Abstract

Pendahuluan : Obesitas merupakan masalah gizi yang semakin banyak dijumpai pada anak di dunia. Asupan energi yang melebihi dari jumlah kalori yang dibakar dalam proses metabolisme tubuh dapat menjadi penyebab terjadinya obesitas. Kegemukan dan obesitas terutama disebabkan oleh faktor lingkungan yang terjadi melalui ketidakseimbangan antara pola makan, perilaku makan, serta aktivitas fisik. Sarapan pagi pada anak sekolah bertujuan untuk mencukupi kebutuhan energi selama beraktivitas di sekolah. Melewatkan sarapan kemungkinan akan berkaitan dengan meningkatnya konsumsi snack dan tingginya asupan dari snack tinggi lemak. Tujuan : Menganalisis hubungan sarapan, konsumsi makanan selingan, karakteristik orang tua, dan asupan energi terhadap kejadian obesitas pada siswa di SDI Pondok Duta Depok Tahun 2016. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 140 siswa (9-12 tahun). Data diperoleh melalui pengukuran antropometri (timbangan digital dan microtoise) dan pengisian kuesioner oleh siswa berisi data sarapan dan konsumsi selingan, serta FFQ Semi Quantitative untuk data asupan energi dan kontribusi energi selingan. Hasil : Kejadian obesitas anak di SDI Pondok Duta Depok Tahun 2016 sebesar 25,7%. Sebanyak 50,7% subyek tidak rutin sarapan, 47,9% subyek mengkonsumsi jenis sarapan kurang, dan 94,3%  subyek memiliki waktu sarapan baik (sebelum atau jam 9). Konsumsi makanan selingan, sebanyak 27,1% subyek mengkonsumsi selingan sering, 51,4% subyek mengkonsumsi jenis selingannya lebih dari 2 jenis dan 87,9% subyek memiliki kontribusi energi dari selingan lebih dari 10% asupan energi, serta sebanyak 37,1% memiliki asupan energi lebih dari AKG Asupan energi yaitu 37,1% lebih. Berdasarkan analisis statistik Chi-square diketahui bahwa ada hubungan frekuensi sarapan (p<0,05; OR 6,12) dan asupan energi (p<0,05; OR 14,59) terhadap kejadian obesitas. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara frekuensi sarapan dan asupan energi terhadap kejadian obesitas.

Abstract

In developing Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) it is necessary to have a strategy in marketing its products that aims to increase competitiveness and increase in business development, one of which is through branding so that it has its own distinctive characteristics when compared to MSMEs whose businesses are the same and can also be recognized wider by society. This service aims to provide reinforcement to the community's creative industries (MSMEs) in the Sentul area, Kepanjenkidul District, Blitar City regarding marketing strategies through product branding and design. The methods used in this service activity are direct presentations, discussions, and mentoring. Strengthening this marketing strategy was carried out for three days which coincided at the D&D Handycraft UMKM Shop which was witnessed by the shop owner. For the smooth running of this community service activity, the East Java "Veteran" UPN KKN team made a presentation of material in the form of a PowerPoint which discussed general product branding and design using the Canva application and prepared a tool, namely a camera to take product photos.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMES) engaged in the world of Food and Beverage (F&B) in the Sentul Village area are one of the community service partners. One of these partners was established by the RT 01 association in the Sentul Village area with the lack of a conventional marketing system owned by these MSMEs. By providing various trainings and also providing socialization on the importance of digital marketing so that the marketing system can be improved so that it can cover more business targets and can be a better sales support. MSMES are also provided with service assistance in creating business accounts on digital media such as Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, and Google Business accounts with optimal digital media management. marketing communication is able to build a brand. In line with the above, marketing communication is an effort to convey messages to the public, especially target consumers, regarding the existence of products in the market, so that they contribute to brand awareness for the company.

Abstract

This research aims to decide the essential concepts of HR training and career improvement, the sorts, stages, and challenges within the HR preparing and career advancement handle in Islamic instructive teach. The strategy utilized in this logical work is library investigate. Abstract

