Abstract

PT Sinarmas Distribusi Nusantara menjual berbagai jenis produk yang bersifat konsumtif. Tingkat penjualan produk yang dipasarkan sangat bervariasi tergantung permintaan dari customer. Akibat permintaan yang tidak tetap dan metode peramalan terhadap permintaan produk saat ini kurang akurat yang hanya berdasarkan permintaan satu periode sebelumnya, maka persediaan (inventory) produk yang dipasarkan belum optimal. Maka dilakukan peramalan menggunakan regesesi linear (forecasting) dan selanjutnya dilakukan pengendalian persediaan produk dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) probabilistik untuk mengetahui jumlah pemesanan optimal, safety stock, re-order point dan frekuensi pemesanan sehingga dapat meminimalkan total inventory cost. Dengan metode EOQ probabilistik yang menerapkan adanya safety stock akan dapat meminimalkan resiko terjadinya kekurangan produk yang akan dipasarkan sehingga beban pemesanan dan penyimpanan pun dapat di minimalkan. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa metode usulan memberikan penghematan total inventory cost sebesar Rp21.139.029 dibandingkan sebelum menggunakan metode EOQ Probabilistik.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT XYZ Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, penelitian deskriptif, dan regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan alat aplikasi SPSS Statistics. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari responden PT XYZ Jakarta yang berjumlah 85 orang. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel responden. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan analisis yang dilakukan, dapat diambil kesimpulan yang menjawab pertanyaan yang diajukan. Dengan kata lain terdapat korelasi antara variabel bebas (kualitas pelayanan) dengan variabel terikat (kualitas pelayanan) kepuasan pelanggan. Nilai koefisiennya sebesar 0,917. Berdasarkan analisis regresi diperoleh koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,840 atau 84%. Artinya variabel independen kualitas pelayanan pengiriman (X) dan variabel dependen penjelas kepuasan pelanggan (Y) memberikan kontribusi sebesar 84%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 16% berasal dari faktor kegiatan lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini seperti motivasi, harga, keamanan, lokasi.

Abstract

This research analyzes the influence of transportation supplier performance, loading and unloading operations, and logistics service quality on transportation performance and their implications for operational performance of Special Express Parcel service at the Kendari Main Branch Office of PT Pos Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) via SmartPLS software, data were collected from 142 respondents across various operational units. The research reveals that transportation supplier performance has the strongest impact on transportation performance (β = 0.580), followed by loading and unloading performance (β=0.496) and logistics service quality (β=0.089). The model explains 98.4% of transportation performance variance, demonstrating exceptional predictive capability. All hypotheses were statistically significant (p<0.05), with t-statistics exceeding the critical value of 1.977. However, transportation performance explains only 5.5% of operational logistics performance variance, suggesting additional influencing factors. The findings indicate persistent operational challenges at KCU Kendari, including 100% delayed truck arrivals (averaging 30 minutes 26 seconds), 12.02% misrouting in loading and unloading operations, and 29.30% unresolved customer complaints. The research recommends implementing integrated supplier management systems, investing in automated handling equipment, strengthening customer service processes, and deploying advanced fleet management technologies to achieve sustainable operational improvements and maintain competitive advantage in Indonesia's dynamic logistics industry.

Abstract

Transformation is a fundamental and comprehensive change in an entity, be it an individual, organization, system, or even an object, which results in different conditions. Transformation has been described by various names, digital transformation, logistics transformation and some also call it leadership transformation. COVID-19, which hit the world, has brought many changes to various business landscapes. In several business sectors this has become the starting point for transformation and PT POS Indonesia is also not free from this. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the implementation of digital transformation and logistics transformation that have been implemented by PT POS Indonesia. This research was conducted at the Head Office of PT POS Indonesia located at Jln Cilaki No. 73. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method involving 140 employees with a total population of 215, samples were obtained using the Slovin method with an error rate of 5%, employees work in the logistics courier business directorate and the business development and portfolio management directorate. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via google form to respondents. The results showed that the average value of each indicator was below 3,400, meeting the requirements for research. Digital transformation with an average value of 3.01, Logistics transformation with an average value of 3.04, Digital Literacy with an average value of 3.05, Business Process Innovation with an average value of 2.95, Company Performance with an average value of 3.27. Research proves that Digital Transformation, Logistics Transformation, and Digital Literacy have a positive and significant effect on Business Process Innovation. Business Process Innovation also has a positive and significant effect on Company Performance. In addition, Digital Transformation, Logistics Transformation and Digital Literacy have been proven to have a positive and significant direct effect on Company Performance. Abstract

