Abstract

Family planning is an effort to regulate the birth of children to realize a prosperous family, because through pregnancy regulation, families are able to prepare themselves in economic, social and health aspects. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of community participation in decision-making related to the Family Planning Program (KB) in Tegal Besar Village. This research method uses a qualitative approach. This approach is an approach to produce in-depth research to reveal a problem based on facts found in the field. The data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, and secondary data. The results showed that community participation in decision-making of the Family Planning Program (KB) in Tegal Besar Urban Village varied based on the level of community involvement and understanding of the program. Community participation tends to be high in the aspect of socialization and counseling, where most participants stated that they had attended educational activities organized by the government or cadres. Overall, although community awareness of the importance of the family planning program is high, participation in decision-making still needs to be improved so that the program can run more effectively and in accordance with the needs of the local community.

Abstract

Human Resources (SDI) are non-material assets in an organization or company. Good Human Resource Management (SDI) / Human Resource Management (MSDI) has a positive impact on the quality of public services. A good work program will be hampered if the Human Resources within it are passive in carrying out their responsibilities. This is due to challenges that do not receive special attention from the Banyuwangi Culture and Tourism Office. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach using interviews and in-depth observations of staff and employees of the Banyuwangi Culture and Tourism Office. Based on the results of observations, the challenges faced include limited resources, lack of training and development, lack of awareness and understanding of responsibilities, and piling up of individual tasks. The aim of this research is to provide solutions that can be implemented to face the challenges faced by the Banyuwangi Culture and Tourism Office.

Abstract

Sistem Aplikasi Keuangan Tingkat Instansi (SAKTI) adalah aplikasi yang digunakan sebagai sarana bagi satker dalam mendukung implementasi SPAN untuk melakukan pengelolaan keuangan yang meliputi tahapan perencanaan hingga pertanggungjawaban anggaran. Aplikasi ini menyediakan sejumlah fitur unggulan, termasuk pengelolaan keuangan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan serta pertanggungjawaban anggaran. Pemanfaatan teknologi mutakhir memungkinkan aplikasi ini memberikan pengalaman yang efisien, efektif, dan mudah diakses, sehingga mempermudah pengadilan negeri banyuwangi dalam melakukan transaksi serta mengelola anggaran. Tujuan utama Aplikasi Sakti adalah untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas suatu Lembaga atau instansi dengan memberikan akses yang akurat, efisien dan transparansi ke berbagai layanan yang dibutuhkan. Selain itu, SAKTI mengimplementasikan konsep single database, yang memungkinkan integrasi data secara terpusat. Aplikasi SAKTI digunakan oleh entitas akuntansi serta entitas pelaporan di bawah Kementerian Negara/Lembaga. Semua transaksi yang dilakukan oleh entitas akuntansi dan entitas pelaporan tersebut dijalankan melalui sistem elektronik yang terstruktur dengan baik.

Abstract

Budidaya ikan merupakan salah satu sektor penting dalam mendukung perekonomian dan ketahanan pangan di Kabupaten Jember. Namun, produktivitas petani ikan masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti keterbatasan teknologi, pengelolaan pakan yang kurang efektif, serta permasalahan lingkungan dan kesehatan ikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas metode budidaya ikan dalam meningkatkan produktivitas petani ikan di Kabupaten Jember. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner terhadap petani ikan di beberapa kecamatan yang memiliki sentra perikanan utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi modern dalam sistem budidaya, seperti kolam bioflok dan pemberian pakan berkualitas tinggi, berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil panen. Selain itu, akses terhadap pelatihan dan konsultasi teknis juga menjadi faktor utama dalam meningkatkan efektivitas budidaya. Oleh karena itu, disarankan adanya peningkatan dukungan dari pemerintah dan lembaga terkait dalam bentuk pelatihan, bantuan sarana produksi, serta penguatan akses pasar guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani ikan di Kabupaten Jember.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significant level of efficiency between Islamic banks in Malaysia using the DEA method and analyze the financial performance of Islamic banking with the Maqashid Syariah approach in Malaysia using the DEA method. The population in this study is Islamic Banks in Malaysia. This research was conducted during the period 2011-2015, selected 9 Islamic banks in Malaysia which became the research sample. The data analysis used in this study is Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The results of this study show that Islamic banks in Malaysia that have experienced efficiency over the past 5 years in terms of distribution are Affin Islamic Bank Berhad, CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad, and RHB Islamic Bank Berhad, while those in terms of profitability are Affin Islamic Bank Berhad and in terms of personal income, no one has experienced efficiency.

Abstract

In the face of global dynamics and growing Muslim consumer awareness of halal products, as well as environmental concerns, the integration of the Halal Supply Chain, sustainability principles, ecological ethics, and Maqasid Syariah (the principles of Islamic law) is becoming increasingly important. The method used is a literature review, which examines research results to provide a comprehensive overview of the development and position of this research compared to existing research. This integration of concepts is intended to encourage macro policies related to the halal industry and will organize micro areas related to company or business actor practices. This article aims to illustrate the interrelationship of these concepts within a mutually supportive strategic framework, resulting in the formulation of an integrated model that not only meets halal standards but is also socially and environmentally responsible within the corridor of Islamic values. The implications can increase consumer trust, strengthen brand image, expand market access, and contribute to sustainable development.
