Abstract

Kemunculan perusahaan rintisan yang inventif dan berani telah dimungkinkan oleh transformasi besar dalam lingkungan bisnis yang disebabkan oleh munculnya teknologi informasi dan internet. Startup adalah perusahaan inovatif yang bergerak cepat, tidak takut mengambil risiko, dan ingin mengubah pasarnya. Mereka berinovasi dan menantang ide bisnis konvensional dengan memanfaatkan teknologi canggih. Manajemen organisasi sangat penting untuk kelangsungan hidup dan kesuksesan startup di era digital yang serba cepat ini. Dalam konteks startup, penelitian ini membandingkan paradigma manajemen organisasi konvensional dan berbasis kepercayaan. Sementara model berbasis kepercayaan menekankan pentingnya membangun dan menjaga kepercayaan di seluruh bisnis, model tradisional didasarkan pada struktur hirarkis dengan otoritas dan tanggung jawab yang berbeda. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menentukan kelebihan dan kekurangan dari masing-masing model serta penerapannya pada perusahaan rintisan yang dinamis. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kinerja dan budaya perusahaan rintisan meningkat secara signifikan dengan mengadopsi model manajemen organisasi berdasarkan kepercayaan. Motivasi karyawan meningkat ketika kerja sama tim membaik dan kepercayaan menjadi dasar yang kuat untuk pengambilan keputusan. Dalam dunia persaingan perusahaan rintisan yang sangat ketat, strategi berbasis kepercayaan memungkinkan bisnis untuk dengan cepat menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan pasar dan mengembangkan solusi kreatif. Ini berarti bahwa di era digital, perusahaan harus berinovasi dalam manajemen organisasi berbasis kepercayaan jika mereka berharap untuk berhasil dan mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see how the localization strategy for street vendors in Pamekasan district can improve the regional economy. This is not without reason because street vendors are a form of business in the informal sector whose existence has a significant impact on the regional economy and there are efforts from the regional government itself to encourage the informal sector by achieving quite large numbers during its term of office so that this to be sustainable and synergistic. This is certainly not easy considering that there are still many problems that need to be resolved so as to provide mutually beneficial joint solutions. This research is felt urgent to be implemented considering that there is still a lot of "homework" that must be completed. The research object is the street vendor association in Pamekasan district. Qualitative descriptive method used in this research. The sampling technique for street vendors in each community uses techniques purposive sampling. The results of research regarding the localization strategy carried out by the Pamekasan district government were that a special area for street vendors (zoning model) was formed which was spread across several points including: 1. The "Sae Salera" area; 2. The "Sae Rassah" area and 3. The "Food Colony" area. It is hoped that these three areas will become one of the solutions and part of the strategy carried out by the Pamekasan district regional government.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh word of mouthdan digital marketing terhadap keputusan nasabah menggadaikan emas pada Gadai MAS Unit Lenteng baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian merupakan seluruh nasabah Gadai MAS Unit Lenteng sedangkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 130 orang dengan menggunakan teknik sampling accidental dalam jangka waktu selama 1 (satu) bulan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Uji korelasi dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Word of mouth secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan gadai;(2) Digital marketing secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan gadai; (3) Word of mouth dan digital marketing secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan gadai; (4) Word of mouth adalah variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap keputusan gadai; (5) Nilai koefisien determinan dalam penelitian ini sebesar 0.494 atau 49,4%