This research explores the impact of ethical culture and work climate on the performance of employees at the Mail Processing Center (MPC) in Bandung. The study aims to analyze the correlation between ethical values embraced within the organizational culture and the overall work atmosphere with the individual and collective performance of MPC employees. The research methodology involves data collection through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations. The findings of the study reveal significant insights into how ethical culture and work climate contribute to shaping the employee performance landscape at MPC Bandung. The research outcomes provide valuable recommendations for cultivating a positive ethical environment and improving the work climate, ultimately enhancing the overall performance of employees within the Mail Processing Center.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh servant leadership dan kompetensi logistik terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT Lintas Trans. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada pegawai PT Lintas Trans. Populasi dalam penelitian jumlah pelanggan PT LL yang mengirimkan minimal 1 (satu) barang melalui jasa logistk PT LL dalam 1 (bulan). Jumlah populasi sebanyak 231 pelanggan, dan sampel sebanyak 147 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampling probability sampling. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi untuk menentukan sejauh mana servant leadership dan kompetensi logistik mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang peran servant leadership dan kompetensi logistik dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Implikasi praktis dari temuan ini dapat membantu perusahaan dalam pengembangan strategi kepemimpinan yang lebih efektif dan peningkatan kompetensi logistik untuk mendukung pencapaian tujuan organisasi.

Abstract

Pelanggan CV Berkah Mandiri yang ada di seluruh Indonesia, tentu memiliki harapan besar produk dari CV Berkah Mandiri sampai di tangan mereka dengan kondisi yang baik, akan tetapi bahwa kenyataan terdapat beberapa kasus bahwa kemasan fresh fish rusak pada saat proses pengiriman. Metode yang digunakan yaitu QFD (Quality Function Deployment) yang merupakan sistem yang digunakan untuk mewujudkan dan merencanakan harapan- harapan konsumen ke dalam karakteristik kualitas produk, proses dan jasa sehingga dapat memenuhi harapan, kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Hasil penelitian dengan metode QFD ini menunjukkan terdapat 3 hasil yaitu Customer Importance Rating tertinggi merupakan atribut kemasan Ramah Lingkungan bernilai 5 poin, atribut kemasan dengan weighted score tertinggi adalah “tahan terhadap suhu” bernilai 84 poin dan dari segi technical importance score tertinggi adalah “pemilihan bahan kemasan” bernilai 75 poin.

Abstract

This study provides a comprehensive examination of the effects of three independent variables - disruptive environment, value chain efficiency, and logistics agility - on logistics innovation and its subsequent impact on company performance at PT Pos Indonesia Main Branch Office in Jember. Data collection involved a structured questionnaire distributed to 146 respondents, including managers, staff members, and distribution partners. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SMART PLS 3 software. The results indicate that a disruptive environment - characterized by emerging technologies, market volatility, and global uncertainties - drives logistics innovation with a contribution value of 28.22%, highlighting the necessity for swift adaptation to external changes. Additionally, value chain efficiency, encompassing asset optimization and waste reduction, contributes 25.31% to innovation, while logistics agility - measured by responsiveness and digital integration - accounts for 25.75% of the innovation effect. Furthermore, logistics innovation has a significant impact on company performance, with an effect size of 70.5%. These findings underscore the critical role of cross-functional collaboration, technological investment, and human capital development in bolstering innovation capabilities. Practical recommendations include strengthening strategic partnerships, establishing internal innovation hubs, and continuously monitoring market and technology trends to sustain competitive performance in the digital era.
