Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the difficulties,implementation of learning, and evaluation of physical education learning for childrenwith special needs for mental retardation in special schools throughout Pekanbaru.This research is classified as descriptive research. This research was carried out at aspecial school in the city of Pekanbaru from the end of June 2023 to December 2023.Based on the results of the research and discussion, physical education learning formentally retarded classes throughout Pekanbaru City took place according to theexisting learning schedule and hours. Teachers teach according to the competenciesthat students must achieve. However, in implementing learning, teachers do not alwaysfind conditions that are conducive to teaching existing basic competencies. The resultsof this research can be concluded as an average of 82.14% with five factors which addup to the very good category. The meaning of very good here is that when comparedwith the interview results, SLB teachers really have difficulty teaching PhysicalEducation, but because they are based on sincere intentions, they are able to teach eventhough it is not according to the learning plan.Key Words: Physical Education Learning Difficulties, Children with Special Needs                 and Mentally Impaired

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the perceptions of schoolprincipals regarding PJOK learning at the MTS/SMP level in Kampar District. Thisresearch is quantitative descriptive research which provides an overview of the objectbeing studied. This research was conducted by researchers at MTS/SMP in KamparDistrict, 27 May - 31 May 2024. The researcher used two questionnaire tables, namelythe table with the Facilities and Infrastructure indicator containing 12 statements thatthe researcher had made and the table with the PJOK learning process indicator whichcontained 21 statements that have been made by researchers. Based on the researchresults, the conclusion obtained in this research is: School Principals' Perceptions ofPJOK Learning at the MTS/SMP Level in Kampar District are included in the valuerange of 81%-100% or in the very strong category with a percentage of 82%.Key Words: Principal's Perception, PJOK Learning, Middle School Leve

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine the level of readiness ofPJOK teachers at Public High School Sports in Riau Province in implementing theindependent curriculum. This research is quantitative descriptive research used to solveor answer a problem that is being faced in the current situation. The method used in thisresearch uses a survey method. This research was planned at SMA Negeri Sport Jl. YosSudarso, Damai Valley, District. Coastal Rumbai, Pekanbaru City. This research wasplanned after examining the proposal and receiving research approval. This researchshows that the level of readiness of PJOK teachers at the Riau Province Sports HighSchool in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum is in a fairly good category, withdetails of 33.3% very ready and 66.7% ready. Even though there are no teachers whoare in the sufficiently prepared category, these results show that the majority ofteachers already have adequate readiness to face the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. However, there are still obstacles in using facilities and infrastructure as well as understanding teaching materials that are in accordance with the Independent Curriculum.Key Words: PJOK Teacher Readiness, Independent Curriculum

Abstract

Pembelajaran di sekolah merupakan interaksi yang terjadi antara guru dan murid. Interaksi terjadi ketika penyampaian informasi oleh guru dapat diterima dengan baik oleh murid dengan cara dan model mengajar yang tepat. SMK Kansai Pekanbaru pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani sudah dilaksanakan dengan nyaman dan kreatif sesuai dengan kurikulum merdeka belajar. Nyatanya saat pembelajaran jasmani ditemukan keterampilan teknik dasar bola voli yang kurang dalam penguasaan dikarenakan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran kurang semangat atau tidak memiliki motivasi dengan penerapan pendekatan permainan taktis dimana siswa dapat bergerak, berpikir dan bertindak dengan suasana pembelajaran yang menarik dan menggembirakan. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas terhadap 23 siswa kelas XI jurusan TBSM dengan tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran pendekatan permainan taktis dapat meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran materi bola voli pada siswa kelas XI SMK Kansai Pekanbaru. Dari pelaksanaan dua siklus yaitu siklus I dan II diperoleh peningkatan ketuntasan siswa pada siklus I sebanyak 8 siswa yang tuntas atau 35% dan siklus II sebanyak 20 siswa yang tuntas atau 87% artinya model pembelajaran pendekatan permainan taktis efektif untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran bola voli.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini bermula dari hasil pengamatan pembelajaran PJOK di sekolah khususnya tingkat SMA/SMK di kecamatan Benai yang seringkali melewati materi pembelajaran pencak silat dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui tingkatan dari pengetahuan guru PJOK terhadap pembelajaran pencak silat di tingkat SMA/SMK Sederajat di kecamatan Benai. Pemilihan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data dan mendeskripsikan tingkat pengetahuan guru PJOK pada materi silat. Menggunakan instrument kuesioner dan wawancara langsung kepada 4 guru PJOK. Dari hasil ditemukan 3 orang guru memiliki pengetahuan terhadap materi pencak silat sangat baik dan 1 orang guru PJOK berada pada kategori baik serta ditemukannya kendala dalam pemelajaran materi pencak silat ada aspek keterampilan guru dan motivasi siswa.

