Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the Effect of Work Environment and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Dongjin Indonesia by using saturated sample techniques and stratified random sampling. The framework in this study consists of independent variables such as work environment and work discipline, and dependent variables, namely employee performance. The methods used in this study are quantitative methods and data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires. The primary data in this study was with a total sample of 168, the researcher took only half of the sample results of 84 respondents and all available data were analyzed using SPSS Version 25. The results showed that the R Square value was 0.088 or 9%. And the results of the study based on the t test for the work environment have a value of 3,678 > 1,989 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline has a value of 3,348 > 1,989 and a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05 which means that the work discipline variable has a significant effect on employee performance and the F test result has a value of 3.911 >2.71 and a significant value of 0.003 < 0.05, it can be interpreted that  The work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence interpersonal communication and intrapersonal communication have on PT Cahaya Bintang Sejati. This research method is a quantitative type. The population in this study was 124 and the sample in this study was 90 respondents using a arandom sampling technique. The analysis technique uses a partial significance test (T test) and simultanneous (F test). Parsial test result (T) interpersonal communication variabel have a positive and significant effect on employee work effectiveness, Intrapersonal communication variabel have a positive and significant effect on employee work effekctiveness. Test result (F) interpersonal communication and employee work effectiveness variables can be said that all independent variables jointly influence significant effect on employee. Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh job description dan tekanan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Jalan Abadi. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory research digunakan pada 30 karyawan yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Instrumen berupa kuesioner skala Likert dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) melalui SmartPLS. Hasil menunjukkan secara simultan kedua variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai R² sebesar 0,881. Secara parsial, hanya tekanan kerja yang berpengaruh signifikan (koefisien 0,813; p < 0,05), sedangkan job description tidak signifikan (koefisien 0,151; p > 0,05). Seluruh konstruk memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya pengelolaan tekanan kerja melalui penyeimbangan beban, target yang jelas, serta dukungan emosional dan teknis. Meski job description tidak signifikan, evaluasi kejelasan peran tetap disarankan untuk menghindari ambiguitas yang dapat menghambat produktivitas