Pada saat ini masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak peduli terhadap apa yang mereka makan, baik dewasa maupun anak-anak. Bagi masyarakat, hal terpenting dari makanan adalah rasa yang enak, porsi yang banyak, dan harga yang pas. Masyarakat khususnya anak-anak cenderung membeli makanan tanpa memperhatikan kebersihannya. Sehingga sering terjadi mereka menjadi korban dari jajanan yang tidak sehat. Hal ini terjadi karena minimnya pengetahuan tentang bagaimana mengenali jajanan yang aman. Jajanan anak sekolah yang kurang terjamin kesehatannya dapat menyebabkan keracunan, gangguan pencernaan, dan jika berlangsung lama akan menyebabkan status gizi yang buruk. Berdasarkan survei Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM) Indonesia tahun 2014, masih banyak ditemukan jajanan sekolah yang tidak memenuhi syarat kesehatan. Hal ini tentunya sangat memprihatinkan, sebab makanan bukan hanya sekedar untuk memenuhi kebutuhan nutrisi pada tubuh, melainkan kandungan gizi yang baik dari segi kuantitas maupun kualitas diperlukan agar tumbuh kembang anak dapat optimal. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan yang diadakan di Meunasah Desa Biluy kecamatan Darul Kamal Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Hasil dari kegiatan ini didapatkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata nilai pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan kesehatan. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan siswa siswi yang memiliki pengetahuan tentang jajanan yang sehat. Hasil pengabdian ini diharapkan akan menjadi modal dasar dalam pembentukan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat di tatanan sekolah, sehingga terwujud generasi yang sehat dan kuat.Kata kunci: Jajanan Sehat, Penyuluhan Kesehatan, Siswa SDAt this time there are still many people who do not care about what they eat, both adults and children. For people, the most important thing about food is good taste, large portions, and the right price. People, especially children, tend to buy food without paying attention to cleanliness. So they often become victims of unhealthy snacks. This happens because of the lack of knowledge about how to recognize safe snacks. Snacks of school children whose health is not guaranteed can cause poisoning, indigestion, and if it lasts for a long time will cause poor nutritional status. Based on the 2014 Indonesian Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM) survey, there are still many school snacks that do not meet health requirements. This is of course very concerning, because food is not just to meet the nutritional needs of the body, but good nutritional content in terms of quantity and quality is needed so that children's growth and development can be optimal. The method used was counseling which was held in Meunasah, Biluy Village, Darul Kamal District, Aceh Besar District. The results of this activity showed an increase in the average value of knowledge before and after health counseling was carried out. The results of this community service are expected to produce students who have knowledge about healthy snacks. The results of this service are expected to be the basic capital in the formation of clean and healthy living behavior in school settings, so that a healthy and strong generation is realized.Keywords: Healthy Snacks, Health Counseling, Elementary School Students

Abstract

Latar belakang diadakannya sosialisasi “Program KB” ini adalah bahwa faktanya masih  banyak orang yang belum mengetahui secara keseluruhan tentang apa itu KB dan jenis alat  kontrasepsi . Tujuan dilakukan kegiatan ini yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan minat peserta mengenai konsep program Keluarga Berencana (KB) dan jenis alat kontrasepsi khususnya pada Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) dan mengatur jarak kelahiran sehingga dapat menciptakan keluarga sehat sejahtera. Materi yang disajikan yaitu pengetian keluarga berencana, tujuan, manfaat dan jenis alat kontrasepsi.  Metode yang digunakan disini adalah penyampaian materi, menggunakan infocus dan leaflet. Hasil yang didapatkan setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan ini yaitu pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta meningkat tentang program Keluarga Berencana (KB). Hasil yang diperoleh setelah sosialisasi ini adalah masyarakat khususnya pasangan usia subur dengan adanya edukasi program keluarga berencana ini sebagai upaya meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya untuk mensukseskan program Keluarga Berencana (KB). Saran perlu adanya upaya meningkatkan pelayanan yang lebih baik mengenai alat kontrasepsi supaya pertumbuhan generasi yang akan datang semakin baik.Kata Kunci: Program KB; Wanita Usia SuburThe background to the socialization of the “KB Program” is that in fact there are still many people who do not fully understand what family planning is and the types of contraception. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge and interest of participants regarding the concept of the Family Planning (KB) program and types of contraceptives, especially for couples of childbearing age (PUS) and to regulate birth spacing so as to create a healthy and prosperous family. The material presented is the definition of family planning, goals, benefits and types of contraception. The method used here is the delivery of material, using infocus and leaflets. The results obtained after the implementation of this activity are that the knowledge and understanding of participants increases about the Family Planning (KB) program. The results obtained after this socialization were the community, especially couples of childbearing age, with this family planning program education as an effort to increase public knowledge and awareness about the importance of making the Family Planning (KB) program a success. Suggestions need to be an effort to improve better services regarding contraceptives so that the growth of future generations will be better..Keywords: Family Planning Program; Women of childbearing age.
