Abstract

Industri jasa transportasi telah banyak yang memanfaatkan perkembangan Teknologi Informasi danKomunikasi (TIK/ICT).Diantaranya Perusahaan Go-Jek, yaitu perusahaan transportasi online yang menawarkanlayanan transportasi, kirim makanan dan, atau kurir dengan tarif berbasis kilometer yang terjangkau. Denganmemaksimalkan teknologi dan pelayanan pelanggan melalui sebuah web aplikasi, Go-Jek telah menjadi alternatifkendaraan umum yang mampu mengakomodir kebutuhan para konsumen, yakni jasa pengantaran orang ataubarang yang murah, aman dan cepat. Abstract

Sistem antrian merupakan suatu proses kelahiran-kematian suatu populasi yang terdiri atas parapelanggan yang sedang menunggu mendapatkan pelayanan atau yang sedang dilayani. Unsur-unsurpenting yang terkait dengan sistem antrian yaitu distribusi kedatangan, distribusi waktu pelayanan,fasilitas pelayanan, disiplin pelayanan, ukuran antrian, dan sumber pemanggilan. Pada sistem pelayananakademik mahasiswa terjadi proses antrian terhadap setiap mahasiswa yang ingin mengurusadministrasi, keperluan bimbingan dengan dosen atau keperluan akademik lainnya. Waktu menungguproses antrian apabila terjadi kendala dalam waktu yang lama merupakan suatu keadaan dimana tidakterjadi pelayanan untuk beberapa waktu tertentu yang menyebabkan terjadinya waktu penundaanpelayanan, walaupun hanya sesaat namun dapat menurunkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. sistemantrian pelayanan mahasiswa adalah sistem antrian yang dapat memberikan mengatur jadwal dan waktupelayanan terhadap mahasiswa dengan meminimalisasi waktu menunggu tanpa adanya prosespelayanan. Sistem yang perlu dirancang adalah sistem antrian yang menjamin terjadinya prosespelayanan sesuai dengan waktu yang sudah dijadwalkan, untuk meningkatkan pelayanan dan efisiensiwaktu layanan antara mahasiswa dan dosen atau staff kampus. Aplikasi Sistem Antrian PelayananMahasiswa berbasis android. Mahasiswa dapat memlilih layanan yang ada dari setiap layanan yangdisediakan oleh dosen/staff, dan mengisi keperluan mereka untuk selanjutnya diterima oleh dosen/stafflayanan terkait untuk mendapatkan no antrian. Dimana no antrian akan dipanggil oleh dosen/staffseseuai dengan layanan masing-masing.

Abstract

Background: PT. Yoy International Management is a sharia-based hotel development and management company that formed in October 2020. It was born during the Covid-19 pandemic that hit almost all sectors of the tourism and hospitality industry in the world. PT. Yoy Management take a role in the recovery period and enable the tourism, hospitality and MSME sectors to support tourism by carrying out the sharia concept (trust, transparency, accountability). Objective: To empower MSMEs so that their products or services can be accessed in the Smart Tourism application. Methods: The method used to carry out learning in the form of sharing, focus group discussions and consultation with MSME actors and providing facilities for products and services in smart tourism applications. Sharing session approach as many as 6 activities for 2 months. MSME actors can enter products and services offered to tourists through the Sharia-based Smart Tourism Information System managed by PT. Yoy Management. The total number of MSMEs participating consists of 23 people, i.e. 13% tourism object managers; 21,7% restaurant managers; 17,4% car rental managers; 17,4% MSME managers; 21,7% hotel managers; and 8,7% tourists. Results: Based on questions about the product displayed on the Yoy application, the following answers were obtained: 65,2% very well; 30,4% good; and 4,4% less. Based on questions about tourist payments for service/product orders, the following answers were obtained: 43,5% very easy; 52,9% easy; and 4,3% difficult. Conclusion: The empowerment of MSMEs in the tourism industry is expected to increase MSME income and regional income.

