Abstract

This article aims to examine the strategies that SMK Insan Mandiri Garut should implement to increase graduates who are ready to work. The method used in this research is a qualitative method, namely a special examination that is different in nature and generally uses a top-down examination. From the results it is known that the Insan Mandiri Garut Vocational School research has not been successful in its implementation pattern. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the position of Insan Mandiri Garut Vocational School is in quadrant 1. This means that Insan Mandiri Garut Vocational School has opportunities and strengths so that existing opportunities can be utilized as well as possible by optimizing the strengths they have. The strategy that should be implemented in this condition is a growth-oriented strategy or known as the S-O strategy which includes: (a) Improving the quality of graduates through various academic achievements, competency certification, learning innovation, and establishing partnerships with more bona fide parties. business world; (b) Increasing the commitment/loyalty of teaching and education staff by ensuring their welfare; (c) Organizing a competency-based education and training model by utilizing developments in information and communication technology; and (d) Increasing the quality and quantity of prospective new student recruitment through promotional activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of local content of Banten Javanese Language in the Independent Curriculum at SDN Kewunen, Serang, Banten. The selection of Banten Javanese as a local content at SDN Kewunen is based on efforts to preserve the Banten Javanese language. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach Data collection techniques are carried out through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the implementation research are still faced with various obstacles, the limitation of teaching materials, the lack of interactive learning media and the majority of teachers feel that further training is needed to improve the quality of teaching. Students tend to show a positive attitude towards this learning, but limited learning methods lead to less than optimal their understanding and engagement. The development of adequate teaching materials, a variety of learning methods, and more diverse evaluations are needed to increase the effectiveness of Banten Javanese language learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the structure, function, and role of traditional leadership in Citorek Village, especially in Ciusul Village, Cibeber District, Lebak Regency.The main focus of this research is to uncover the decision-making process carried out in the context of customary leadership and village government.Traditional leadership in Ciusul has a crucial role in maintaining the social and cultural balance of the local community.The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation analysis.The results of the study show that customary leadership contributes significantly to maintaining the culture and traditions inherited by previous ancestors, while the role of formal government in customary leadership is to support the sustainability and recognition of indigenous peoples.The existence of this collaboration is very effective in maintaining and preserving both culture and nature.This research provides insight into the sustainability of the customary leadership system in the midst of modernization and has the potential to contribute to the development of policies that support the preservation of local culture in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran kepemimpinan inovatif kepala sekolah dalam implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah (MBS) di SDN Patia 1. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah mempraktikkan kepemimpinan inovatif melalui pengambilan keputusan partisipatif, pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pengelolaan administrasi, serta penguatan budaya sekolah berbasis kolaborasi dan inovasi. Strategi inovatif ini berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru, keterlibatan orang tua, dan pencapaian siswa. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan yang adaptif, kreatif, dan komunikatif menjadi kunci keberhasilan MBS, terutama dalam menghadapi tantangan perubahan di lingkungan pendidikan dasar. Temuan ini merekomendasikan pentingnya pelatihan kepemimpinan inovatif bagi kepala sekolah serta penguatan dukungan stakeholder dalam mendukung MBS yang efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan muatan lokal Bahasa Jawa Banten dalam Kurikulum Merdeka di SDN Kewunen, Serang, Banten. Pemilihan Bahasa Jawa Banten sebagai muatan lokal di SDN Kewunen ini didasarkan pada upaya pelestarian bahasa Jawa Banten. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian pelaksanaan masih dihadapkan pada berbagai kendala, adanya keterbatasan bahan ajar, kurangnya media pembelajaran interaktif serta mayoritas guru merasa perlu pelatihan lebih lanjut untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran. Siswa cenderung menunjukkan sikap positif terhadap pembelajaran ini, namun metode pembelajaran yang terbatas menyebabkan kurang optimalnya pemahaman dan keterlibatan mereka. Diperlukan pengembangan bahan ajar yang memadai, variasi metode pembelajaran, serta evaluasi yang lebih beragam untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa Banten di sekolah dasar.Abstract: This study aims to analyze the implementation of Banten Javanese local content in Merdeka Curriculum at SDN Kewunen, Serang, Banten. Students tend to show a positive attitude towards this learning, but limited learning methods cause less than optimal understanding and involvement. It is necessary to develop adequate teaching materials, a variety of learning methods, and more diverse evaluations to improve the effectiveness of learning Banten Javanese in primary schools.
