Abstract

Pengembangan profesionalisme guru melalui kinerja guru merupakan upaya peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui peningkatan kompetensi guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja guru dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan responden guru di beberapa sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Guru yang memiliki kinerja yang baik memiliki sikap profesionalisme yang lebih tinggi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru, seperti pelatihan dan pengawasan, untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan

Abstract

This research discusses the use of technology to enhance reading comprehension. In this digital era, technology has transformed how we receive, process, and use information. Technology provides various tools and applications that support reading instruction, ranging from interactive learning platforms to artificial intelligence-based tools capable of offering real-time feedback. This research explores the role of technology in improving reading comprehension, focusing on personalized learning, the use of digital media, and associated benefits and challenges. Studies show that technology can enhance reading comprehension by providing interactive and engaging learning experiences, as well as instant feedback. However, challenges such as distractions, the need for proper training, and the risk of over-reliance on technology must be addressed. By overcoming these challenges and integrating technology into reading instruction, educators can enhance students' reading skills and prepare them for success in the digital age. In the future, the development of more individualized and adaptive learning tools, as well as the exploration of new technologies such as virtual reality and augmented reality, can provide more immersive and interactive reading experiences. This research aims to provide valuable insights into the future development of technology-based literacy.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze in depth educational planning to improve teacher competency at MAS Al-Jami'atul Washliyah 22 Tembung. Educational planning to improve teacher competency is one of the key factors in creating quality resources in an educational institution, which can improve teacher performance and productivity. This research uses qualitative case study methods, which allows in-depth analysis of the dynamics of educational planning to improve teacher competence. The research data was obtained based on observations and answers to questions that the author asked to parties involved in the direct interview process in the field, with the respondent being a deputy head of the madrasah. Apart from that, analysis of documents related to educational planning to improve teacher competence was also carried out to obtain a more comprehensive picture. The research results show that good planning in improving teacher competency in a madarsah has a great influence on improving human resources for educators, especially teachers.

Abstract

Perundungan atau bullying di sekolah adalah masalah serius. Itu bisa bikin anak-anak merasa takut, sedih, dan sulit belajar. Penelitian ini mau tahu bagaimana sekolah mencegah bullying. Fokusnya di kebijakan sekolah ramah anak dan cara mereka mengatasi bullying di MTSN 2 Medan. Caranya, kita wawancarai kepala sekolah, guru BK, dan komite sekolah. Hasilnya, sekolah mulai lakukan langkah-langkah sejak 2023. Mereka buat Satuan Tugas Ramah Anak, pakai panduan dari pemerintah, dan libatkan guru, orang tua, serta lembaga perlindungan anak. Sosialisasi dilakukan secara bertahap ke siswa, guru, dan orang tua lewat panggilan, penyuluhan, dan latihan di kelas. Guru penting banget dalam mendeteksi dan menangani bullying. Sekolah juga tegas memberi sanksi ke pelaku dan menyediakan layanan konseling untuk korban dan pelaku. Secara umum, kebijakan ini cukup efektif. Tapi, mereka perlu tambah kegiatan edukasi yang lebih terstruktur dan terus pantau. Studi ini menunjukkan kalau semua orang harus bekerjasama supaya sekolah jadi tempat yang aman dan nyaman, bebas bullying.
