attractiveness and competitive edge. According to observations, insufficient marketing and promotion elements continue to hinder the Pawon Mbak Ru company in Dusun Ngloji, Magelang, from optimizing sales performance. Therefore, in order to maximize product qualities and increase consumer appeal, a suitable technique is required to build a marketing strategy. The purpose of this study is to create and apply product attribute methods to enhance Pawon Mbak Ru's sales performance. As part of the marketing plan, promotional items including business banners, directional signs, logos, and stickers are created as part of a practical community service manner. The outcomes of this service demonstrate that Pawon Mbak Ru has a more efficient way to market their company to prospective clients and the local community by developing a variety of visual features. While logos and stickers provide the company image a sense of professionalism and distinctive appeal, business banners and directional signs assist make the business location more accessible. Overall, Pawon Mbak Ru's increased sales results in Dusun Ngloji, Magelang, have been supported by the application of this product attribute strategy, which has improved business attractiveness.

Abstract

This study explores strategies to improve product purchase decisions on TikTok Shop through the use of brand ambassadors and advertising. With the rise of social commerce, TikTok Shop has become a vital platform for digital marketing, highlighting the need for effective promotion. The research examines how brand ambassadors and advertising influence consumer behavior. A quantitative method was used, involving a purposive sample of 100 TikTok Shop users. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0, a PLS-SEM tool suitable for evaluating complex models and small samples. The measurement model assessed reliability and validity, while the structural model tested hypotheses. Results show that brand ambassadors significantly enhance consumer trust and perceived value, while advertising increases engagement and conversions. Both factors directly impact purchase intention and decisions, with intention acting as a mediator. The study concludes that combining brand ambassadors with targeted ads boosts product visibility and consumer confidence. These findings offer practical insights for businesses optimizing their TikTok Shop strategies

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas merupakan faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, terutama melalui pelatihan, pengembangan, dan dukungan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif sehingga produktivitas, efisiensi, serta efektivitas tugas dapat tercapai. Kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh berbagai aspek, antara lain faktor individu (kemampuan, motivasi, kepribadian, kepuasan kerja, komitmen, disiplin), faktor organisasi (kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, fasilitas, desain pekerjaan, lingkungan kerja, gaya manajemen), serta faktor eksternal seperti kompensasi dan beban kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, kemampuan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian dilakukan di Kantor Kelurahan Pedurungan Kidul Semarang dengan populasi seluruh pegawai dan sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial beban kerja, kemampuan kerja, dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Secara simultan, ketiga faktor tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa beban kerja, kemampuan kerja, dan kompensasi memegang peranan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kelurahan Pedurungan Kidul Semarang.
