Abstract

This study aims to compare PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (PGEO) financial performance in conditions before and after the Initial Public Offering (IPO). The method used in this study is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach, using secondary data, namely the Corporate Financial Report 2020-2023. Measuring a company's financial performance uses the liquidity ratio, activity ratio, solvency ratio, and profitability ratio. The results of the study indicate that the company's performance tends to be better after the IPO compared to the performance before the IPO, both in terms of liquidity, activity, solvency, and profitability.

Abstract

The mining industry in Indonesia plays an important role in the country's economy. To support this sector's smooth operation and growth, digital banking facilities are increasingly becoming an important element in transaction processes and financial management. This study aims to analyze the role of digital banking facilities in supporting the mining industry, focusing on transaction efficiency, ease of access to funding, and enhanced transparency and security. Based on qualitative research and data collected through literature studies, this article finds that digital banking facilities significantly contribute to modernizing the Indonesian mining industry. The existence of these facilities helps mining companies to expedite payment processes, minimize financial risks, and enhance operational efficiency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana strategi adaptif UMKM dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi ChatGPT dapat berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan daya saing berkelanjutan dan akselerasi inovasi bisnis di tengah arus transformasi digital yang semakin kompleks. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode tinjauan pustaka, data dikumpulkan dari 39 artikel ilmiah dan publikasi kredibel yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 1984 hingga 2025, kemudian diseleksi menjadi 31 artikel yang paling relevan berdasarkan kesesuaian topik, kualitas metodologi, dan kontribusi teoritis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa integrasi ChatGPT dalam UMKM memerlukan strategi adaptif berbasis kapabilitas dinamis, kesiapan organisasi, dan penerimaan teknologi. Teknologi ini terbukti mampu memperkuat efisiensi operasional, mendukung penciptaan inovasi berbasis pengetahuan, serta memperkuat diferensiasi layanan yang berkelanjutan. Namun, keberhasilan adopsi sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor literasi digital, konteks sektoral, dan dukungan ekosistem digital yang inklusif. Penelitian ini menekankan bahwa ChatGPT hanya dapat menjadi instrumen strategis apabila diintegrasikan dalam kerangka pengembangan bisnis yang partisipatif, kontekstual, dan berorientasi jangka panjang.

Abstract

The important role of MSMEs in the economy cannot be ignored, as they create jobs and contribute to economic growth significantly. However, in the midst of increasingly fierce competition in the era of globalisation and information technology, MSMEs face various challenges to maintain and develop their businesses. This study aims to examine the role of education and training as a means of developing the skills of MSMEs. This research is a literature review using a qualitative approach, which implies that data will be analysed and interpreted with reference to information and texts obtained from various sources. The results of this study show that education and training play a very important role in developing the skills and competitiveness of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs play a strategic role in a country's economy, but they often face constraints such as limited knowledge, skills, capital and market access. Education and training provide key benefits in improving the competencies, skills, and knowledge needed by MSMEs to run their businesses more efficiently, optimise operations, and make smarter decisions. In addition, education and training also help MSMEs to innovate, adapt to market and technological changes, and understand regulatory aspects of business.

Abstract

Intellectual Capital merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan nilai perusahaan karena banyaknya sumber daya modal baik berupa material, visi dan misi yang diinginkan, maupun proyek yang direncanakan harus dibarengi dengan Intellectual Capital yang baik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Intellectual Capital terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya, penelitian ini menggunakan variabel Nilai Saham sebagai variabel moderasi yang diyakini peneliti dapat memperkuat hubungan kedua variabel di atas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur di BEI tahun 2015-2020 dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Intellectual Capital mempunyai hubungan positif dan pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Nilai Perusahaan dan variabel Nilai Saham dapat memoderasi kedua variabel tersebut.

Abstract

SMEs play a crucial role in a country's economy, contributing significantly to GDP, job creation, and income distribution. However, SMEs often face significant challenges, particularly in competing with large corporations and adapting to changing consumer needs. This research focuses on the identification and analysis of innovative strategies that can help SMEs align themselves with community needs. The study adopts a qualitative literature review approach, gathering data from Google Scholar for the period 2018-2023. The results indicate that, in facing challenges and opportunities in the economic landscape, innovative strategies for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) become a fundamental foundation to ensure their relevance and sustainability. A profound understanding of societal needs, the implementation of technology, collaboration, and the enhancement of management skills are key elements in formulating an effective innovative strategy. Through these steps, SMEs can become agents of change, not only meeting consumer expectations but also contributing to sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of AI as an innovative strategy in strengthening talent management and enhancing human resource (HR) competence in the era of Education 5.0. This research employs a literature review method using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis, where data were collected from scientific articles obtained through Google Scholar and other credible websites during the period 1964–2025. From a total of 50 articles identified, a rigorous selection process based on relevance and validity was conducted, resulting in 23 articles used as the main sources of analysis. The findings reveal that AI plays a significant role in optimizing the processes of talent identification, development, and retention through data-driven analytics systems, adaptive learning, and AI-powered human resource analytics. This study also emphasizes the importance of integrating Human Capital Theory, the Talent Management Framework, and Social Cognitive Theory in explaining the interrelationship between technology and human competence development. AI functions as a strategic partner in creating an innovation-oriented, sustainable, and human-centered ecosystem for education and human resource management in the era of Education 5.0.
