Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine whether there is an influence of articulate storyline-based interactive learning media on students' cognitive learning outcomes and affective learning outcomes in class XI chemistry learning. This research uses a quasi-experimental quantitative approach and a non-equivalent control group research design. The population of this study was all class XI IPA. The technique used for sampling was saturated sampling, class XI IPA I with a total of 36 students as the control class and class XI IPA II with a total of 41 students as the experimental class. Data collection uses multiple choice questions for cognitive learning outcomes and questionnaires for affective learning outcomes. Hypothesis testing uses the non-parametric Mann-Whitney test for univariate tests and Kruskal Wallis for multivariate tests. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, the following conclusions were obtained: 1) There is an influence of articulate storyline-based interactive learning media on students' cognitive learning outcomes in Class XI chemistry learning on a univariate basis, with a value of Sig. 0.002<0.05. 2) There is an influence of articulate storyline-based interactive learning media on students' affective learning outcomes in Class XI chemistry learning univariately, with a value of Sig. 0.000<0.05. 3) There is an influence of articulate storyline-based interactive learning media on students' cognitive learning outcomes and affective learning outcomes in Class XI chemistry learning in a multivariate manner, with a value of Sig. 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi evidence-bassed nursing kompres hangat terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri epigastrum pada pasien gastritis. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus deskriptif, dimana disusun berdasarkan laporan asuhan keperawatan melalui pendekatan proses keperawatan yang dilakukan selama dua hari pada 2 pasien dengan keluhan yang sama di Ruang Tribhuana RSUD dr Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Kota Mojokerto. Pengkajian dilakukan dengan cara anamnesis dan observasi. Diagnosa Keperawatan ditentukan dengan Standar Diagnosa Keperawatan Indonesia(SDKI),sedangkan rencana keperawatan disesuaikan dengan pengelompokan intervensi pada Standar Intervensi Keperawatan Indonesia(SIKI) yang ditunjang dengan Evidence Based Nursing. Implementasi dan Evaluasi keperawatan didokumentasikan dengan model SOAPIER Pemberian terapi kompres hangat pada pasien gastritis diberikan dengan menggunakan botol yang berisikan air hangat dengan kisaran suhu<42ºC.Hasil: Diagnosa keperawatan nyeri akut dengan nomor diagnosa 0077 diberikan intervensi keperawatan berupa kompres hangat. Setelah diberikan intervensi keperawatan selama 3 hari, skala nyeri berkurang bahkan hilang saat dievaluasi pada hari ke tiga yang asalnya skala 5 menjadi skala 0. Data subjektif dari hasil anamnesa, pasien juga mengatakan nyeri berkurang dan pada hari ke tiga pasien mengatakan nyeri hilang. terapi kompres hangat efektif terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri Pada pasien

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the accounting treatment of productive zakat distribution practices and the suitability of implementing PSAK Syariah No. 109 at Baitul Mal, Pidie Jaya Regency with the concept of recognition, measurement, presentation and disclosure of PSAK Syariah No. 109. The type of this research is a case study. The research method used is descriptive analysis method. Data collection techniques in this research used interview and documentation methods. The results of the research show that the productive zakat distribution mechanism at Baitul Mal Pidie Jaya Regency in distributing productive zakat to mustahik still uses a grant contract, which means that the productive zakat funds given to mustahik are given free of charge and gradually they have started to use the qardhul hasan contract. The implications of productive zakat funds on the status of mustahik are not yet fully capable of changing mustahik into muzakki, the status of mustahik can only change into muktafi (people who are able to meet their own needs) and munfiq (people who give infaq). Apart from that, the research results show that the concept of recognition and measurement of zakat at Baitul Mal Pidie Jaya Regency is in accordance with PSAK Syariah No. 109. The concept of recognition and measurement of infaq/alms at Baitul Mal Pidie Jaya Regency is not fully in accordance with PSAK Syariah No. 109. The concept of presentation and disclosures at Baitul Mal Pidie Jaya Regency are in accordance with PSAK Syariah No. 109.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Mendeskripsikan hasil dari penerapan metode Make A Match dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar pelajaran pendidikan agama islam dan budi pekerti siswa di kelas VIID SMPN 14 Jember tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), subjyek penelitian terdiri dari 32 siswa kelas VIID. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di SMPN 14 Jember. Adapun penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, di mana setiap siklus mengikuti prosedur perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang menggunakan observasi, angket (kuesioner), wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis data pada tahap pra siklus perolehan rata-rata angket motivasi belajar siswa dengan presentase sebesar 73%. Dari hasil analisis data pada tahap siklus I diperoleh rata-rata presentase angket motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 75%. Sedangkan pada tahapan siklus II diperoleh rata-rata presentase hasil angket motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 79%. Dari hasil tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode Make A Match dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama islam dan budi pekerti di kelas VIID SMPN 14 Jember tahun ajaran 2023/2024.

