Abstract

Angka kejadian IMS di Jakarta Selatan untuk semua kalangan  mengalami kenaikan sebanyak dua kali lipat pada tahun 2020 hingga 2021 yaitu sebanyak 4.350 menjadi 8.691 kasus termasuk dengan berkembang pesatnya jumlah kasus IMS pada remaja dengan rentang usia 15-24 tahun. Salah satu faktor dalam upaya peningkatan pengetahuan remaja mengenai IMS yaitu dengan melakukan pendidikan kesehatan pada remaja seperti menggunakan poster dan podcast. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas perbedaan media poster podcast terhadap pengetahuan remaja tentang IMS di SMA Bunda Kandung Kota Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian quasi eksperimental (pretest and postest with control group design). Sampel menggunakan proportionate/ proposional sampling dengan teknik sistem random sampling sebanyak 40 sampel untuk satu kelompok. Sebanyak 80 respoden yang dikelompokkan menjadi dua kelas yaitu media poster dan podcast terdapat perbedaan nilai akhir setelah dilakukan intervensi dengan p-value 0,001. Penggunaan media podcast lebih efektif (47,90 mean rank) dibandingkan dengan media poster (33,10) dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja. Diharapkan kepada tenaga kesehatan khususnya bidan dapat menggunakan media seperti poster dan podcast dalam memberikan edukasi dan promosi kesehatan terutama di wilayah sekolah.

Abstract

The incidents of sexual violence in South Jakarta for all groups has doubled from 2021 to 2022, namely from 4,350 to 8,691 cases, including the rapidly growing number of cases of sexual violence against teenagers aged 15-24 years. One factor in efforts to increase teenagers' knowledge about sexual violence is by providing health education to teenagers, such as using posters and podcasts. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of differences in podcast poster media on teenagers' knowledge about sexual violence at Bunda Kandung High School, South Jakarta City. This research is a quantitative research with a quasi-experimental research design (pretest and posttest with control group design). The sample used proportionate sampling with a random sampling system technique of 40 samples for one group. A total of 80 respondents were grouped into two classes, namely poster and podcast media, there was a difference in the final score after the intervention with a p-value of 0.001. The use of podcast media is more effective (47.90 mean rank) compared to poster media (33.10) in increasing teenagers' knowledge. It is hoped that health workers can use media such as posters and podcasts to provide health education and promotion, especially in school areas.

Abstract

The fisheries sector has the potential to be an important part of world food security. This can be seen from the large number of fish commodity exports from developing countries in 2014 amounting to 50% of total exports. The aim of this research is to determine the assessment of the leadership of the group leader and the dynamics of the catfish cultivation group and to determine the relationship between the leadership of the group leader and the dynamics of the catfish cultivation group in Tualang Village. The research used is descriptive in nature. Respondents in this study totaled 17 people. The analysis used to analyze the leadership assessment of the group leader and group dynamics uses Likert scale analysis. Meanwhile, to analyze the relationship between group leader leadership and group dynamics using Spearman rank test analysis. The research results showed that the level of leadership of the head of the catfish cultivator group was 594 in the "Very good" category and the level of dynamism of the catfish cultivator group was 2,205 in the "Dynamic" category. Meanwhile, based on the Spearman rank test on the relationship between the leadership of the group leader and the group dynamics of catfish cultivators, it shows a correlation coefficient value of 0.658, which means there is a strong relationship between the leadership of the group leader and group dynamics.
