Abstract

This research discusses the use of technology to enhance reading comprehension. In this digital era, technology has transformed how we receive, process, and use information. Technology provides various tools and applications that support reading instruction, ranging from interactive learning platforms to artificial intelligence-based tools capable of offering real-time feedback. This research explores the role of technology in improving reading comprehension, focusing on personalized learning, the use of digital media, and associated benefits and challenges. Studies show that technology can enhance reading comprehension by providing interactive and engaging learning experiences, as well as instant feedback. However, challenges such as distractions, the need for proper training, and the risk of over-reliance on technology must be addressed. By overcoming these challenges and integrating technology into reading instruction, educators can enhance students' reading skills and prepare them for success in the digital age. In the future, the development of more individualized and adaptive learning tools, as well as the exploration of new technologies such as virtual reality and augmented reality, can provide more immersive and interactive reading experiences. This research aims to provide valuable insights into the future development of technology-based literacy.

Abstract

Risk management policies play an important role in influencing a company's investment and financial decisions. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of implementing risk management policies on investment and company financial decisions. Literature study analysis of financial data and related data from several companies that implement risk management policies is used as a research method. The research results show that effective risk management practices can improve a company's investment decisions by reducing uncertainty and increasing investor confidence. Apart from that, good risk management policies also have a positive impact on company financial decisions, such as more efficient cash management, better cost management, and improved overall financial performance. These findings provide an important contribution for practitioners and researchers to understand the importance of implementing risk management policies in the context of corporate investment and financial decisions. The practical significance of this research is the need for companies to pay attention.

Abstract

Perundungan atau bullying di sekolah adalah masalah serius. Itu bisa bikin anak-anak merasa takut, sedih, dan sulit belajar. Penelitian ini mau tahu bagaimana sekolah mencegah bullying. Fokusnya di kebijakan sekolah ramah anak dan cara mereka mengatasi bullying di MTSN 2 Medan. Caranya, kita wawancarai kepala sekolah, guru BK, dan komite sekolah. Hasilnya, sekolah mulai lakukan langkah-langkah sejak 2023. Mereka buat Satuan Tugas Ramah Anak, pakai panduan dari pemerintah, dan libatkan guru, orang tua, serta lembaga perlindungan anak. Sosialisasi dilakukan secara bertahap ke siswa, guru, dan orang tua lewat panggilan, penyuluhan, dan latihan di kelas. Guru penting banget dalam mendeteksi dan menangani bullying. Sekolah juga tegas memberi sanksi ke pelaku dan menyediakan layanan konseling untuk korban dan pelaku. Secara umum, kebijakan ini cukup efektif. Tapi, mereka perlu tambah kegiatan edukasi yang lebih terstruktur dan terus pantau. Studi ini menunjukkan kalau semua orang harus bekerjasama supaya sekolah jadi tempat yang aman dan nyaman, bebas bullying.
