Abstract

The aim of the research was to: analyze the nutritional content of biscuits made from potato starch with the addition of coconut blondo and the ornagoleptic characteristics of the panelists' liking for the biscuits. resulting from. The method used in this research is a descriptive method, with the addition of blondo treatment. The blondo addition treatment consisted of: control, 10 g, 30 g, and 50 g blondo. Each treatment was repeated 3 times. The results of the research show that the chemical characteristics of potato-based biscuits with the addition of coconut blondo are water content 2.19 - 5.01%, ash content 2.47 - 3.30%, fat content 16.29 - 24.1%, protein content 6.34 - 9.07%, carbohydrate content 60.56 - 71.59%, crude fiber 2.25 – 2.68%, and calories 458.33 - 490.56 Kcal. Organoleptic characteristics of the panelists' level of preference for biscuits made from potato flour showed that the addition of coconut blondo obtained an average color value of 4.26 – 5.76 (neutral – liked), aroma 4.06 – 5.86 (neutral – liked), taste 4.7 – 5.1 (somewhat liked), texture 4.76 – 5.46 (somewhat like – like) and crispness 4.7 – 5.56 (neutral – like). The addition of blondo to making biscuits made from potato flour in terms of nutritional content of protein and fat and calories is in accordance with SNI Biscuits and is liked by the panelists. The biscuits produced can be used as snacks for pregnant women and toddlers as an alternative to preventing stunting.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the cost of cloves in Raanan Baru 2 Village, West Motoling District. Sampling in this study used the method (Purposive Sampling) or deliberately from clove farmers in Raanan Baru Dua Village, West Motoling District. The number of respondents was 10 people as respondents. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by using direct interview techniques with clove farmers as respondents, by using a questionnaire (questionnaire) as an aid in data collection. While secondary data were obtained from the agencies involved in this study. The analytical method used in this research is cost analysis, analysis of total revenue and total income and the cost structure of farming. the results of research conducted on clove farming in Raanan Baru Dua Village, West Motoling District, obtained an income of Rp.93,906,348.- per harvest with a total income of IDR 196,790,000.- per harvest and a total cost of IDR 102,883,652.- per harvest of the total costs incurred fixed costs (Fix Cost) contributed to the total cost of 0.03 percent and variable costs (Variable Cost) contributed to the total cost of 99.96 percent and for the contribution of costs based on harvest preparation activities contributed to the total cost of 0.59 percent and for cost contributions based on harvest activities contributing to costs of 97.84 percent and for cost contributions based on post-harvest activities contributing to total costs of 1.16 percent.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the flow of rice procurement in the North Sulawesi Regional Division of Bulog, analyze the amount of rice inventory in the North Sulawesi Regional Division of Bulog and calculate rice inventory costs consisting of ordering costs and storage costs. This research was conducted from May to July 2023. The data used is secondary data. Secondary data is data that has been compiled in the form of written documents obtained from Bulog, North Sulawesi Regional Division and also obtained from the internet via Google Scholar in the form of books, journal articles and theses related to this research topic, namely Rice Supply Analysis Using the Economic Order Quantity Method. The results of the research show that the North Sulawesi Regional Division of Bulog has not provided optimal rice supplies. As for rice procurement, it is uncertain when it will be procured, the frequency of orders made at Bulog, North Sulawesi Regional Division during 2022 is 42 times, while in the EOQ calculation the order frequency is 35 times, this means that when using the EOQ method you can minimize ordering costs. Also, using the EOQ method, the maximum quantity available in the warehouse is known so that storage costs can be minimized.

Abstract

This research aims to identify internal and external factors in the development of cocoa farming and formulate appropriate strategies for developing cocoa plants in Mayakeli Village, Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. This research was carried out in Mayakeli Village, Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency, Central Sulawesi from June to August 2023. The method used in sampling was purposive sampling with the consideration that this area is one of the cocoa producing areas in Pamona Puselemba District. The data obtained from the interviews and questionnaires were then analyzed using SWOT analysis. The results of the research show that cocoa development in Mayakeli Village, Pamona Puselemba District, Poso Regency, Central Sulawesi is at the point (0.98 : 1.74) which is located in the Growth I quadrant.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the profit of Mr. Gendon's tofu processing business in Karombasan Utara Village, Ward 1, Wanea District, Manado City. This research will be carried out for three months from May to July 2023. This research took place at Mr. Gendon's tofu processing business in Karombasan Utara sub-district, Ward 1, Wanea District, Manado City. The research method is a case study. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by using interview techniques directly to the owner of the tofu processing business, Mr. Gendon, by using a questionnaire as a data collection tool and filled in by the researcher. Secondary data in this study came from bookkeeping records of tofu processing businesses. The results of the study showed the profit of Mr. Gendon's tofu processing business in Karombasan Utara Village, Ward 1 Wanea District, Manado City can be said to be profitable with a total profit of IDR38.534.375 per month with a total cost of IDR97.545.625 per month and total revenue of IDR136.080.000 per month.

