Abstract

The existence of social media, which intensively displays similarities with television shows, has resulted in the decline of the television industry. Thus shifting the tastes of the younger generation by offering modern trends rather than local culture. This also happened on local Republic of Indonesia television, such as TVRI Yogyakarta. This article aims to reveal TVRI Yogyakarta's strategy for maintaining cultural wisdom through the Canthing program amid an era of media disruption. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation related to research. The results of this research show that TVRI Yogyakarta's strategy in maintaining the existence of the Canthing program is through the use of professional human resources, packaging the program with the main content of Javanese culture, methods of approaching and involving the youth community and socializing the program through advertisements on various TVRI Yogyakarta programs. by using social media as a form of divergence, convergence, and cyclone methods. TVRI Yogyakarta tries to provide innovations in the programs presented according to current developments so that they continue to be in demand by the current generation and beyond. This study contributes to the development of theories and concepts of the function of media as a cultural medium, which is also the orientation of Islamic communication. ***Eksisnya media sosial yang gencar menampilkan kemiripan dengan tayangan televisi mengakibatkan menurunnya industri pertelevisian sehingga menggeser selera generasi muda dengan penawaran trend modern daripada budaya lokalnya. Hal tersebut juga terjadi di televisi lokal Republik Indonesia seperti TVRI Yogyakarta. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk membongkar bagaimana strategi TVRI Yogyakarta dalam menjaga eksistensi kearifan budaya di tengah era disrupsi media melalui program Canthing. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang terkait dengan penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa strategi TVRI Yogyakarta dalam mempertahankan eksistensi program Canthing melalui penggunaan sumber daya manusia yang profesional, pengemasan program dengan mengusung konten utama budaya Jawa, metode pendekatan dengan melibatkan komunitas anak muda, dan sosialisasi program melalui iklan pada berbagai program acara TVRI Yogyakarta dengan pemanfaatan media social sebagai bentuk dari metode divergensi, konvergensi, dan siklon. TVRI Yogyakarta berusaha memberikan inovasi baru terhadap program-program yang disajikan sesuai perkembangan zaman sehingga terus diminati oleh generasi masa kini dan seterusnya. Studi ini berkontribusi bagi pengembangan teori dan konsep fungsi media sebagai sarana kebudayaan, yang juga menjadi orientasi dari komunikasi Islam.

Abstract

Simpul Iman Community is a forum for interfaith theological dialogue between students of Sanata Dharma University, Duta Wacana Christian University, and Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University, Yogyakarta. This organization was born as a form of maintaining tolerance and the teachings of compassion from every religion. The purpose of this research is to find out how the forms of interreligious communication that occur in SIM C. This study uses a qualitative approach with an observational method that observes how members of the SIM C organization engage in dialogue. The results of this study indicate that all activities are carried out with the awareness that all human beings can live together based on tolerance and compassion. The content and method of dialogue are not only about theological debates but also about how implementing the teachings and values of divinity in each religion affects life in society. The way SIM C dialogue members do not offend one another. They dialogue tolerantly and do not touch the sensitive side of each religion. It is hoped that this research can be a reflection to create spaces for dialogue between faiths to create harmony in the nation's life.

Abstract

Communication plays a role important as a tool to communicate well with the environment in order to establish a harmonious relationship , but it can also become a means of knowing oneself, one of which is in increasing self- awareness for every individual . The purpose of writing this article is to find out the impact of intrapersonal communication on increasing one's self awareness to change perspectives and attitudes for the better according to the perspective of Al-Qur'an Surah Adz Dzariyat verses 20 and 21. Therefore the research library method in this study is used to examine the concept of intrapersonal communication from the perspective of Surah Adz Dzariyat verses 20 and 21 from research books and journals. The results of the discussion of this article are that intrapersonal communication has an impact on each individual to know himself. The significance of the role of intrapersonal communication for individuals towards self-awareness encourages them to do self-introspection and manage the emotions that are being felt so that they can relieve stress and will make individuals focus on life goals . The tendency of awareness to make creative and innovative decisions in dealing with events in life without reducing existing knowledge and directing individuals to positive emotions.

Abstract

Islamic da'wah or Islamization on the island of Java was first carried out by the nine saints called walisongo, among those who were phenomenal with Javanese culture such as wayang kulit was Sunan Kalijaga. The da'wah that was carried out was considered effective and efficient so that it was able to make Javanese people a Muslim majority, this was because the concept of da'wah which carried Javanese Sufism until it was adopted in the millennial era as carried out by Ki Miko Cakcoy. The nuances of local wisdom that are still maintained as glue between relationships between people in the current millennial era are the big homework of a da'I in society. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the cultural da'wah strategies carried out by Ki Miko Cakcoy in preaching in the midst of millennial modernity. The research method used in writing this article is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that cultural da'wah in the millennial era is needed so that it can become an adaptive da'wah model without diluting cultural arts values as a legacy of local wisdom. The hope is that in the future cultural da'wah by raising local wisdom still needs to be carried out by other millennial preachers so that future generations do not easily forget the history that existed.

Abstract

One of the pillars of Pancasila which reads "Belief in One Almighty God" is used by the Semarang Archdiocese's Social Communication Commission as coercion in religious moderation in the media space. Even though religious moderation is often declared by certain Muslim activists. So this article aims to find out how this community builds religious moderation in the media space. The method used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method with the data source, namely the Komsos Archdiocese of Semarang youtube channel. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation related to research. The results in this study are that the Semarang Archdiocese's Komsos youtube channel has used the four pillars of religious moderation, namely; National Commitment with the acceptance of Pancasila as the state ideology. Tolerance, an attitude that is very necessary in society in order to bring about peace. Anti-violence, encouraging every religious community to avoid violence. Accommodating to local culture is an attitude that reflects an ability, but in this pillar the practice is not optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to test and explain the effect of digital markerting variables on purchasing decisions for the Nibras brand. In addition, it is also to test and explain the consumer confidence variable in moderating digital marketing variables on purchasing decisions for the Nibras brand. This type of research uses quantitative research, the aim is to get answers about the clarity of the relationship between variables through data analysis to test the hypothesis that has been set. This study uses a probability sampling technique of simple random sampling type, which is a type of research that is carried out randomly on each element without regard to strata in the population. There are 100 samples that are feasible in the study. Based on the characteristics of research respondents from a gender perspective, 71% of female respondents and 29% of male respondents. The results of the SEM PLS analysis state that digital marketing variables have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. That way H1 is accepted and H2 is accepted. As for the moderating role of the consumer confidence variable for digital marketing variables on purchasing decisions. The consumer confidence variable moderates the effect of digital marketing on purchasing decisions, and the type of moderation is quasi moderation. With that stated that H1 is accepted and H2 is accepted.
