Abstract

Hasil belajar merupakan tolak ukur untuk mengetahui keberhasilan belajar seseorang. Seseorang yang hasil belajarnya tinggi dapat dikatakan bahwa ia telah berhasil dalam belajar. Hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas V di SD Swasta RK 3 Pematangsiantar belum sesuai dengan harapan, salah satu penyebabnya yaitu siswa belum mengerti kecerdasan intrapersonal yang dimiliki dan siswa kurang aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1)Korelasi antara kecerdasan kecerdasan intrapersonal dengan hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia kelas V (2)Korelasi antara keaktifan belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia kelas V (3)Korelasi antara kecerdasan kecerdasan intrapersonal dan keaktifan belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia kelas V di SD Swasta RK 3 Pematangsiantar tahun pelajaran 2023/2024.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelational. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Swasta RK 3 Pematangsiantar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V berjumlah 78 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 38 siswa dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, dkn, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya diuji terlebih dahulu melalui uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas dan uji linieritas. Adapun uji hipotesis menggunakan rumus product moment, korelasi ganda, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1)Terdapat korelasi positif antara kecerdasan intrapersonal dengan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia didapatkan hasil nilai rhitung 0,730 > rtabel 0,320 dengan tingkat hubungan sebesar 53,3%, 2)Terdapat korelasi positif antara keaktifan belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia didapatkan hasil nilai rhitung 0,780 > rtabel 0,320 dengan tingkat hubungan sebesar 60,9%, 3)Terdapat korelasi antara kecerdasan intrapersonal dan keaktifan belajar siswa dengan hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia didapatkan hasil nilai rhitung 0,793 > rtabel 0,320 dengan tingkat hubungan sebesar 60,7% serta nilai Fhitung 29,584 > Ftabel 3,28.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an influence from the school environment on the character formation of fifth grade students at UPTD SD Negeri 122371 Pematangsiantar T.A 2023/2024. The results  of the calculations are distributed to respondents, namely class V students. Through the t hypothesis test that t and Sig which describe that the school environment (variable X) is at 0.01, which means it is smaller than 0.05, this indicates that there is a significant influence on the school environment (x) with Character Formation (y). where tcount 2.608 > ttable 2.04, so there is a significant influence of variable x on variable y while in R Square a value of 0.559 is obtained, meaning that the magnitude of the independent variable (x) in explaining the dependent variable is 53.7% while the remaining 44.4% is influenced by other variables such as the contextual approach to the character building of fifth grade elementary school students.

Abstract

This classroom action research was conducted as an effort to improve student learning outcomes through the application of digital media in the learning process at the UPT SD Negeri 124388 Jalan Perwira Pematangsiantar. The background of this research is based on the condition of low student learning outcomes influenced by the use of conventional learning methods that are less able to attract students' attention and active participation. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the use of digital media in improving student learning outcomes and improving the quality of the learning process in the classroom. This research was conducted in two cycles, each of which includes the planning stage, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The digital media used included learning videos, interactive teaching materials, and technology-based visual media adapted to the learning material. The results of the study showed a gradual increase in student learning outcomes in each cycle, both in terms of material understanding, activeness in learning, and achievement of evaluation scores. In addition, the use of digital media was able to create a more interesting and enjoyable learning atmosphere, thus encouraging students to be more focused and motivated in participating in learning. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the application of digital media has proven effective in improving student learning outcomes and is worthy of being used as an alternative learning strategy in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the process of mentoring elementary school teachers in designing in-depth learning plans through the integration of Learning Outcomes (CP) and Learning Objective Flow (ATP) and analyze its impact on improving the quality of learning plans. The background of the study is based on the finding that some teachers still experience difficulties in systematically integrating CP and ATP, resulting in lesson plans tending to be administrative in nature and less supportive of in-depth learning. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a mentoring-based service model implemented at SDN 095148 Pulo Siborna. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation studies of lesson plans before and after mentoring. The mentoring process was carried out through the stages of needs identification, strengthening conceptual understanding, design practice, and reflection and evaluation. The results showed that mentoring was able to improve teachers' understanding of the integration of CP and ATP and produce more structured, contextual, and coherent lesson plans. In addition, there was a shift in teachers' mindsets from an administrative orientation to a competency-based approach and in-depth learning. Thus, teacher mentoring is an effective strategy in supporting the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in a more meaningful and sustainable manner
