Abstract

Abstrak. Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) memiliki peranan penting sebagai tulang punggung dalam perekonomian nasional, namun UKM memiliki hambatan dalam berkembang. Untuk memperbaiki dan mengembangkan UKM, diperlukan alat evaluasi yang komprehensif. Sistem Credibility Index for SMEs (CIS) yang diusulkan oleh Advanced Institute of Industrial Technology (AIIT) Jepang, dapat mengevaluasi aspek multidimensi yang mencakup manajemen, teknis, penjualan, sumber daya manusia, organisasi, serta finansial. Namun, karena adanya perbedaan kondisi dan karakteristik UKM di Jepang dan Indonesia, perlu dikembangkan CIS Local Model untuk Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem evaluasi yang dapat dipergunakan untuk mengukur kondisi internal UKM. Pengembangan CIS Local Model terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, antara lain mengevaluasi CIS Base Model dari Jepang, menyelenggarakan focus group discussion, melaksanakan survei evaluasi terhadap model usulan, dan melakukan diseminasi model usulan. Pada model yang diusulkan terdapat penambahan 17 item evaluasi untuk dipertimbangkan. Sebagai tambahan, kami mengusulkan pengelompokkan item evaluasi ke dalam tiga level klasifikasi berdasarkan tujuan pencarian informasi yang diperlukan dalam rangka berkolaborasi/bekerjasama dengan UKM. Dari hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas CIS Local Model yang diusulkan telah valid dan reliabel. Dari hasil survey meskipun informasi finansial sulit untuk diperoleh, berdasarkan uji korelasi kebutuhan data terkait finansial dapat didekati berdasarkan data mengenai kapabilitas penjualan dan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia. Oleh karena itu, kualitas pengelolaan sumber daya manusia menjadi faktor penting untuk dikelola pada level UKM.Kata kunci: UKM, alat evaluasi, sumber daya manusia, kapabilitas penjualan, finansialAbstract. Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play important roles as the backbone of national economy, but however they face some obstacles to growth. In order to improve and develop the SMEs, an effective tool for evaluating SMEs in a comprehensive way is essentially needed. The Credibility Index for SMEs (CIS) system proposed by Advanced Institute of Industrial Technology (AIIT) Japan, can evaluate multidimensional aspects including management, technical, sales, human resource, organization, and financial. However, due to the different condition between SMEs in Japan and Indonesia, we need to develop CIS Local Model. This study aims to design an evaluation system that can be used to measure the internal conditions of SMEs. The development of CIS Local Model included several stages namely, evaluating the CIS Base Model from Japan, conducting focus group discussion, conducting survey evalution to this proposed model, and disseminating the proposed model. In the proposed model, there are 17 evaluation items considered to be evaluated. In addition, we also classified the evaluation items into three levels of classifications based on the purpose of information needed to collaborate/cooperate with SME. From the validity and reliability the proposed CIS Local Model instrument were valid and reliable. From the survey, although the financial information is difficult to obtain, based on correlation test, the need for financial data can be approached from sales capability and human resource management data. Abstract

