Abstract

The area of developing facilities and infrastructure in educational administration is very important to support the achievement of learning objectives.  Learning activities will run smoothly if educational facilities and infrastructure are adequate.  The research method used is a qualitative method with literature study.  The results of the research show that the field of facilities and infrastructure in educational administration aims to strive for the procurement of educational facilities and infrastructure through comprehensive planning and procurement systems, seeking appropriate and efficient use of school facilities and infrastructure.  The principles in the field of facilities and infrastructure in educational administration include the principle of achieving goals, the principle of efficiency, the principle of administration, the principle of clarity of responsibility and the principle of cohesiveness.  The scope of the field of facilities and infrastructure in educational administration is planning, procurement, inventory, maintenance and disposal.

Abstract

Communication is a crucial aspect of organizational success, including in the educational sector. As the primary means of social interaction, communication facilitates coordination, information management, and the achievement of organizational goals. In educational organizations, communication serves several key functions: informative, regulatory, persuasive, and integrative. These functions enable management and employees to adapt, share information, and perform tasks effectively. This study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method to explore and analyze the functions of communication in educational organizations. Organizational communication can be categorized into vertical, horizontal, and diagonal communication, each playing a specific role in sustaining organizational activities. In the context of education, communication is vital for cultural transmission, adaptation, and institutional management. Without effective communication, educational organizations cannot achieve their objectives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Faktor tingkat kemiskinan yang tinggal di desa merupakan titik ukur bagi suatu masyarakat bahwa telah berada pada kondisi sejahtera dalam kehidupan sehari hari. Faktor tingkat kemiskinan tersebut dapatmetode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan pengujian uji penyerapan statistika parametrik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa :Nilai koefisien regresi Kemiskinan Desa adalah sebesar 0,009dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,002 yang lebih kecil dari 0,0712) Nilai koefisien regresi jumlah penduduk miskin di desa sebesar 0,1267 dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,5176 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan jumbara yang berlokasi Durin simbelang A kecamatan pancur batu kabupaten deli serdang Sumatra utara Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriptif. subjek penelitian meliputi anggota, pembina dan pelatih PMR. Instrumen utama adalah peneliti dengan alat bantu pedoman observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Pelaksanaan kegiatan jumbara diikuti oleh semua anggota palang merah Indonesia se kota medan. peserta dilibatkan secara aktif dalam program kegiatan yang dapat membantu perkembangan sosial anggota. Faktor pendukung kegiatan jumbara Palang Merah Remaja adalah dukungan dari semua pihak sekolah. Faktor penghambat kegiatan jumabara adalah alternatif menuju lokasi jumbara kurang memadai untuk dilalui oleh setiap orang yang ikut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan jumbara tersebut.
