Abstract

Study This aim For analyze appropriateness transformation at STIE Ganesha to Graha University Ganesha in frame increase quality education and services education tall to public . Study done for 1 year from January until December 2023 to 25 people consisting of from BPH YPGG, leaders , lecturers , employees and students of STIE Ganesa. The research was conducted using qualitative research methods with a single case study approach. Data was collected through interviews, literature studies and field observations. The research results show that consultation and assistance by the transformation team was very effective in strengthening the process of preparing the strategic plan for the transformation of Graha Ganesha University. The research results show that basic change form become University Graha Ganesha including a) saturation of study programs b) needs World Business And Industry (DUDI) in region South Tangerang city, c) Shape long PTS No or not enough responsive to need public. There are 5 foundations for the transformation of Graha Ganesha University, namely philosophical, sociological, psychological, historical and juridical foundations. The implementation of the education system adapts need provision means And infrastructure physique adequate is need Which very vital And main. Academic, administrative, financial and social aspects of community interest and development is an assessment of the feasibility of STIE Ganesha towards the transformation of Graha Ganesha University. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of higher education in Indonesia and is useful for stakeholders in formulating appropriate policies and strategies to improve the quality of higher education in Indonesia. The research has implications for formulating appropriate and contextual higher education transformation policies.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas pendampingan tim perubahan bentuk dalam proses penyusunan rencana strategis (resntra) transformasi STIE Ganesha menjadi Universitas Graha Ganesha. Kegiatan dilakukan sembilan dosen STIE Ganesha sebagai Tim Kelompok Kerja (Pokja) transformasi bentuk Universitas. Program dilakukan selama 11 bulan dari Februari hingga Desember 2023 di kampus STIE Ganesha dan kantor LLDIKTI III Wilayah Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dengan rapat kerja, penyusunan renstra, pengisian format Borang, presentasi dan visitasi lapangan di kampus B Cakung Jakarta Timur. Kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa kekompakan tim efektif dalam penyusunan rencana strategis transformasi Universitas Graha Ganesha yang ditandai lolos dan diterimanya empat usulan program studi sarjana baru yaitu Ilmu Komputer, Sistem dan Teknologi Informasi, Bisnis Digital dan Teknik Sipil oleh Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Riset Teknologi RI. Urgensi transformasi kelembagaan ialah : (a) kejenuhan dan penyesuaian adaptasi di lingkungan sekitar. (b) Meningkatkan kualitas dan daya saing, (c) mempertahankan diri dari kepunahan. (d) mampu bersaing kompetitif di dunia pendidikan. (e) mendukung dunia usaha dan indusri. (f) Meningkatkan status dari Sekolah Tinggi menjadi Universitas. Kegiatan ini berdampak signifikan terhadap kemajuan institusi dan masyarakat luas. Kolaborasi.

Abstract

AbstrakPada lingkungan akademisi khususnya dosen pasti sudah sangat familiar dengan yang namanya website SINTA dan website BIMA. Adapun tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk filtering dosen-dosen yang belum memiliki akun SINTA dan BIMA di lingkungan STIE GANESHA kemudian dilakukan pemutakhiran dengan cara updating, upgrading dan syncronzing pada akun-akun tersebut. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan PKM ini adalah metode ceramah dan praktek langsung. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah seluruh dosen telah di buatkan akun BIMA yang nantinya dapat digunakan ketika ingin mengajukan proposal dana hibah penelitian dari KEMENBUDRISTEK, sedangkan untuk akun SINTA, jumlah dosen yang telah memiliki akun adalah sebanyak 34 Dosen dan setelah terselenggarakan kegiatan ini jumlahnya menjadi 44 Dosen yang berarti bertambah 10 Dosen dan juga seluruh dosen yang hadir diberikan workshop tentang bagaimana cara input dan sinkronisasi karya tulis yang telah mereka terbitkan di jurnal nasional maupun internasional kedalam akun SINTA mereka dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan score SINTA.Kata kunci: pelatihan; akun sinta; akun bima; STIE Ganesha AbstractIn the academic environment, especially lecturers, they must be very familiar with the name SINTA website and BIMA website. The purpose of this activity is to filter lecturers who do not yet have SINTA and BIMA accounts within STIE GANESHA with the steps updating, upgrading and syncronzing these accounts. The methods used in this PKM activity are lecture methods and direct practice. The result of this PKM activity is that all lecturers are created a BIMA account which can later be used when they want to submit a research grant proposal from the Ministry of Culture and Technology, while for the SINTA account, the number of lecturers who already have an account is 34 lecturers and after this activity is held the number becomes 44 lecturers which means an increase of 10 lecturers and also all lecturers who attend are given workshops on how to input and synchronization of papers they have published in national and international journals into their SINTA accounts with the aim of obtaining SINTA scores. Keywords: training; sinta account; bima account; STIE Ganesha

Abstract

This study addresses a critical gap in strategic management literature by focusing on private higher education competitiveness in Indonesia's evolving academic landscape. The research aims to analyze STIE Ganesha South Tangerang's strategic positioning and identify key factors influencing its competitive development. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, the study incorporated in-depth interviews, documentation analysis, and questionnaires with 29 participants, following Miles & Huberman's analytical framework through IFAS, EFAS, and SWOT matrices. Empirical findings demonstrate the institution's strong competitive advantages in faculty expertise, accreditation status, and industry-aligned curricula, while revealing significant challenges in marketing effectiveness and infrastructure development. External analysis identified digital transformation and governmental policies as pivotal opportunities, alongside intensifying competition and regulatory changes as major threats. The study's implications suggest implementing aggressive growth strategies emphasizing human capital development, digital integration, and strategic industry partnerships to enhance institutional positioning. These findings provide a actionable framework for private higher education institutions seeking to navigate competitive challenges while maintaining educational quality and market relevance
