Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the profiles of peddlers in Malalayang Dua Village, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research was carried out in the Malalayang Dua subdistrict, Malalayang District, Manado City. The research was conducted for three months, from August to October 2022. The data collected in the research were primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected through direct interviews with mobile vendor respondents and direct field observations to see how mobile vendors interact with their buyers, then data triangulation was used to check data through interviews. Secondary data was obtained from documents from the Malalayang Dua Village which are related to research such as libraries and data from certain relevant agencies. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis where the collected data will be presented in tabular form and explained in descriptive words. The results of the study show that the profiles of mobile traders in Malalayang Dua Village, Malalayang District, Manado City are traders who sell various kinds of vegetables, spices and fish by traveling around for 8 hours every day. Traders from outside the region (Gorontalo and Makassar) trade in Manado for 7 to 20 years. The motivation to trade is due to encouragement from within and from outside the trader, such as the desire to move forward and generate income and family needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the supporting institutions for strawberry agribusiness, and the role of supporting institutions in the development of strawberry agribusiness in Mooat Village and South Bongkudai Village, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted from May to August 2022. This research method uses a survey method. The research locations are all areas that grow strawberries. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from respondents, namely farmers and institutions that support the development of strawberry agribusiness, namely agribusiness supporting institutions. Secondary data was obtained from the government, sub-district office, mooat village office, and literature studies. The sampling method used is multistage random sampling. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. The results showed that agribusiness supporting institutions in East Bolaang Mongondow Regency included Bank BRI, Bank SulutGo, BNI, and BPR, Savings and Loans Cooperatives, Producers Cooperatives, Consumer Cooperatives, Service Cooperatives, Multi-Business Cooperatives. Research and Technology Institutions in the form of Agricultural Vocational Schools, and Universities. Fisheries and Forestry Extension Center (F2EC), Production Facilities Agency.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the potato marketing channel and calculate the potato marketing margin in Modoinding District, South Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted for two weeks, namely the third week of July to the fourth week of July 2022. The data collection method used a survey method. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews using a structured list of questions and followed by observation (observation). The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected through interviews based on a questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained from BPS and Agricultural Extension Center. The results of the study found four potato cooking channels in Modoinding District, South Minahasa Regency. The marketing margin received by each marketing channel, namely marketing channel I is IDR 1,500, marketing channel II is IDR 2,500, marketing channel III is IDR 1,500 and marketing channel IV is IDR 2,500. farmer's share is the part received by farmers from the price paid by consumers. farmer's share of each marketing channel, namely marketing channel I by 10 percent, marketing channel II by 0.4 percent, marketing channel III by 0.4 percent and marketing channel IV by 0.3 percent.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the income of Robert Moningka's palm sugar business in Agotey Village, Mandolang District. Data analysis used in this study is quantitative data analysis, then analyzed using profit analysis by calculating the difference between revenue and costs used. The data collection method in this study was carried out by collecting primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from interviews conducted directly by the researcher to Mr. Robert Moningka with questions that had been prepared previously by the researcher. While secondary data obtained from government agencies that are in accordance with the research. The results of this study show that Mr. Robert's palm sugar business income in Agotey Village, Mandolang District, Minahasa Regency, in 1 month or 30 days the average income is Rp. 9,600,000. Cost Rp 723,166.66. Income Rp 8,876,833.34.