Abstract

The use of digital-based financial reports has been widely used by business actors in Pamekasan Regency. Various trainings on preparing digital-based financial reports have also been provided by the Cooperatives, SMEs and Manpower Office of Pamekasan Regency to its fostered employees. Although it has been implemented, not all parties can implement it optimally due to several factors that become obstacles. The preparation of financial reports is an urgent problem besides other problems. The purpose of this study is to find the effect of effectiveness and efficiency on the preparation of digital-based financial reports. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive which is measured using the SPSS statistical analysis tool. The population in this study was 490 active cooperatives and a sample of 57 cooperatives. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant influence both partially and simultaneously between the variables of effectiveness and efficiency on the preparation of digital-based financial reports with the most dominant influence being the efficiency variable. These results are evidence that training in digitalizing financial reports needs to be redesigned by emphasizing the efficiency aspect of system use and the digital system used should be selected based on its ability to simplify processes and save resources.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of profit sharing, promotion, and service quality on members' decisions in making mudharabah savings transactions at BPRS Pamekasan. Using a quantitative approach, this study involved 100 respondents from a total population of 3,711 customers, selected through the Slovin formula and incidental sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to determine the factors that influence customers' decisions in choosing mudharabah savings products. Based on the results of the partial test (t-test), the profit sharing variable showed a t-value of 2.354 which was greater than the t-table of 1.660. This shows that the profit sharing variable has a significant effect on members' decisions in making savings transactions with mudharabah contracts at BPRS Pamekasan. Furthermore, the promotion variable obtained a t-value of 2.415> t-table 1.660, which also shows a significant effect on members' decisions to make transactions. This indicates that the promotional strategy carried out by the bank can influence customer preferences in choosing savings products based on mudharabah contracts. Meanwhile, the service quality variable shows a t-value of 2.393, which is also greater than the t-table of 1.660. These results indicate that service quality has a significant influence on members' decisions in making mudharabah savings transactions. The results of the simultaneous test (F-test) show that the F-value of 7.263 is greater than the F-table of 2.70. This means that simultaneously, the profit sharing, promotion, and service quality variables have a significant influence on members' decisions in making savings transactions with mudharabah contracts at BPRS Pamekasan. This finding shows that the success of Islamic financial institutions in attracting customers' interest in savings products does not only depend on the amount of profit sharing, but also on the effectiveness of the promotion and the quality of service provided. These three factors simultaneously form positive customer perceptions of Islamic savings products

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan pendekatan Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) dengan pengembangan agrowisata berbasis teknologi, guna mendorong pembangunan wisata kuliner berkelanjutan di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat, khususnya pada produk gula aren. Pendekatan penelitian dilakukan dengan penerapan LCA untuk menilai dampak lingkungan dari produksi gula aren, meliputi jejak karbon, efisiensi energi, dan emisi limbah. Hasil analisis kemudian diintegrasikan ke dalam media edukasi berupa digital platform, infografik, dan papan informasi di lokasi wisata. Studi ini mengambil objek di Desa Mataiyang, Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat, yang memiliki jumlah pohon aren terbanyak di wilayah tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi LCA dalam agrowisata dapat meningkatkan kesadaran wisatawan terhadap keberlanjutan proses produksi gula aren. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga memberdayakan masyarakat lokal sebagai pelaku edukasi, sekaligus membuka peluang pengembangan sektor UMKM dan pariwisata berbasis saintek. Inovasi penelitian ini terletak pada penggabungan metode LCA dengan konsep agrowisata, di mana hasil analisis lingkungan tidak hanya menjadi bahan evaluasi, tetapi juga diolah menjadi sarana edukasi interaktif bagi wisatawan. Model ini menawarkan pendekatan baru dalam pengembangan desa wisata yang berfokus tidak hanya pada produk akhir, tetapi juga pada proses produksi yang ramah lingkungan dan informatif.

Abstract

Water is a very important basic need for human life. The fulfillment of water needs in Beru Village is highly dependent on groundwater, which is extracted by digging wells. Due to the community’s dependence on the availability of well water, it is very important to monitor and assess groundwater quality in Beru Village. The lack of related research makes this research very important to do. The purpose of this study is to analyze groundwater quality in Beru Village, Jereweh District, West Sumbawa Regency. Water quality test parameters use the parameters include pH, temperature, conductivity, TDS, and DO. The average values of each parameter sequentially are 7.07; 30.18OC; 752.71 µS/cm; 377.91 mg/L; and 4.83 mg/L. On average, the quality of groundwater is classified as good and meets the required quality standards. Based on pollution index calculation, water quality based on parameters pH (PIj=0.92) and TDS (PIj=0.497) is classified as good, while water quality based on parameters temperature (PIj=1.079) and DO (PIj=1.162) is categorized as slightly polluted but relatively safe to use for sanitary hygiene needs.
