Abstract

Educational activities require financing to support various activities so that educational goals can be achieved. Education financing is not only concerned with how education is financed. It also concerns how the available funds are allocated. The use of education funds requires analysis to see financing achievements and financing efficiency. Thus, an analysis of education costs is needed in an institution to see whether education financing in that institution can realize the institution's goals. In the context of educational institutions, analysis of the use of education costs is related to budgeting in the institution. This research aims to explain the analysis of the use of education funds. The method used in this research uses literature study techniques/literature methods from various existing sources where the researcher provides an explanation of the Analysis of the Use of Education Funds.

Abstract

Maritime is a dynamic, ever-evolving world that demands innovative technology to improve shipping safety. The maritime world is facing significant changes rapidly, especially in the development and implementation of navigation technology. ECDIS or “Electronic Chart Display and Information System” is a tool whose function and system can provide information about navigation. The type of research carried out is descriptive qualitative research. This method is used to find knowledge about the research object. The type of research used is field research (field research), that is, researchers go directly into the field to search for and collect data. research location in KL. Sultan Hasanuddin. Determining the subjects of this research was purposive, and the data source chosen was the crew of the Kl ship. Sultan Hasanuddin PIP Makassar. The research results significantly increase shipping safety because digital maps have been prepared and reduced the workload of ship crews in making shipping routes. It is recommended that ships routinely update software and digital maps to ensure system accuracy and function, as well as provide training to ship crews every time there is a feature update on ECDIS

Abstract

 This research aims to describe the function of boarding school management in the aspects of planning, organizing, monitoring and reporting in improving the pedagogical competence of teachers at SMAIT Al-Fityan Kubu Raya.Data collection methods are interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis model with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The research findings of boarding school management at SMAIT Al-Fityan Kubu Raya in aspect 1) planning show that the annual work plan and financing plan are the implementation of the institution's vision, mission and objectives containing efforts to increase teacher pedagogical competence. 2) The organizational aspect is that the Institution has an organizational structure, a Decree and a schedule of activity programs that describes efforts to increase teacher pedagogical competence. 3) Controlling includes routine monitoring and evaluation activities 4) Reporting aspects in the form of activity and financial reports which are made routinely after activities are completed and submitted to related parties                   Keywords: Total Quality Management, School Quality    AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan fungsi manajemen boarding school pada aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengawasan dan pelaporan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru di SMAIT Al-Fityan Kubu Raya. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Model analisis dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil temuan penelitian manajemen boarding school di SMAIT Al-Fityan Kubu Raya pada aspek 1) perencanaan terlihat bahwa rencana kerja tahunan beserta rencana pembiayaan merupakan implementasi visi, misi dan tujuan lembaga mengandung upaya peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru. 2) pengorganisasian bahwa lembaga memiliki struktur organisasi, Surat Keputusan serta terdapat jadual program kegiatan yang menggambarkan upaya peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru. 3) pengawasan terdapat kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi yang rutin 4) pelaporan dalam bentuk laporan kegiatan dan keuangan yang dibuat secara rutin dan memiliki dokumentasi yang baik.Kata Kunci: Manajemen, Boarding School, Kompetensi Pedagogik

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi Virtual Reality (VR) telah membawa inovasi signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, terutama dalam mendukung model pembelajaran hybrid. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan teknologi VR sebagai suplemen pembelajaran di SMK 9 Makassar, khususnya pada siswa jurusan Nautika Kapal Penangkap Ikan. Melalui penggunaan VR siswa dapat mengalami simulasi interaktif yang realistis, seperti praktik keselamatan pelayaran dan simulasi kapal yang sulit dilakukan di dunia nyata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan VR meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi praktik yang kompleks, memotivasi siswa untuk lebih aktif terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran, dan menawarkan fleksibilitas dalam pengulangan simulasi tanpa keterbatasan waktu dan alat. Meskipun demikian, tantangan dalam hal infrastruktur dan pelatihan guru masih menjadi hambatan dalam optimalisasi penggunaan VR. Dengan investasi yang lebih lanjut dalam pengadaan perangkat dan pelatihan guru, implementasi VR berpotensi besar dalam memperkaya model pembelajaran hybrid dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di SMK 9 Makassar
