Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah lokasi Pasar yang tidak teratur, kumuh, kotor, harga yang tidak stabil, serta keberagaman produk yang kurang diminati konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh lokasi, harga dan keberagaman produk terhadap minat beli pada Pasar Tradisional (Pasar Maumere). (2) mengetahui pengaruh lokasi terhadap minat beli pada Pasar Tradisional (Pasar Maumere). (3) mengetahui pengaruh harga terhadap minat beli pada Pasar Tradisional (Pasar Maumere). (4) mengetahui pengaruh keberagaman produk terhadap minat beli pada Pasar Tradisional (Pasar Maumere). Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei dengan menggunakan metode penelitian asosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah para konsumen yang ada pada Pasar Tradisional (Pasar Maumere), dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara bersama-sama ketiga variabel bebas yaitu variabel lokasi (X1), harga (X2) dan keberagaman produk (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli (Y) Pada Pasar Tradisional (Pasar Maumere). Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 136,954 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000<0,05, dan secara parsial variabel lokasi (x1) berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel minat beli (Y), secara parsial variabel harga (X2) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel minat beli ( Y ) dan secara parsial variabel keberagaman produk (X3) mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel minat beli ( Y) pada Pasar Tradisional (Pasar Maumere)..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dampak budaya kerja dan kinerja kerja perangkat Desa Samparong, Kecamatan Alok, Kabupaten Sikka dengan menggukanakan metode kualitatif. Kinerja kerja pemerintah Desa Samparong belum mencapai target yang diinginkan dilihat dari sub indikator dan indikator kinerja kerja. hal ini timbul karena Budaya kerja pemerintah Desa Samparong kurang maksimal dilihat dari sub indikator dan indikator dari Angaapan dasar tentang kerja kurang baik, sikap terhadap pekerjaan kurang baik, perilaku ketika bekerja kurang baik, lingkungan dan alat kerja kurang baik, serta etos kerja kurang baik. Hal ini terjadi karena gaya kepemimpinan kepala desa, budaya organisasi, motivasi dan evaluasi kinerja kerja belum maksimal dilakukan.

Abstract

The background of this study is the issues encountered by the Sub-district Government in managing financial administration. This study aimed to find out how the management of financial administration at the Nelle Sub-District Office of Sikka Regency. This descriptive qualitative study provided an overview of planning, budgeting, reporting, accountablility, and evaluation. The data relied on primary data obtained from observation, interviews, and secondary data. The informants of the study were the Head of the Sub-District and the Head of Finance and Treasurer. The results indicated that the management of financial administration at the Nelle Sub-District Office was not fully in accordance with Permendagri NO.77 of 2020, While the obstacles faced by the Nelle Sub-District Office were the level of time discipline and the lack of human resources in quantity. Hence, the planning and reporting of accountability for the implementation of programs were not optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to use research results in Sikka Regency Regional Development Planning. The problems faced are limited human resources, minimal budget for research and development activities, low coordination between research institutions and the government, and the results of recommendations from research that are not optimal. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data collected through interviews and analyzed qualitatively. The results of this research show that analysis of the use of research results is important to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of development programs, reduce uncertainty, and minimize the risk of failure in Sikka Regency Regional Development Planning.

Abstract

This study aimed to; (1) figure out the description of Health Worker Performance, Dual Role Conflict, and Social Support; (2) analyze the influence of Dual Role Conflict and Social Support on Health Workers' Performance both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study were health workers of UPT Puskesmas Kopeta Maumere, totaling 68 people. Because the population was limited, this research was conducted by census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done through the F test and t-test. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the Health Worker Performance variable was in good criteria, the Dual Role Conflict variable was in good criteria, then the Social Support variable was in good criteria. The statistical results of the t-test showed that partially the Dual Role Conflict variable had a negative and significant effect on the Performance of Health Workers. Furthermore, the Social Support variable had a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Health Workers. The results of the F test statistics showed that simultaneously the Dual Role Conflict and Social Support variables had a significant effect on the Performance of Health Workers. The results of the determination analysis indicated that the two independent variables in this study were able to explain the variation in the rise and fall of the performance of UPT Puskesmas Kopeta Maumere Health Workers by 23.7%.

Abstract

In an era of increasingly intense business competition, the ability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to maintain and expand their market presence has become crucial. One of the key factors in ensuring business sustainability is the application of business ethics. Business ethics play a significant role in shaping a company's reputation and long-term success. However, ethical challenges in conducting business through social media remain an issue, such as the mismatch between the promoted product and the actual product. This study highlights the importance of applying ethical business principles, such as honesty and transparency, in MSME promotional activities on Facebook to foster consumer trust and ensure business continuity. The research was conducted on two MSMEs in Maumere Hanara Shop and Cicy Lyudia Rahmatun Shop which utilize Facebook as a platform for communication and marketing. The findings reveal that the ethical use of Computer-Mediated Communication (CMC) technology can serve as an effective strategy for strengthening business relationships and building a positive brand image in the eyes of consumers.

Abstract

The background of this research is the employee performance of the Inspectorate Office in Sikka Regency has not been maximized. This research aimed to (1) determine the decription of work performance, work load, and work stress at the Inspectorate Office In sikka Regency and (2) analyze the influence of workload and work stress on the employee performace of the Inspectorate Office in Sikkaregercy both partially and simultaneously. The population in this research were employess of the Inpectorate Office in Sikka Regency totaling 43 people . This research was carried out by continuing to census or saturated sampling because the population was limited. Data were coocted though questionnaires and analyzed thoghdescriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was done though the F and t-tests. The result of descriptive analysis indicatend that the employe performance, workload,and work stress variables were categorized as good. The statistical results of the F-test showed that together ( simultaneously ) all independemt variables consisting of workload variable (X1) and work stress variable ( X2) had a significant influence on employee performance.The statistical result of the t-test showed that individually (partially ) the workload variable ( X1) had a significant influence on the employe performance variable and then partially the work stress variable had a significant influence on the employee performance variable at the Inspectorate Office in Sikka Regency . The results of the determination analysis showed that the two independent variables in this research were able to explain the variation in the variation in the ups and downs of employee performance of 28.2%.
