Abstract

Earthquake disasters often have a significant impact on society, not only physically but also pshychologically and economically. Post disaster recovery not only requires efforts tto rebuild physical infrastructure, but also needs to pay serious attention to individual psychological recovery and entrepreneurial assistance for victims. Psychological recovery for Cugenang resident is an important aspect in restoring the mental well-being of individuals and communities affected by the earthquake. Counselling and trauma therapy is carried out in the community as well as children by the service team. Entrepreneurship assistance is also an important factor in rebuilding the economic sustainability of the community after the Cianjur Cugenang earthquake. This on going assistance needs to be carried out so that the recovery process also runs well and quickly.

Abstract

Etika bisnis medis menghadirkan dilema kompleks dalam praktik layanan kesehatan modern, di mana pertimbangan moral, kesejahteraan pasien, dan keberlanjutan ekonomi harus diselaraskan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan penerapan Deontological Ethical Theory, Theological Ethical Theory, dan Utilitarian Ethical Theory dalam konteks bisnis medis. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi literatur, analisis ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana masing-masing teori mengarahkan pengambilan keputusan etis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Deontological Ethical Theory menekankan pentingnya tanggung jawab moral dan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip etika universal seperti kejujuran, keadilan, dan penghormatan terhadap hak pasien. Meskipun memberikan landasan etis yang kuat, teori ini cenderung kaku dalam menghadapi dilema kompleks yang membutuhkan pertimbangan kontekstual. Theological Ethical Theory menekankan nilai-nilai moral yang bersumber dari ajaran agama dan spiritualitas, memberikan kekuatan etis yang kuat terutama dalam komunitas dengan keyakinan religius yang dominan. Namun, pendekatan ini dapat menghadapi kendala dalam lingkungan yang pluralistik atau sekuler. Sementara itu, Utilitarian Ethical Theory menilai tindakan berdasarkan hasil yang menghasilkan manfaat terbesar bagi jumlah orang terbanyak. Pendekatan ini dianggap lebih fleksibel dan adaptif dalam pengambilan keputusan medis, terutama dalam kebijakan publik, namun berisiko mengabaikan hak dan kepentingan individu. Oleh karena itu, integrasi ketiga teori etika tersebut penting untuk membangun kerangka etika bisnis medis yang seimbang, adil, dan responsif terhadap dinamika moral dan sosial dalam dunia medis saat ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis konflik kepentingan antara dimensi bisnis dan pelayanan kesehatan dalam administrasi rumah sakit melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review terhadap sepuluh jurnal terkini. Temuan mengindikasikan bahwa keseimbangan antara imperatif ekonomi dan pelayanan berkualitas memerlukan iklim etis kondusif dan program etika terstruktur. Faktor kultural, teknologi emergen, dan tekanan eksternal mempersulit pengambilan keputusan etis dalam administrasi kesehatan. Diperlukan transformasi paradigma menuju model manajemen terintegrasi yang menyelaraskan tujuan finansial dengan nilai-nilai kesehatan. Studi ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan kerangka etis komprehensif dalam administrasi rumah sakit modern.

Abstract

The decline in outpatient visits is a major challenge for regional hospitals amidst increasing competition in healthcare services. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the 7P marketing mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence) in increasing outpatient visits at Mayjen HM Ryacudu Regional General Hospital in Kotabumi, Lampung. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with management, medical personnel, and patients, which were then validated through source triangulation, field observation, and documentation. Then, they were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing techniques. The results show that price and place elements are the hospital's main strengths due to affordable rates and strategic location. However, limited pricing flexibility due to government regulations limits the function of price as a differentiation tool. People and process elements play a significant role in shaping patient perceptions of service quality, while promotion has not been optimally utilized. A SWOT analysis places the hospital in a position that requires aggressive market penetration through service digitalization and physical facility modernization to restore public trust and increase visits by BPJS and general patients. This study emphasizes the importance of integrating all elements of the 7P marketing mix synergistically to increase patient interest in visiting regional hospitals.
