Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences in the establishment of schools based on the type of Islamic class from the perspective of Islamic law. This study identifies the factors that influence the establishment of schools with Islamic classes, analyzes the differences in educational approaches between schools with Islamic classes and public schools, and explores the perspective of Islamic law regarding the establishment of schools with Islamic classes. The research method used is qualitative research with inductive data analysis. The research findings indicate that factors such as societal needs, approaches to religious education, and adherence to Islamic legal requirements influence the establishment of schools with Islamic classes. The results of the analysis also show differences in educational approaches between schools with Islamic classes and public schools, with an Islamic education approach that is more integrated in schools with Islamic classes. The perspective of Islamic law underscores the importance of fulfilling the requirements of Islamic law in the establishment of schools with Islamic classes, such as ensuring proper religious teaching, the presence of qualified teachers, and the management of funds according to Islamic principles. This research provides insights for educational policy makers and related parties in understanding the differences in the establishment of schools based on the type of Islamic class from the perspective of Islamic law.

Abstract

This case study research aims to examine and analyze the condition of information and communication technology facilities for implementing Computer Based Testing School Assessment exams, school principal strategies in implementing Computer Based Testing School Assessments, as well as obstacles in implementing School Assessments Computer Based Testing in one of the junior high schools in Mataram City, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Indonesia. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of data analysis show that the condition of computer facilities for implementing Computer-based National Exam in schools is inadequate. The principal's strategy in implementing the Computer Based Testing School Assessment includes strategies in the areas of facilities and infrastructure, human resources and student affairs. There are two obstacles in implementing the Computer Based Testing School Assessment that have emerged, namely technical and non-technical obstacles. This highlights the importance of the principal's strategy in ensuring the successful implementation of Computer Based Testing-Based School Assessment.

Abstract

Globalisasi menjadikan dunia lebih terbuka dan lebih mudah terhubung satu sama lain. Hubungan manusia pun semakin rumit, terutama dalam aspek agama. Hal ini mendorong manusia untukĀ  lebih toleran menerima perbedaan satu sama lain. Namun, persoalan baru muncul saat manusia tidak lagi dapat mengenali perbedaan antara menghormati perbedaan dan mencampuradukkan perbedaan. Apalagi umat Islam Indonesia mengusung konsep Islam Nusantara yang lebih mengedepankan keluwesan, sopan-santun, dan kelemah-lembutan, sehingga menjadi pintu masuk arus globalisasi dan penetrasi berbagai budaya asing ke dalam budaya lokal. Berdasarkan latar tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konsep wasathiyah Islam Nusantara dalam membangun moderasi pendidikan di era globalisasi. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian kepustakaan. Kesimpulannya menunjukkan bahwa wasathiyah Islam Nusantara dalam membangun moderasi pendidikan di era global dapat ditinjau dalam dua aspek, yaitu moderat dalam materi keilmuan (akidah, akhlak, dan syariah), dan moderat dalam metode pembelajaran (model dan media pembelajaran).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing practices of Muslim entrepreneurs on TikTok and their alignment with Islamic business ethics. The main focus of this research is to examine how businesses promote halal products on social media and how well they adhere to principles of honesty and fairness in digital marketing. A qualitative research method with a descriptive approach was used, analyzing TikTok videos related to halal products. The findings indicate that although there are efforts to adhere to sharia principles, many entrepreneurs prioritize material gain without fully considering Islamic ethical values. The research also found that the use of Muslim influencers can increase consumer trust, but it also raises concerns about the integrity of the information conveyed. The findings are expected to contribute to the development of sharia marketing on digital platforms.

Abstract

The quality of learning in Indonesia continues to face various challenges, including the diversity of student characteristics, learning motivation, and the effectiveness of teaching strategies. Educational psychology plays a crucial role in understanding and responding to these complexities by providing a scientific foundation for teachers in managing the learning process. This literature research aims to analyze the role of educational psychology in improving the quality of teaching and learning processes. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected from various academic sources such as books, journal articles, and previous studies. The results of the study reveal that educational psychology helps teachers in six key areas: understanding individual differences, enhancing learning motivation, designing effective learning strategies, improving teacher-student interaction, managing classrooms more constructively, and applying more objective and reflective learning evaluations. These findings indicate that educational psychology not only enhances the effectiveness of learning but also encourages the creation of an inclusive and student-centered learning environment. This study contributes conceptually to educators and institutions to strengthen their pedagogical foundation through psychological understanding that is humanistic and responsive to student needs.