Abstract

A b s t r a c tThe purpose of this study is to investigate people's preferences for the use of sharia concepts in the provision of sharia hotel services. When not all of the sharia criteria are met, the community's preferences become extremely significant in determining the priorities that sharia hotel managers can satisfy in offering amenities that meet the sharia idea. This study used a quantitative descriptive method, using online surveys distributed to 109 community respondents in Indonesia. Respondents were chosen using convenience sampling and given a questionnaire with closed questions based on five sharia hotel facility requirements. This research resulted three major priorities selected by the respondents: 1) the selection of guests who come to stay and restrictions on visiting guests, 2) the provision of facilities for worship and purification as well as providing a religious atmosphere, 3) arrangement of male and female visitors in supporting facilities such as entertainment, fitness and swimming pools.A b s t r a kPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali preferensi masyarakat mengenai penerapan konsep syariah dalam penyediaan fasilitas hotel syariah. Ketika belum semua kriteria syariah mampu diterapkan, preferensi masyarakat menjadi sangat penting untuk menentukan prioritas yang dapat dipenuhi oleh pengelola hotel syariah dalam menyediakan fasilitas yang memenuhi konsep syariah. Studi ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online pada 109 responden masyarakat di Indonesia. Responden dipilih dengan menggunakan convenience sampling dan diberikan kuesioner dengan pertanyaan tertutup, berdasarkan 5 kriteria fasilitas hotel syariah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 prioritas utama yang dipilih oleh responden: 1) pemilihan tamu yang datang menginap dan pembatasan tamu yang berkunjung, 2) penyediaan fasilitas untuk beribadah dan bersuci serta memberikan suasana religi, 3) penataan pengunjung pria dan wanita di fasilitas penunjang seperti hiburan, fitnes dan kolam renang.