Abstract

This study aims to determine community involvement in the law enforcement system for the environment in Indonesia. The research was carried out from June to September 2020. The research data collection technique was carried out deliberately. The data used in the research is through literature studies or document studies based on secondary data. Research refers to increasing public awareness in developing the ability and willingness to manage and maintain a pristine environment against pollution and environmental destruction. Apart from its influence, the concept of development is to create physical and moral concepts on a micro basis and support environmental development with the enactment of Environmental Law No. 4 of 1982. With the attention and awareness of the environment based on legal norms, it is an effort to overcome the problems of people's lives, improve the quality of human resources in the field of comprehensive education. Law enforcement is closely related to obedience for users and implementers of laws and regulations, the community is also subject to environmental laws.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of consumer satisfaction of organic vegetables at Jumbo Supermarket Manado. This research was conducted from May 2022 to October 2022. This study uses two types of data, namely primary and secondary data. The method used in sampling is the non-probability sampling technique where the collection of information and knowledge from respondents uses the accidental sampling method. Respondents in this study were consumers who had made a purchase and were willing to be interviewed as many as 30 respondents. The data were analyzed using Likert scale measurements. The results showed that the level of consumer satisfaction of organic vegetables at the Jumbo Supermarket in Manado was categorized as very satisfied, based on the results of the study with an index of 87.29%. Consumers are very satisfied with the price and availability of organic vegetables, freshness (physical appearance of vegetables), place, and quality of service at Jumbo Supermarkets.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the big role of the sub-district government in farmer groups in Kamasi sub-district, Central Tomohon sub-district. This research was carried out in November to January 2023 starting from preparation, data collection to preparing research results reports. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained directly from the source through surveys and interviews using a list of questions with members of the Farmer's Group, while secondary data was obtained from the Kamasi Village office. Based on the research results, it shows that the government is very good towards farmer groups in collaborating to market agricultural products, assisting with facilities and infrastructure, conducting agricultural training and counseling and facilitating sources of capital for farmer groups to support the farmer group's needs. The Government's role is very good, although it is not optimal in its role in accessing capital sources for farming because there are no Cooperative and Bank financial institutions.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the working time of farmers working on lowland rice farming in Woloan Dua Village, West Tomohon District. This research was carried out from May to July 2023. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with rice farming cultivators, using a list of questions that had been prepared in the form of a questionnaire. While secondary data were obtained from official sources, namely the Woloan Dua Village office, as well as other sources related to this research. The sampling method was carried out by purposive sampling, namely samples taken deliberately. The results showed that the working time of sharecroppers on lowland rice farming in Woloan Dua Village, West Tomohon District was 3072 hours. What is spent on lowland rice farming activities is land preparation, seeding, planting, fertilizing, pest and disease prevention, driving away birds, harvesting, threshing, transportation. And in a day it takes 8 hours, a week it takes 48 hours, a month it takes 192 hours, and per planting period it takes 3072 hours.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and understand social capital in the Tulus Farmer Group in Ponompiaan Village, Dumoga Sub-district, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The research was conducted for 3 months, from May to July 2023. Data collection methods in this study used primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with members of the Tulus Farmer Group using a list of questions that had been prepared in the form of a questionnaire. Secondary data was obtained from institutions related to the research problem, namely the Ponompiaan Village government. Sampling was done purposively (purposive sampling), the sample taken was the Tulus Farmer Group with a total of 15 farmer group members/respondents. The data analysis method was descriptive qualitative. Based on a survey in the field, the Tulus Farmer Group established good social relations in the form of mutual trust between fellow members and mutual trust between farmer groups and other farmer groups. The highest social capital is in the trust indicator, followed by the social network indicator and finally the social norm indicator.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how consumer satisfaction with tourist attractions Tuur Ma’asering. This research was conducted from October 2022 to January 2023. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from direct interviews with 30 respondents using a questionnaire, while secondary data is obtained from business owners, the internet and other sources that are relevant to this research. The results showed that customer satisfaction at Tuur Ma’asering tourism in Kumelembuai Village, Tomohon Timur District, Tomohon City through the variables of product, price, place, promotion and service quality, achieved a total score of 1,521 which indicates a consumer satisfaction index number of 84.5% and belong to the very satisfied category. The four variables that have the highest level of customer satisfaction are product, service, place/location, price, with the percentages (92.88%), (90.00%), (90.77%), (82.88%) belonging to very satisfied category. While the lowest variable is promotion with a percentage of 63.33% which belongs to the satisfied category. This shows that consumers are generally satisfied with all variables on the Tuur Ma’asering tour.
