Abstract

Analisis Peluang Karier Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan akibat Perubahan Jabatan dari Struktural menjadi Fungsional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi peluang karier pegawai negeri sipil di Kemnaker setelah adanya perubahan jabatan dari struktural ke fungsional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan analisis kualitatif berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan dari hasil wawancara, observasi, dan catatan administrasi unit kepegawaian serta sumber lainnya. Subjek penelitian ini dipilih secara purposive sampling, yaitu beberapa pegawai negeri sipil di lingkungan Kemnaker yang mengalami perubahan jabatan dari struktural ke fungsional dan pejabat dari Biro OSDMA Kemnaker. Data yang diperoleh diverifikasi melalui triangulasi sumber, di mana data hasil wawancara dibandingkan dengan data hasil observasi untuk memastikan keakuratan dan keandalan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik individu, kesempatan yang tersedia, dan tuntutan lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan karier PNS. Perubahan dari jabatan struktural ke jabatan fungsional dapat dilihat sebagai peluang tetapi juga tantangan karena tuntutan lingkungan dan beban kerja yang meningkat. Selain itu, karier seseorang di Kemnaker dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti kemampuan dan kompetensi, ketersediaan lowongan jabatan, dan kebutuhan peningkatan kinerja dan angka kredit. Berdasarkan Bridges Career Transition Theory, individu yang berpindah jabatan dari struktural ke fungsional akan mengalami tiga tahapan, yaitu zona netral, persiapan, dan penyesuaian. Terakhir, Model Bandura's Triadic Model of Reciprocal Causation menyoroti interaksi antara faktor pribadi, lingkungan, dan perilaku yang mempengaruhi perilaku individu.

Abstract

Abstract This community service activity was carried out in Gunung Putri Village, Bogor Regency, with the aim of increasing the digital capacity of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) through videography training. A total of 25 MSME players participated in the two-day training which included a basic introduction to videography, practice in making promotional videos, and presentation of the participants' work. The training method was conducted in a participatory manner through a combination of theoretical material, technical demonstrations, and hands-on practice. The results of the activity showed that participants were able to produce product promotion videos that were creative, informative, and in accordance with the characteristics of their respective businesses. Documentation of the activity shows the high enthusiasm of the participants, which reflects the need and interest in digital marketing skills. Despite obstacles such as limited tools and limited training time, this activity had a positive impact on improving the digital skills of MSME players, especially in the aspects of branding and promotion. This training is the first step in supporting the digital transformation of local MSMEs to expand market access and improve competitiveness in the digital economy era. Abstract

Organizations must strive to improve employee engagement in the organization in order to increase employee engagement and loyalty. The purpose of this study was to analyze how employee engagement affects turnover intention at Catering Company and to analyze how much influence employee engagement has on turnover intention at Catering Company. Data collection in this study was done by distributing questionnaires to 87 Head Office employees at Catering Company which were obtained from the solvin formula and proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data collected were processed using simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 22 application. The results of this study indicate that there is a negative and significant effect between employee engagement and turnover intention with value of -0.557. So the higher the employee engagement, the lower the turnover intention, so the company needs to conduct an employee engagement survey to determine the level of employee engagement at Catering Company. In addition, companies need tFo make efforts to increase employee engagement by readjusting the workload of employees as an effort to reduce boredom and work stress experienced by employees. Companies also need to reduce turnover intention by reviewing the size of the wage scale structure.