Urban farming pada dasarnya adalah pola/metode (sisipkan kata benda) pertanian yang dilakukan oleh penduduk kota dengan mengusung konsep keterbatasan ruang. Untuk mewujudkan terciptanya urban farming tentu diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang mempunyai keinginan dan kemampuan lebih untuk melakukan/melaksanakan (sisipkan kata kerja) urban farming itu sendiri. Dengan lahan yang terbatas dan kesibukan masyarakat tentunya akan sangat sulit untuk menerapkan urban farming. Secara garis besar pola bertani di Indonesia dapat dibedakan menjadi dua yaitu bertani secara tradisional dan bertani dengan teknologi terkini dalam bentuk teknologi komunikasi dan informasi (ICT) untuk manajemen (E-Gorvernance), Internet of Thing (IoT), serta kecerdasan buatan (Artficial Intelectual, AI). Oleh karena itu, perlu rancangan skenario, terutama sumber daya manusia yang mumpuni untuk mendukung urban farming. Dengan menggalakan urban farming yang didukung oleh sumber daya manusia yang kompeten akan berkontribusi terhadap ketahanan pangan, karena secara tidak langsung urban farming mewujudkan kemandirian pangan dengan kemandirian pangan ini diharapkan urban farming dapat meningkatkan ketahanan pangan. Sumber daya manusia yang kompeten sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung urban farming, diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang memiliki kemampuan, kemauan dan kerjasama dari manusianya sendiri dalam hal ini masyarakat dan pemerintah. Kompetensi seseorang sangat ditentukan oleh lima unsur, yaitu motif (motive), watak, konsep diri, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan. Niat yang dimiliki masyarakat untuk melakukan urban farming masih di kisaran 24 %, yang melakukan urban farming 2% sehingga hasil kerja belum maksimal Dengan kerjasama yang baik antara pemerintah dan masyarakat yang didukung dengan visi dan misi yang didukung dengan strategi, tujuan dan program/bisnis yang terarah. Diharapkan urban farming dapat memberi kontribusi untuk ketahanan pangan. Kontribusi pemerintah dan masyarakat sangat berperan untuk terwujudnya urban farming yang diharapkan

Abstract

Indonesian Palm Oil Industry has the largest market share in the world, but still faces problems in order to strengthen the level of competitiveness. Those problems are in the industry chains, government regulation and policy as meso environment, and macro economic condition. Therefore these three elements should be considered when analyzing the improvement of competitiveness. Here, the governmental element is hoped to create a conducive environment. This paper presents the industry competitiveness conceptual model, using hierarchical multilevel system approach. The Hierarchical multilevel system approach is used to accommodate the complexity of the industrial relation and the government position as the meso environment. The step to develop the model firstly is to define the relevant system. Secondly, is to formulate the output of the model that is competitiveness in the form of indicator. Then, the relevant system with competitiveness as the output is built into a conceptual model using hierarchical multilevel system. The conceptual model is then discussed to see if it can explain the relevant system, and the potential of it to be developed into mathematical model.

Abstract

Competency level prediction plays a crucial role in competency-based human resource management such as talent management. Talent management is achieved by identifying individuals’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes through psychological assessment. Recognizing employees as a strategic asset by accurately predicting competencies supports targeted development, boosting individual and organizational performance. Current practices related to competency assessment require expert judgment from psychologists or assessors, which can be time-consuming. The research proposes a machine learning–based approach to predict competency levels using psychological assessment scores as input, designed to operate within digital, network-enabled interview platforms. Several machine learning methods, including Random Forests, k-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), and Support Vector Machines (SVMs), are applied to historical assessment datasets to identify patterns and relationships between psychological assessment scores and competency levels.The dataset comprises 1,220 records from a psychological assessment. The experimental results indicate that the Random Forest model achieves the highest accuracy of 81%, outperforming other models in competency level prediction. The key novelty lies in its data-driven methodology, which enhances the objectivity and efficiency of competency evaluation while reducing reliance on expert interpretation. By enabling automated competency prediction in network-enabled interview environments, the proposed approach supports more efficient talent decision-making, workforce development, and recruitment processes. The findings demonstrate that machine learning can accurately predict competency levels from a clean dataset of psychological assessment scores, achieving accuracy above 80%. Future research may enhance model robustness by incorporating additional assessment center criteria and real-world performance metrics.

Abstract

Accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles is a crucial strategy for Indonesia to achieve its 2060 Net Zero Emission goal. One of the driving factors behind this transition is the development of Public Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (PEVCS). However, the existing PEVCS infrastructure in Indonesia does not yet fully prioritize interoperability and sustainability. This research presents the results of a literature review and field study aimed at developing an integrated and sustainable PEVCS business model, using the Ecosystem Pie Model and the Triple Layered Business Model Canvas. This study adopts a qualitative case study approach involving three PEVCS ecosystem entities in Indonesia. The findings of this study represented the first stage in developing an integrated and sustainable PEVCS business model, providing insights into the roles of entities and value creation mechanisms within the ecosystem
