Abstract

This article discusses the application of the staffing function in achieving educational goals. The main focus is the placement of quality human resources and development of administrative staff to support school operations. Through the implementation of appropriate staffing, this journal emphasizes the importance of aligning human resource competencies with educational needs. Apart from that, the role of employees is also considered to ensure that each individual supports the effectiveness of learning. Thus, this journal highlights the relevance of implementing the staffing function in achieving educational goals. This article also describes the meaning of staffing in educational administration, principles of staffing, and staffing functions which consist of human resource planning, recruitment, selection, education and training, placement and dismissal of personnel. The methodology applied in preparing this article uses a qualitative descriptive approach and uses literature study methods so that it can describe data found from various sources such as books, scientific journals, research papers and other supporting sources.

Abstract

The short story "Robohnya Our Surau" by A.A. Navis describes the story of a surau keeper known as Grandpa, as well as how social changes and shifts in religious values ​​affect people's lives. Using the framework of Antonio Gramsci's theory of hegemony, this analysis examines three main elements: ideology, culture and beliefs contained in the story. This short story shows how a strong religious ideology is the basis for Grandpa in living his life, but at the same time, this ideology is also challenged by the social realities faced by the surrounding community. Cultural shifts can be seen through changes in people's attitudes towards the surau and Grandfather, as well as the emergence of figures such as Ajo Sidi who bring new, critical perspectives.

Abstract

Penyelidikan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh seringnya ditemukan berbagai kesalahan bahasa Indonesia dalam penulisan berita online. Kesalahan yang paling jelas terjadi pada tataran sintaksis. Oleh karena itu, penyelidikan ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan berupa kesalahan bahasa pada bidang sintaksis yang terdapat pada portal berita online Kompasiana pada teks berjudul “Analisis Kesalahan Sintaksis Dalam Penulisan Surat Kabar Online”. Penyelidikan ini memakai metode kualitatif serta memakai pendekatan deskriptif. Agar mendapatkan data, teknik penyelidikan yang dipilih sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Dengan dilakukan ini melalui pengamatan pemerolehan bahasa dan teknik pencatatan sebagai mencatat strukturnya sedang dianalisis. Setelah itu data yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode distribusi. Hasil dari penelitian mengenai analisis kesalahan berbahasa bidang sintaksis yang ada pada artikel yakni kesalahan kalimat tidak baku, koherensi, kata serapan yang dipakai dalam kalimat, kesatuan dan logika kalimat, efektivitas kalimat. Temuan ini semakin menguatkan paradigma bahwa teks berita online sering ditulis mengabaikan prinsip sintaksis bahasa Indonesia.
