Abstract

This article discusses the application of the staffing function in achieving educational goals. The main focus is the placement of quality human resources and development of administrative staff to support school operations. Through the implementation of appropriate staffing, this journal emphasizes the importance of aligning human resource competencies with educational needs. Apart from that, the role of employees is also considered to ensure that each individual supports the effectiveness of learning. Thus, this journal highlights the relevance of implementing the staffing function in achieving educational goals. This article also describes the meaning of staffing in educational administration, principles of staffing, and staffing functions which consist of human resource planning, recruitment, selection, education and training, placement and dismissal of personnel. The methodology applied in preparing this article uses a qualitative descriptive approach and uses literature study methods so that it can describe data found from various sources such as books, scientific journals, research papers and other supporting sources.

Abstract

The goal of general education is to realize the positive changes that students expect after the end of the educational process, in the form of changes in individual behavior, personal life, as well as social life and the natural environment. Students live their lives. The goal of education is the core issue of education and the core of all pedagogical considerations. Education Islam is a universal aspect of Islam. The aim of Islamic education for students is to know the true nature of the Islamic religion, so that students can study, understand and practice the teachings of the Islamic religion. So that the direction of life of students is guided and guided and correct. The philosophy of Islamic education is a concept of thinking about education that is based on the teachings of the Islamic religion regarding the nature of human abilities so that they can be nurtured, developed and guided to become Muslim humans whose entire personality is imbued with Islamic teachings. As a general theory regarding the education system, Islamic educational philosophy functions as the foundation for the framework of an educational system that will function in applying the teachings of the Islamic religion in the field of education, whose goals are identical to the goals to be achieved by Islamic teachings themselves. This research aims to find out how big the goals and functions of Islamic educational philosophy are in developing student learning. What are the benefits for students of Islamic education and its positive influence on student learning. This research uses a literature analysis study method by analyzing or reading several writings or scientific works in the form of books from journals and other articles. So that the author can complete this journal article.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan penggunaan aplikasi Quizziz dimotivasi oleh kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi yang bisa digunakan sebagai penunjang untuk pembelajaran. Quizizz adalah sebuah platform pembelajaran interaktif yang memungkinkan guru dan pendidik untuk membuat kuis, permainan, dan presentasi yang menarik. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk membuat proses belajar menjadi lebih menyenangkan dan efektif, baik di dalam maupun di luar kelas. Minat belajar siswa yang rendah salah satunya dikarenakan tidak adanya media yang menarik di dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memperkenalkan kepada siswa bahwa untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa Indonesia baku itu bisa menggunakan media berupa aplikasi yang mana seperti bermain permainan tetapi isi dari permainan tersebut sebuah materi pelajaran. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di MTsN Tebing Tinggi Kecamatan Bajenis Kota Tebing Tinggi pada tanggal 16 Juli 2024. Permainan yang digunakan untuk kegiatan yaitu berupa soal soal bahasa Indonesia baku. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini yaitu siswa merasa senang belajar dengan penggunaan aplikasi Quizizz dan pemahaman siswa terhadap bahasa Indonesia mengalami peningkatan. Sekolah merasa senang dengan adanya kegiatan ini dan sebagai motivasi untuk para guru untuk membuat media yang menarik untuk pembelajaran baik bahasa Indonesia maupun pelajaran lainnya.
