Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed the sports marketing landscape. Social media has become one of the effective marketing tools to reach new audiences and increase sports fan engagement. This research aims to analyse sports marketing strategies in the digital era by optimising the use of social media. The research method used is a literature study and case analysis of several sports organisations that successfully utilise social media in their marketing strategies. Data was collected from various sources such as scientific journals, articles, and official websites of sports organisations. The results show that social media offers many opportunities for sports organisations to connect with a wider audience, build brand awareness, and increase fan engagement and loyalty. Effective sports marketing strategies in the digital age include the use of engaging multimedia content, the utilisation of influencers and brand ambassadors, and data analysis to understand audience preferences. In addition, collaboration with social media platforms can also increase the reach and visibility of sports content. The conclusion of this study is that social media has become an important marketing tool for sports organisations to reach new audiences and increase fan engagement in the digital age. Sports organisations need to design marketing strategies that are integrated with social media to achieve effective marketing goals.

Abstract

The minimal use of technology in marketing products from small business actors in Plelen Village has an impact on the branding of the product which is less well known and the sales turnover is not optimal. The purpose of this activity is to increase the understanding and skills of small business actors about online marketing strategies, increase the reach of marketing areas, and increase sales turnover. The methods used were interviews, observations, lectures, discussions, practices and evaluation of activities and involved 34 MSME business actors in Plelen Village. The results of this activity show that MSME business actors are very enthusiastic about participating in the training because they have just received training to develop their business for the first time and have begun to switch to online media in marketing their products. This activity ran well and smoothly, it is hoped that after participating in this activity participants can increase sales turnover and market their products more widely.

Abstract

The knowledge possessed by the MSME actors of Sari Raos Pedawang Village regarding Occupational Health and Safety is still minimal. The lack of knowledge will have a bad impact on business actors because the potential for occupational hazards is always present at the production site in order to minimize occupational hazards, so the team initiated to hold education on the K3 program. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of business actors about Occupational Health and Safety and anticipate the occurrence of occupational hazards at production sites. The methods used are lectures, questions and answers, and discussions. The participants of this activity were 25 people from Sari Raos MSMEs in Pedawang Village. The Village Head and MSME Actors of Sari Raos welcomed the positives of this activity, the results of this activity concluded that the material presented by the team was very appropriate and needed by the Sari Raos MSME Actors to prevent work hazards during work activities and occupational health for business actors. The hope after participating in this activity is that participants can increase their knowledge and implement it at the work site.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine how an archive storage system can improve the quality of services offered by the Pedawang Village Office. Methodology: The subject of this study is the apparatus of Pedawang Village, which consists of four people. The indicators studied were reliability, tangibles, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Results: The study found that although the government of Pedawang village has used an archive management system, archive storage is still performed manually. Because of the lack of infrastructure and storage facilities, the number of documents is growing. Conclusion: Pedawang Village's archiving system is good, but needs to be improved through the archive life cycle. The main obstacles are limited facilities, accumulation of archives, and poor knowledge of the village officials. Solutions include improved facilities, digitization of archives, and archival training. Limitations: The study only covered one village (Pedawang); therefore, the results cannot be applied to other villages with different characteristics. Contribution: With limited physical storage facilities, using information technology to store archives can benefit the organization and maintain the quality of service, increasing public trust in the Pedawang Village Government.

Abstract

Arsip dikelola dengan baik dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan dan pelayanan prima. Akan tetapi, ada beberapa organisasi yang belum menerapkan pengelolaan arsip yang sesuai standar salah satunya di KSU Batang Cemerlang. Penerapan pengelolaan arsip yang ada di KSU Batang Cemerelang belum maksimal dijumpai banyaknya berkas yang tidak tertata dengan baik, adanya penumpukan berkas dan tempat penyimpanan arsip yang sangat minim sehingga pengurus mengalami hambatan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada pelanggannya khususnya saat permintaan es balok yang cukup tinggi di wilayah tempat pelelangan ikan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengurus KSU Batang Cemerlang di bidang pengelolaan arsip. Metode di kegiatan ini yakni paparan materi dan praktik penyimpanan arsip. Tim terdiri dari tiga dosen tetap dan dua mahasiswa dari Program Studi Administrasi Perkantoran. Kesimpulan bahwa materi pelatihan dan penyampaian materi selama kegiatan mudah dipahami dan dimengerti oleh peserta serta antusias selama kegiatan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Human Adaptability, Social Capital, and Business Innovation in supporting Business Sustainability among MSME actors. The research employed a Mixed Method approach with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and questionnaires distributed to 83 MSME respondents in Pekalongan City and Regency. Quantitative analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS), while qualitative data were utilized to strengthen the findings. The results indicate that Human Adaptability has a significant positive effect on Business Innovation, meaning that the higher the MSMEs’ ability to adapt to technology and market changes, the greater their opportunities to create innovation, which in turn significantly influences business sustainability. Social Capital also shows a significant positive impact on Business Innovation, emphasizing the importance of social networks and collaboration in fostering new ideas. Furthermore, Business Innovation strongly contributes to Business Sustainability, covering financial, social, and environmental aspects. However, the direct relationship between Human Adaptability and Business Sustainability is weaker compared to its mediated effect through innovation. These findings highlight that MSME sustainability is not only determined by adaptability and social networks but primarily by the ability to transform adaptability and social capital into concrete innovations. Therefore, strategies to enhance MSME competitiveness should focus on improving digital literacy, strengthening business networks, and providing innovation mentoring in products and business models to ensure survival in an increasingly dynamic business environment

Abstract

this study focuses on Human Resource Administration at the Office of Human Resources and Human Resource Development Ciamis Regency. The purpose of this study is for the implementation of Human Resources Administration at the Office of Human Resources and Human Resources Development Ciamis Regency. In this study, a qualitative descriptive method is used which is a study designed to describe the atmosphere of a location based on observation data, actions, language and text. Based on the observations made in this study, the observation of the authors can be concluded that the implementation of Human Resource Management to the agency for Human Resource Development and Human Resources Ciamis Regency is still less than optimal. Some employees are not distributed according to their area of expertise or expertise. The process of work performed is less than optimal and the results of the work are not good enough. The recruitment process is also less than optimal and can have a bad impact on the institution and the organization itself. The assignment of employees must be carried out in accordance with their individual abilities. The misalignment of the employee with his area of expertise and skills can have a significant impact on which agency to hire in the future.