Abstract

The vocabulary aspect is the most important part of learning any language, because the richness of vocabulary will have a good impact on the ability to communicate with the language being learned. In line with that, proportional content of learning resources related to vocabulary is an important thing to pay attention to, therefore, in this article will be presented criticism of Arabic learning resources from the aspect of vocabulary content contained in Arabic textbooks for foreign speakers. The research was conducted by literature review, to facilitate the author in conducting this study, publish or perish and Vosviewer were used. Data sources are books, articles published in various journals. The results of the analysis prove that Arabic textbooks need to be reformulated from the vocabulary aspect, this is because the vocabulary content has not shown proportionality according to each level, the gradation of each level is not strong, the use of vocabulary that is not in accordance with the character of the learner. The limitation of this research is in the aspect of data analyzed in the form of literature data, therefore enthusiasts of Arabic language learning studies can deepen it by conducting empirical studies.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi petani di Desa Bentok Darat dalam proses pengentalan lateks yang baik adalah bahan pengental lateks (koagulan). Umumnya petani menggunakan pengumpul lateks yang tidak dianjurkan seperti TSP dan aluminum sulfat (tawas). Pemakaian TSP dan aluminium sulfat (tawas) tidak dapat menggumpalkan lateks dengan sempurna. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah melalui diseminasi pemanfaatan belimbing wuluh (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) sebagai koagulan lateks yang baik. PkM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang manfaat belimbing wuluh sebagai salah satu bahan pembuatan koagulan lateks, dan memberikan keterampilan dalam pembuatan larutan buah belimbing wuluh sebagai bahan koagulan lateks. Kegiatan PkM ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk transfer knowledge berupa: (1) penyuluhan, (2) pelatihan pembuatan koagulan lateks dari buah belimbing wuluh, dan (3) teknik pembibitan belimbing wuluh. Kegiatan PkM dilaksanakan di Desa Bentok Darat, Kecamatan Bati-Bati Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama 6 (enam) bulan (Maret s.d. September 2023), dimulai dari persiapan (survei lapangan, persiapan bahan dan alat), sampai dengan laporan akhir kegiatan, termasuk publikasi di media massa. Mitra sasaran PkM diseminasi yaitu: ketua dan anggota Kelompok Tani Alam Subur, Desa Bentok Darat Kecamatan Bati-Bati Kabupaten Tanah Laut. Evaluasi kegiatan PkM dilakukan dalam bentuk daftar pertanyaan (kuisioner) untuk melihat peningkatan/penambahan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta (mitra) kegiatan, khususnya pengetahuan tentang bahan alternatif koagulan lateks, keuntungan penggunaan bahan koagulan lateks dari buah belimbing wuluh, dan keterampilan membuat larutan koagulan lateks dari buah belimbing wuluh. Hasil PkM menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta penyuluhan tentang manfaat belimbing wuluh sebesar 40%, dan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta penyuluhan tantang senyawa pada buah belimbing wuluh sebesar 75%. Peningkatan pengetahuan peserta penyuluhan tentang buah belimbing wuluh dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan koagulan lateks meningkat sebesar 89,7%, dan peningkatan ketertarikan menggunakan larutan buah belimbing wuluh sebagai koagulan lateks sebesar 10% dari awalnya 89%. Demi keberlanjutan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini disarankan sebaiknya peserta kegiatan penyuluhan dapat membagikan pengetahuan yang didapatkan pada penyuluhan ini kepada anggota kelompok yang tidak berkesempatan hadir pada penyuluhan ini, sehingga petani lainnya juga mendapatkan pengetahuan dari pelatihan ini. Usage of Bilimbi a Latex Coagulant for Rubber Farmers in Bentok Darat Village, Bati-Bati District, Tanah Laut Regency Abstract: The main problem farmers in Bentok Darat Village face in the process of good latex thickening is the latex thickening agent (coagulant). Generally, farmers use latex collectors that are not recommended, such as TSP and aluminum sulfate (alum). TSP and aluminum sulfate (alum) cannot coagulate latex completely. To answer this problem, one effort can be made by disseminating the use of Bilimbi (Averrhoa bilimbi L.) as a good latex coagulant. This community service aims to provide knowledge about the benefits of Bilimbi as an ingredient for making latex coagulants and provide skills in making a solution for Bilimbi as a latex coagulant. This community service activity is carried out in the form of knowledge transfer in the form of (1) counseling, (2) training in making latex coagulants from Bilimbi, and (3) Bilimbi seeding techniques. Community service activities were carried out in Bentok Darat Village, Bati-Bati District, Tanah Laut Regency. Activities will be carried out for six months (March to September 2023), starting from preparation (field survey, preparation of materials and tools) to the final activity report, including publication in the mass media. The target partners for community service dissemination are the chairman and members of the Alam Subur Farmers Group, Bentok Darat Village, Bati-Bati District, Tanah Laut Regency. Evaluation of community service activities is carried out in the form of a questionnaire to see the improvement or addition of knowledge and skills of activity participants (partners), especially knowledge about alternative latex coagulant materials, the benefits of using latex coagulant materials from Bilimbi, and skills in making latex coagulant solutions from Bilimbi. The results of the community service showed that there was an increase in knowledge among counseling participants about the benefits of Bilimbi (40%) and an increase in knowledge among counseling participants about the compounds in Bilimbi (75%). The increase in knowledge of counseling participants about how Bilimbi can be used as a latex coagulant increased by 89.7%, and interest in using Bilimbi solution as a latex coagulant increased by 10% from the initial 89%. For the sustainability of this community service activity, it is recommended that participants in extension activities be able to share the knowledge gained from this extension with group members who did not have the opportunity to attend it so that other farmers also gain knowledge from this training.