Abstract

Speech delay is the most common disorder in children and causes anxiety for parents. The purpose of this literature review is to determine the factors that influence the incidence of speech delay in children. This literature review is through searching the results of publications on the  Google Scholar database, and the Garuda Portal between 2020-2024. The keywords used were factors AND speech delay AND children. Search for articles related to 6 sources that are included in the inclusion criteria. It was concluded that internal factors affecting the incidence of speech delay in children are physical disability, gender and premature birth. External factors that influence the incidence of speech delay are parenting, lack of communication between parents and children, maternal education, family economy, and gadget use. Parents can increase stimulation and communication in children, and utilize speech therapy in health facilities.   Abstrak Speech delay merupakan gangguan yang paling sering terjadi pada anak dan menyebabkan kecemasan bagi orang tua. Tujuan literature review ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian speech delay pada anak. Literature review ini melalui penelusuran hasil-hasil publikasi pada database Google Scholar, dan Portal Garuda antara tahun 2020-2024. Kata kunci yang digunakan yaitu faktor-faktor dan speech delay dan anak. Penelusuran artikel yang terkait 6 sumber yang termasuk dalam kriteria inklusi. Kesimpulannya bahwa faktor internal yang mempengaruhi kejadian speech delay pada anak adalah kecacatan fisik, jenis kelamin dan kelahiran prematur. Faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi kejadian speech delay adalah pola asuh orang tua, kurangnya komunikasi orang tua dan anak, pendidikan ibu, ekonomi keluarga, dan penggunaan gadget. Orang tua  dapat meningkatkan stimulasi dan komunikasi pada anak, serta memanfaatkan terapi wicara di fasilitas kesehatan.

Abstract

Pregnancy is an important period that demands the physical and mental readiness of the mother in facing childbirth. Lack of readiness can increase the risk of anxiety, stress, and complications during childbirth. Based on the results of initial observations in the work area of the Kedungwuni II Health Center, it was found that most pregnant women did not have adequate knowledge regarding preparation for childbirth, especially related to non-pharmacological relaxation techniques such as prenatal yoga. This causes low maternal readiness in facing the labor process. One effective non-pharmacological approach to preparing for childbirth is prenatal yoga. This activity is a community service program that aims to improve the knowledge and readiness of pregnant women through counseling for pregnant women's classes and prenatal yoga exercises. The activity methods include participant identification, knowledge pre-test, implementation of yoga education and practice, and post-test evaluation. The study was conducted in the work area of the Kedungwuni II Health Center with a total of 20 respondents. The pre-test results showed that 65% of pregnant women had poor knowledge regarding prenatal yoga, while the post-test results showed an increase in knowledge with 70% of respondents in the good category. The age and education level of pregnant women affect the level of understanding. Prenatal yoga has been shown to improve physical and mental readiness, reduce back pain, and help relaxation before labor. The conclusion of this activity is that prenatal classes and prenatal yoga play an important role in improving labor readiness holistically. Suggestion: It is hoped that prenatal classes integrated with prenatal yoga exercises can be implemented sustainably by health workers at the Kedungwuni II Health Center.   Abstrak Kehamilan merupakan masa penting yang menuntut kesiapan fisik dan mental ibu dalam menghadapi persalinan. Kurangnya kesiapan dapat meningkatkan risiko kecemasan, stres, dan komplikasi saat persalinan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kedungwuni II, ditemukan bahwa sebagian besar ibu hamil belum memiliki pengetahuan yang memadai mengenai persiapan persalinan, khususnya terkait teknik relaksasi non-farmakologis seperti prenatal yoga. Hal ini menyebabkan rendahnya kesiapan ibu dalam menghadapi proses persalinan. Salah satu pendekatan non-farmakologis yang efektif untuk mempersiapkan persalinan adalah prenatal yoga. Kegiatan ini merupakan program pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesiapan ibu hamil melalui penyuluhan kelas ibu hamil dan latihan prenatal yoga. Metode kegiatan meliputi identifikasi peserta, pre-test pengetahuan, pelaksanaan edukasi dan praktik yoga, serta evaluasi post-test. Penelitian dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kedungwuni II dengan total 20 responden. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan bahwa 65% ibu hamil memiliki pengetahuan kurang terkait prenatal yoga, sementara hasil post-test menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dengan 70% responden berada pada kategori baik. Faktor usia dan tingkat pendidikan ibu hamil mempengaruhi tingkat pemahaman. Prenatal yoga terbukti meningkatkan kesiapan fisik dan mental, mengurangi nyeri punggung, serta membantu relaksasi menjelang persalinan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa kelas ibu hamil dan prenatal yoga berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kesiapan persalinan secara holistik. Saran: Diharapkan kegiatan kelas ibu hamil yang terintegrasi dengan latihan prenatal yoga dapat dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan oleh petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas Kedungwuni II.

Abstract

Writing skills are very important skills for students and will always be used by students in learning activities at school and outside of school if they have graduated and are involved in various activities in the community. The success of the teaching and learning process is largely determined by the student's ability to write. Therefore, students' writing skills should be improved as early as possible in their school life. There are some texts in writing. One of them is the narative text. A narrative text is a non-fiction story that can be a fairy tale, myth, folklore, animal story, and so on. The purpose of a narrative text is to entertain the reader with a story made in such a way that it is interesting. Narrative texts have three elements that must be present in a story or writing, such as orientation, complications, and resolution. E-Learning Fresto is a paid e-Learning that provides a variety of services that are useful in supporting the learning process, evaluation, and assessment of learning. Fresto also provides video call facilities that allow teachers and students to meet face-to-face and online in learning. E-Learning Fresto is an application that can help the learning process in the classroom and have a positive impact on teachers and students, make students not feel bored and make the learning process more interesting. The purpose of this study is to determine the achievement of students' writing skills in writing narrative texts with and without the application of fresto. The population is 36 students of class X TEI 2 SMK N 4 Semarang. The author took one class as an experimental class. Research instruments in the form of tests, there are two types of tests, namely pre-test and post-test. Written tests are used to collect data. After data collection, there was a significant difference between before and after learning using the fresto application. The results of the study were that the average score of students who wrote narative texts without fresto application was 77.41667 and the average score of students after using the fresto application in writing narative texts was 89.86111 KEY WORDS: Writing, Narative Text, Fresto App