Abstract

The research objectives were to identify the product life cycle phase of the café business and identify the marketing strategy of Kedai Kopi Janji Jiwa Tondano Jilid 571. The research was conducted for 3 months from June 2023 to August 2023. The research took place at Kedai Kopi Janji Jiwa Tondano Jilid 571, Liningaan Village, East Tondano District, Minahasa Regency. This research uses two types of data, namely primary data obtained through observation, interviews and questionnaires. Secondary data were obtained from company documents, seminar papers, and literature relevant to the research. Sampling using purposive sampling and the research sample taken was 40 people. The results showed that the product life cycle of Kedai Kopi Janji Jiwa Tondano Jilid 571 is in the maturity stage, especially at the stable maturity stage, namely sales that have reached their peak or are still growing or decreasing and do not have daily, monthly or annual targets. Marketing strategies based on the aspects of place and people aspects are a good choice of consumers because all consumers answer 100% good, and the less good ones are in the promotion aspect, due to the lack of promotion carried out and not many consumers know.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the profit of goroho banana chips business “Marindi” in Karombasan Utara Village, Wanea District, Manado City. The research was conducted from February to March 2023. This research was conducted at the “Marindi” goroho banana chips business located in North Karombasan Village, Wanea District, Manado City. The data taken is primary data using direct interview techniques with business owners, based on questions (questionnaires) that have been prepared. The sampling method used in this research is a case study by determining the Goroho Banana Chips business in North Karombasan Village, Wanea District, Manado City. Data analysis carried out in this research is descriptive analysis method and presented in tabular form. Then measured using revenue analysis, profit, total costs incurred, and revenue cost (R/C). The results showed that the total revenue of the “Marindi” goroho banana chips business during January 2023 amounted to Rp13,140,000 / month with production costs / month of Rp6,062,765 overall the total profit earned by the “Marindi” business amounted to Rp7,077,235. The feasibility of the “Marindi” goroho banana chips business shows an R / C Ratio of 2.16 with an R / C value> 1, so the business profit is feasible to run.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of nutmeg farming in Kareko Village, North Lembeh District, Bitung City. This research lasted for 3 (three) months, namely May to July 2023 from the preparation stage, to the preparation of research results. The research was conducted in Kareko Village, North Lembeh District, Bitung City. The data collection method used was the survey method. Data were collected in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from survey results and direct interviews with farmers based on question data that had been prepared and secondary data were obtained from relevant agencies related to this study. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, respondents were selected as many as 20 respondents. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis using tables to know the amount of income earned by farmers. The results of research on nutmeg farming in Kareko Village, North Lembeh District, Bitung City can be concluded that the average revenue of IDR7,248,500 and production costs of IDR2,016,000 obtained an average income of IDR5,110,475, so the farming carried out provides income for farmers so it is feasible to develop.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the marketing mix at Mako Cake and Bakery Mega Mall Manado outlet. This research was carried out at Maco Cake And Bakery in Mega Mall Manado, and the research time is 2 (two) months, the data used in this research is primary and secondary data, the sampling method uses the Qualitative Descriptive Method. Based on the results of interviews conducted, this research shows that the location/distribution channel strategy in this marketing mix is very profitable for the Mako Cake and Bakery Outlet in Mega Mall Manado, the reason is because it is located near the entrance which is easy to find, and also the ease of transportation to reach the location which is in the city center. The marketing mix results for product, price, place and promotion have been carried out well. In terms of products, it is in accordance with the motto of Mako cake and bakery, namely High-quality, refined, and delicious bread and pastries or high- quality, smooth and delicious bread and pastries.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness and evaluate the distribution of subsidized fertilizer in Ranowangko Village, East Tondano District, Minahasa Regency based on the "6 Right" principles, namely right quantity, right place, right type, right price, right quality and right time. This research will last for 3 months, namely April-June 2024. Primary data was obtained through data collection using the sample survey method and secondary data was obtained from related agencies. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling technique by determining the number of samples using the Slovin Formula. The data analysis method used to measure effectiveness uses the Guttman scale and evaluation uses descriptive data analysis techniques. The research results show that the right place, right type and right quality indicators are categorized as very effective. Furthermore, the indicators for the right amount and time are categorized as quite effective. Then the exact price indicator is categorized as ineffective.
