Abstract

In developing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) it is necessary to have a strategy in marketing its products that aims to increase competitiveness and increase in business development, one of which is through branding so that it has its own distinctive characteristics when compared to MSMEs whose businesses are the same and can also be recognized wider by society. This service aims to provide reinforcement to the community's creative industries (MSMEs) in the Sentul area, Kepanjenkidul District, Blitar City regarding marketing strategies through product branding and design. The methods used in this service activity are direct presentations, discussions, and mentoring. Strengthening this marketing strategy was carried out for three days which coincided at the D&D Handycraft UMKM Shop which was witnessed by the shop owner. For the smooth running of this community service activity, the East Java "Veteran" UPN KKN team made a presentation of material in the form of a PowerPoint which discussed general product branding and design using the Canva application and prepared a tool, namely a camera to take product photos.

Abstract

Responsibility Village is one of the Villages in Kepanjen Kidul District, Blitar City. The Responsibility Village itself has several sectors that support regional economic growth, one of which is the MSMEs sector. There is no doubt that there are many MSMEs in the Responsibilities Village and they are also very diverse. But unfortunately the development and growth of MSMEs is still hampered due to the lack of understanding and awareness of MSMEs actors about the development of science and technology. It is unfortunate that because of this, many MSMEs are still lagging behind in terms of promotion and marketing of the products they have. Abstract

In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, the rapid advancement of information technology has a significant impact on society in supporting various business activities, both on a large and small scale, with the aim of gaining global recognition for businesses. The development of information technology also contributes to increasing sales volume and profits. It is expected that the use of internet technology will provide significant benefits for the competitive business world. The success of companies in this business competition depends on their ability to implement technology and information in their operations. One effective way to enhance business competition and product sales is through the adoption of electronic technology, such as e-commerce, to market various products or services in physical and digital forms. This research aims to optimize the utilization of digital marketing for Gudeg Blitar's small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The research utilizes a mentoring method, involving several stages such as observation, planning, implementation, and evaluation. In the data collection process, the researcher conducted direct interviews with MSMEs owners located in Kepanjen Lor Village, Blitar City. The findings of this research indicate that by selecting the appropriate social media platforms and optimizing the use of e-commerce, sales can be increased
