Abstract

Diazinon is an insecticide that has a higher toxicity than other insecticides. Normally, insecticides are detoxified by liver, but this process produced free radicals which causes cell damage. Free radicals also increase lipid peroxidation which directly increase malondialdehyde levels. This research was aimed to determine the influence of diazinon toxicity to the liver histopathology and levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the serum of rats (Rattus norvegicus). The rats were divided into 4 groups which consist of negative control group and three experimental groups which were given diazinon 20 mg/kgBW (P1), 40 mg/ kgBW (P2), and 60 mg/ kgBW (P3). The rats were given diazinon for 8 weeks orally. The parameters used in this research was liver histopathology with hematoxilin eosin stain and Malondialdehyde levels with Thiobarbituric test. Liver histopathology was analyzed in descriptive qualitative and the level of MDA was analyzed quantitatively using ANOVA and Tukey's exact test with α = 0.05. The result of this research showed the influence of organophosphate (diazinon) on liver histolopathology was shown by inflammatory cells infiltration in hepatic parenchyma, sinusoidal congestion, and cytoplasmic vacuolation of the hepatocytes. Statistical analysis proved that the diazinon was able to increase the level of MDA serum significantly (p<0,05) up to 71% in experimental group P1 (dose 20 mg/kgBW), which the increase level of MDA serum depend on dose of diazinon. This research concluded that diazinon is one of the organophosphate pesticide that toxic based on liver histopathology and MDA serum levels.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji (1) konteks penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka; (2) kesiapan siswa dan guru dalam mengikuti Kurikulum Merdeka pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi; (3) proses penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi; (4) ketercapaian hasil belajar siswa dengan penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi kualitatif dengan menggunakan CIPP. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) salah satu SMA di Surakarta telah menerapkan fase sesuai dengan Keputusan Mendikbudristek No 56/M/2022 serta semua pihak terkait telah mengusahakan untuk memahami dan menerapkan sesuai dengan panduan Kurikulum Merdeka. Selain itu, penyusunan KOSP di sekolah ini melibatkan pihak internal dan pihak eksternal, disesuaikan dengan visi, misi sekolah, serta karakteristik siswa; (2) Kesiapan siswa dan guru dalam menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka masih menghadapi beberapa kendala, misalnya ketidaksesuaian dalam perencanaan asesmen diagnostik, keterbatasan bahan ajar, dan masalah sarana prasarana. Namun, guru telah memodifikasi modul ajar, mengikuti komunitas belajar, serta menjalani pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, dengan dukungan kolaborasi dari berbagai lembaga meskipun dana terbatas; (3) Penerapan pembelajaran menunjukkan ketidaksesuaian antara modul ajar dan praktik di kelas, seperti kurangnya apersepsi dan penyampaian tujuan, serta metode pembelajaran tidak berdiferensiasi di beberapa kelas, yang mempengaruhi antusiasme siswa. Kendala lainnya termasuk waktu pelajaran yang terpotong, keterbatasan kemampuan teknologi guru, dan kurangnya pelatihan untuk adaptasi terhadap Kurikulum Merdeka, meskipun projek P5 sudah melibatkan peran aktif siswa; (4) penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi di salah satu SMA di Surakarta sudah baik, dengan rata-rata nilai siswa setiap kelas di atas KKM atau di atas nilai 75.

Abstract

Methanol is a chemical product that is widely applied in the chemical industry. The methanol production process from carbon dioxide and hydrogen uses a hydrogenation process with a continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) under controlled thermodynamic and kinetic conditions. The process was modified by replacing the Gibbs reactor with a Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR), adding temperature and pressure regulation, and a compressor. This study aims to increase the product yield obtained from the modification results and mass efficiency. Based on the experimental results, it can be concluded that the modified design is quite effective compared to before modification, because it increases the methanol product yield from 44.54% to 99.78%.