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine the level of interest ofAgracea Elementary School students in physical education subjects. Research wasconducted on students at Agresia Elementary School. The study will be carried out inJuly-December 2024. The subjects of this research are all 27 grade 5 students atAgresia Elementary School, so the total population for this study is 27 people. Based onthe research results, the level of student interest in learning physical education at SDAgresia is divided into 3 indicators, namely the level of interest of students at SDEgresia is at a very good level with a level of progress. was 80.74%, while the level offulfillment of the role of physical education teachers was considered good at 78.63%and the provision of facilities and infrastructure was considered good at 65.61%.Overall, the level of interest of SD Agresia Pekanbaru students in physical educationsubjects is 76.30%, which means that the level of interest of SD Agresia students inphysical education subjects is at a good level.Keywords: Interest, Physical Education

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to test the influence of the TeachingPersonal Social Responsibility (TPSR) model on students' interest in learning andsocial behavior in playing basketball. In this research, researchers used the PTKresearch method. The population in this study were all class XII students of SMAN 9Mandau, Duri City. The sampling technique in this research was purposive sampling,until finally the sample in this research was class XII IPS 1, totaling 34 students. Inthis research, the design used is the Kemmis and Taggart model of PTK research(classroom action research). Researchers used the TPSR model with questionnaireinstruments for students' learning interest and social behavior, observation anddocumentation. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS (Statistical Product andService Solution) program version 25.0 IBM for window. The average value ofstudents' learning interest and social behavior obtained after implementing the TPSRmodel increased compared to before being given treatment. The results of the research showed an increase in interest in learning and social behavior from initial conditions to cycle I then to cycle II. In the initial condition, interest in learning received a total score of 1.365 (40.15%) and social behavior received a total score of 1.557 (45.79%). After cycle I the total score for learning interest increased to 1,877 (55.21%) and social behavior increased to 2,273 (66.85%). In cycle II there was a further increase with the total learning interest score reaching 2,421 (71.21%) and social behavior reaching 2,715 (79.85%). This shows a consistent increase in participants' learning interest and social behavior from initial conditions to cycle II. So it can be concluded that the TPSR model has a significant positive influence on students' interest in learning and social behavior in playing basketball, indicating that the gradual application of this model is able to consistently improve these two aspects.Key Words: Teaching personal social responsibility (TPSR) Model, PhysicalEducation, Student interest in learning and social behavior, Basketball

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menggambarkan secara rinci kondisi fisik para pemain futsal Klub Rajawali Kota Pangkalan Kerinci. Melalui pengujian fisik yang komprehensif, penelitian ini berusaha untuk memperoleh gambaran yang akurat mengenai tingkat kebugaran dan kemampuan fisik para atlet. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, kondisi fisik para pemain futsal Klub Rajawali Kota Pangkalan Kerinci berada pada kategori "kurang". Dari total 10 pemain yang menjadi sampel penelitian, 30% dikategorikan memiliki kondisi fisik yang baik, 30% berada pada kategori sedang, dan sisanya 40% berada pada kategori kurang. Tidak ada pemain yang memiliki kondisi fisik sangat baik atau sangat kurang. Temuan ini mengindikasikan adanya kebutuhan mendesak untuk meningkatkan program latihan fisik yang lebih intensif dan terarah bagi para pemain futsal Klub Rajawali Kota Pangkalan Kerinci agar dapat mencapai performa optimal dalam kompetisi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh lari zig-zag dan Shuttle terhadap kelincahan pemain sepak bola SSB ANDALAS berusia 18 tahun. Kelincahan pemain sepak bola sangat penting bagi keberhasilan mereka di lapangan karena memungkinkan mereka untuk bereaksi dan mengubah arah saat dibutuhkan. Eksperimen menjadi kekuatan pendorong di balik penelitian ini, yang menggunakan desain uji pra dan pasca dengan ukuran sampel sembilan orang. Analisis kenormalan data menggunakan uji Shapiro-Wilk mengungkapkan bahwa data mengikuti distribusi normal. Perbedaan hasil antara Shuttle Run dan Zig-zag Run juga diperiksa menggunakan uji-t. Dibandingkan dengan latihan lari zig-zag, latihan Shuttle Run meningkatkan kelincahan secara signifikan, menurut temuan uji-t. Sebagai kesimpulan, pemain sepak bola dapat meningkatkan kelincahan mereka lebih banyak dengan aktivitas Shuttle Run daripada dengan latihan lari zig-zag.

Abstract

This research discusses competency-based human resource management (MSDM) as a strategy for building a competitive organization through literature study methods relating to methods of collecting library data, reading and taking notes, as well as managing research data objectively, systematically, analytically and critically. Competency-based MSDM is an approach that emphasizes adapting employee skills, knowledge and attitudes to the company's strategic needs. In this research, the meaning of competency-based MSDM is discussed, the stages of implementation, the importance of this approach, and the strategic role in creating competitive advantage. Literature analysis shows that competency-based MSDM helps organizations develop human resource development strategies that are aligned with business goals, which ultimately increases employee productivity and organizational competitiveness. The results of this research also emphasize the importance of competency-based MSDM in increasing organizational adaptability, building a productive work culture, and strengthening competitive advantages in the global market. Thus, a competency-based MSDM strategy is a key element for organizations that want to survive and excel in dynamic competition