Abstract

Yoy Manajemen Internasional is engaged in the tourism services sector. This company is a sharia-based hotel development and management company that was newly formed in October 2020. The hotel and tourism business network initially used a manual system. The tourism information system connects various entities at once, namely: hotel managers, tourist attraction operators, car rentals, restaurants, micro-enterprises supporting the tourism sector and tourists. Tourists can come from domestic or from abroad. The purpose of this research is to develop a tourism information system specifically for the sharia-based hotel industry that integrates all partners from PT Yoy Manajemen Internasional. This information system connects two interests, namely PMS (Property Management System) for the hospitality industry and YPA (YoY Personal Assistant) for mobile applications used by tourists. The system development method by applying the SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) method, consists of: planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and training. Development of information systems with a management-to-consumer (top-down) and management-to-consumer (bottom-up) approach so that the development of information systems is expected to be more optimal. Testing this application was carried out through usability testing on both companies and SMEs assisted by PT. Yoy Management with a total of 50 respondents and 20 students of the Informatics study program. Usability testing using User-Interface and User-Experience users.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a dense population and among them are young people who have the potential to open new jobs. Many university graduates cannot be absorbed by the industry and they have to develop new businesses. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) reported that the number of unemployed for the August 2020 period increased by 2.67 million people. The number of startups is growing and growing in Indonesia, but the main problems for startups are in the capital, human resources, customers, laws and regulations, and market segments. This research aims to develop the "Sinema Startup" application which aims to create and develop new startups in the right ecosystem. The research methodology uses a combination of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) and Lean Startup methods with an Object Oriented approach. Respondents are potential startup creators, mentors, developers, testers, incubators, and investors. 1. Based on the results of User Acceptance Testing for the “Sinema Startup” Application, it was found that 93% of creators had no difficulty using the application and the remaining 7% had little difficulty. For mentors, 97% had no difficulty using the application and the remaining 3% had little difficulty. The limitations of this study are that not all stages of seeding, incubation, stocking, and publication can be carried out and the results monitored. The uniqueness of this research involves many users for testing, namely prospective startup creators, mentors, developers, testers, incubators, investors, students, and students. Testing this application requires a testing process that goes along with the growth of the Sinema Startup application.

Abstract

Dalam teori relativitas, Albert Einstein menyatakan bahwa waktu pengamatan antara pengamat yang diam dan pengamatan yang bergerak terhadap peristiwa adalah tidak sama. Selang waktu yang dirasakan oleh pengamat dalam kerangka bergerak diperpanjang dibandingkan dengan selang waktu yang dirasakan oleh keranga diam. Untuk dapat memahami hal ini, dibutuhkan media yang tepat untuk mengamati perbedaan waktu relafistik tersebut. Salah satunya menggunakan An Example of Time Dilation. Sehingga siswa mampu menentukan pemuluran waktu berdasarkan teori relatifitas khusus Einstein. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan di Kelas XII IPA3 untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi di kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data pada tiap siklus, terlihat bahwa hasil dari siklus I ke siklus II mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Pada hasil analisis data siklus I, untuk hasil tes peserta didik diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 72,25 dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada siklus II diperoleh nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 80,12. Hasil ketuntasan klasikal dari siklus I diperoleh 56,26 % dan ketuntasan klasikal pada siklus II 86,25 %. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Model Problem Based Learning berbantuan media berbasis web, dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi waktu relativitas khusus di MAN 1 Bungo Plus Keterampilan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengkaji pengaruh tarif logistik, last mile delivery, dan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja rantai pasok serta implikasinya terhadap kepuasan pelanggan perusahaan kurir di Bangkalan. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada tingginya persaingan tarif, keluhan terhadap pengiriman, serta pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang belum optimal. Pendekatan kuantitatif yang digunakan ini mengandalkan teknik analisis dengan PLS-SEM. Responden sebanyak 150 pelanggan lima perusahaan kurir besar di Bangkalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tarif logistik, last mile delivery, dan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja rantai pasok berpengaruh positif serta signifikan sebesar 87,70%. Selanjutnya, kinerja rantai pasok juga Memiliki dampak signifikan pada kepuasan pelanggan dengan kontribusi yang mencapai 96,6%. Di antara variabel bebas, tarif logistik memiliki pengaruh terbesar (? = 0,371), diikuti teknologi informasi (? = 0,220) dan last mile delivery (? = 0,144). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan kinerja rantai pasok untuk mendongkrak kepuasan pelanggan, dengan prioritas pada tarif yang kompetitif dan integrasi teknologi. Penelitian ini menawarkan rekomendasi penting yang dapat dijadikan acuan oleh perusahaan kurir dalam meningkatkan pelayanan.
