Abstract

This study aims to determine whether job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a direct effect on Employee Turnover. Quantitative research uses a correlational approach. The population of this study is 90 employees at PT Trans Rekreasindo. The sample consisted of 90 employees. Saturated sampling was used in this study. Research instruments made by researchers guided by dimensions and expert indicators are used to collect data through survey methods. The Likert scale with five alternative answer options ranging from strongly agree, agree, doubt - doubt, disagree, and strongly disagree was used in the questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS Version 20 The findings of this research said 1) the result of the job satisfaction variable tcount of 6.123 was greater than the ttable so the tcount > ttable so that the influence of the job satisfaction variable significantly on employee turnover 2) the organizational commitment variable tcalculated of 1.709 showed that the tcount > ttable, significance 0.091 < 0.05 so the organizational commitment variable had no significant influence on employee turnover 3) the results of the simultaneous test showed a value of F = 21.644 and a significance value < probability of 0.000 < 0.05 so the variables Job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a positive and significant influence on employee turnover.

Abstract

In this study, there are limitations that are carried out, namely the researcher only researches in private and public vocational schools throughout the city of Cilegon. Quantitative research uses a correlational approach. The population of this study is all private and public vocational school teachers in Cilegon City as many as 600 people with 27 schools. The 10% sample consisted of 600 teachers and the total used was 86 teachers. Proportional random sampling is used as a sampling technique. Data collection is carried out by a survey method using research instruments developed by researchers by following the dimensions and indicators of experts. The questionnaire used a Likert scale with five categories of alternative answers ranging from strongly agreeing to agreeing, Neutral, disagreeing, and strongly disagreeing. Data analysis was carried out using Smart-PLS 3.2.7. The findings of this study reveal 1) There is a direct relationship between motivation and creativity, with a coefficient of R2 of 0.241; 2) Between motivation and productivity, there is a significant direct influence, with R2 of 0.083, t-statistic of 2.709 > 1.96, p-value of 0.007 < 0.05; 3) There is a significant direct relationship between career development and Creativity, with an R2 of 0.625; 4) career development has a significant direct effect on productivity, with an R2 coefficient of 0.750, t-statistics of 10.463 >1.96, and p-value of 0.000 < 0.05; 5) creativity has a significant direct influence on teacher productivity, with an R2 coefficient of 0.676, t-statistics of 11.619 >1.96, and p-value of 0.000 < 0.05; 6) Through Creativity, there was a significant indirect influence of Motivation on Teacher Productivity, with an R2 coefficient of 0.111, t-statistic of 2.952 >1.96, and p-value of 0.003 < 0.05; 7) In the seventh hypothesis, from the results of the hypothesis test, the R2 coefficient is 0.061, the t-statistic is 3.042 >1.96, and the p-value is 0.002 < 0.05, so that there is a significant indirect influence between Career Development and productivity through Creativity at Cilegon City Vocational School.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, intellectual intelligence on the performance of employees of Primary Cooperative Iqro (PRIMKOPIQ). The variables used are emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, intellectual intelligence as independent variables, and employee performance as dependent variables. The research method used in this study is the survey method, while the population in this study are employees of Primary Cooperative Iqro (PRIMKOPIQ). The number of samples determined in this study was 37 respondents. Sampling was carried out by taking the entire population. The data analysis technique used was multiple correlation analysis and determinant coefficient (R2). The results of the coefficient analysis show that the t-test of the emotional intelligence variable has a positive and significant effect on performance (t count 2.087> t table 2.034), the spiritual intelligence variable on performance shows a positive and significant effect (t count 4.604> t table 2.034), the intellectual intelligence variable on performance shows a positive and significant effect (t count 2.089> t table 2.034), and the emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and intellectual intelligence variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of Primary Koperasi Iqro (PRIMKOPIQ) employees. This is based on the results of the f-test with an ftable value of 3.27 while the fcount value is 14.701.

Abstract

Qualitas zakat dan pajak merupakan permasalahan yang sudah berlangsung lama bagi umat Islam, selain membayar pajak juga harus membayar zakat (muzaki). Meskipun pajak bukan merupakan kewajiban syariah, namun keberadaan umat Islam sebagai kehidupan bermasyarakat mengharuskan adanya pembayaran pajak. Pemerintah sedang membuat undang-undang yang dapat menentukan tanggung jawab ganda zakat dan pajak terhadap umat Islam. Permasalahan tersebut tertuang dalam Bab 22 Undang-undang Nomor 23 Tahun 1390 hingga perubahan ayat 3 Bab 14 Undang-undang Nomor 38 Tahun 1378 tentang Pengelolaan Zakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman yang akurat mengenai perhitungan pajak penghasilan masyarakat setelah menunaikan kewajiban membayar zakat. Ketentuan mengenai pemotongan pajak atas zakat, yaitu zakat yang dibayarkan melalui Baznas atau LAZ, ditetapkan oleh pihak yang berwenang sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Dan zakat berpengaruh terhadap perhitungan pajak penghasilan orang pribadi karena zakat merupakan pengurang penghasilan kena pajak

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kapabilitas dan penggajian terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Hafis Nuryatama Konstruksi Cilegon. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasional. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei yang melibatkan 57 responden yang dipilih secara acak. Penelitian ini berfokus pada dua variabel utama, yaitu kapabilitas yang mencakup keterampilan dan pengetahuan karyawan, serta penggajian yang mencakup struktur gaji dan insentif yang diterima oleh karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kapabilitas karyawan berhubungan langsung dengan peningkatan produktivitas dan kualitas kerja, sementara penggajian yang adil dan kompetitif mampu meningkatkan motivasi serta komitmen karyawan terhadap pekerjaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan kapabilitas karyawan melalui pelatihan yang tepat serta pengelolaan penggajian yang baik memiliki kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja karyawan di PT. Hafis Nuryatama Konstruksi Cilegon.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training and work placement on employee performance at PT Samator Gas Industri Cilegon Branch. The method used was quantitative with a multiple linear regression approach, involving 36 employees as a sample. The regression results showed that training had a significant effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.506 and a significance value of 0.000, which means that better training can improve employee performance. Meanwhile, job placement also has a significant influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.329 and a significance value of 0.000. The results of the simultaneous test (F Test) showed an F value of 45.665 with a significance value of 0.000, which means that the two independent variables, namely training and work placement, had a simultaneous significant effect on employee performance. With an R Square of 0.735, the model was able to explain about 73.5% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 26.5% was influenced by other factors that were not studied. Based on these results, it is recommended that companies improve training and job placement programs to match employees' skills and needs to improve their performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh job description dan tekanan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Jalan Abadi. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode explanatory research digunakan pada 30 karyawan yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Instrumen berupa kuesioner skala Likert dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) melalui SmartPLS. Hasil menunjukkan secara simultan kedua variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan nilai R² sebesar 0,881. Secara parsial, hanya tekanan kerja yang berpengaruh signifikan (koefisien 0,813; p < 0,05), sedangkan job description tidak signifikan (koefisien 0,151; p > 0,05). Seluruh konstruk memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya pengelolaan tekanan kerja melalui penyeimbangan beban, target yang jelas, serta dukungan emosional dan teknis. Meski job description tidak signifikan, evaluasi kejelasan peran tetap disarankan untuk menghindari ambiguitas yang dapat menghambat produktivitas
