Abstract

Kepemimpinan kepala desa tercermin dari cara kerja perangkat desa dalam melayani masyarakat. Citra pemerintahan yang baik ditunjukkan melalui kerja sama dan dukungan dari berbagai sektor, termasuk sumber daya manusia. Sumber daya manusia harus dikelola dengan baik untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi, khususnya di tingkat pemerintahan desa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi perangkat desa terhadap kepala desa dalam mengelola desa Jogjogan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dimana variabel yang digunakan adalah gaya komunikasi yang digunakan pemimpin desa dalam melayani masyarakat. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sensus perangkat desa terpilih dan pihak pendukung pemerintahan desa yang berjumlah 60 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan perhitungan mean dan analisis konjoin dengan memeriksa hasil regresi yang dihasilkan dalam kumpulan data. Temuan hasil tulisan menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala desa mempunyai pengaruh yang kuat terhadap gaya kepemimpinan kepala desa dengan pendekatan humanis dan komunikasi kekeluargaan. Pekerjaan kepala desa dinilai berhasil. Hal ini juga disebabkan oleh pendekatan komunikasi yang baik dan pendekatan kepala desa yang ramah serta sesuai dengan karakteristik masyarakat Jogjogan..

Abstract

In this modern age, online litigation has become a game-changer in streamlining the judicial process. To embrace this transformation, Indonesia's Supreme Court has implemented an e-court system, governed by the Supreme Court Regulation, to boost efficiency and accessibility in the legal landscape. This study sets out to explore the advancements of the e-court system within Indonesia's Religious Courts, delving into the key factors driving its growth and shaping its implementation, with a focus on the concept of maslahah mursalah (public welfare). This study adopts a qualitative research approach, utilizing descriptive analysis and drawing upon both primary and secondary data sources. The findings highlight that while the e-court system largely aligns with existing regulations, hurdles like inadequate network infrastructure and limited public digital literacy persist. Nevertheless, the system brings substantial advantages, paving the way for meaningful progress, including lower costs, remote access to court services, and simplified processes. Key features such as e-filing, e-payment, e-summons, and e-litigation increase accessibility and convenience. Digital transformation reflects the issue of ensuring more efficient and cost-effective services. Factors that influence include cost savings from paperless processes, the ability to file cases remotely, technological literacy issues, and internet connectivity challenges in some areas. Overall, e-court systems align with societal welfare by enhancing the accessibility and affordability of legal services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the transformation process of Majelis Zikir Basmalah in Abian Tubuh Baru Village and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors influencing its development. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the leader of the assembly, administrators, congregation members, religious figures, and local community members. The results showed that the transformation of Majelis Zikir Basmalah occurred gradually through changes in organizational structure, religious functions, social interaction patterns, values, and adaptation to social changes. The assembly developed not only as a religious ritual forum but also as a medium for spiritual and social development within the community. Supporting factors included routine religious activities, active participation of community members, and the role of religious leaders in strengthening spirituality. Meanwhile, the primary inhibiting factor was the limited involvement of younger generations in religious activities. Overall, Majelis Zikir Basmalah plays an important role in strengthening religious values and social harmony in the community amidst modern social changes.
