Abstract

Learners are the main focus in the learning process, which needs to be given space and opportunity to express their abilities in developing their potential and attitude of daring to argue and their critical attitude, but often students are reluctant to give their opinions, therefore this research will be a bridge for teachers to pay more attention and crave students who are less critical in learning activities. To complete this scientific paper, the author uses a literature study method or library research with a descriptive qualitative approach. To realize students who have courage and a good critical attitude, the teacher must be able to create a sense of security for students, be able to be friends, be able to motivate, and be able to create a pleasant learning atmosphere that can attract students' interest in learning.

Abstract

The formation of student character is very relevant in discussing the role of evangelism in shaping student character with integrity and faith. Thus, Christian religious education does not only focus on the delivery of theological dogma, but also on practical life with fellow human beings as seen from the character of students which can be done through education and evangelism in the school environment. As a Christian religious education teacher, it is expected to be able to organize the learning process and evangelism in the right way. This is where the need for the competence of a Christian religious education teacher in order to realize his duties professionally and responsibly. In completing this scientific paper, the author uses the method of literature study or library research with a descriptive qualitative approach.

Abstract

Women's leadership is nothing new in this modern era but has always been an interesting issue to discuss. The Bible records that Esther was a Jewish woman who was later appointed Queen of Persia to replace Vashti who then fought as leader for her Jewish people. The research method used is a qualitative method with literature research and Old Testament studies to clearly understand Esther's leadership style which can be applied in the current era of emancipation and Christian leadership. The research results show that Esther is able to become a heroic leader, supported by her excellent ability to communicate verbally and non-verbally.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui terdapat tidaknya 1) pengaruh metode ice breaking terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan budi pekerti di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Tarutung tahun ajaran 2024/2025; 2) pengaruh interaksi edukatif guru terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan budi pekerti di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Tarutung tahun ajaran 2024/2025; dan 3) pengaruh metode ice breaking dan interaksi edukatif guru terhadap minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen dan budi pekerti di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Tarutung tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif inferensial. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Tarutung Tahun Pembelajaran 2024/2025 sebanyak 159 orang dan ditetapkan sampel sebanyak 80 orang menggunakan teknik random sampling. Uji coba instrumen dilakukan kepada 30 orang siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Tarutung Tahun Pembelajaran 2024/2025 sehingga diketahui bahwa semua instrumen penelitian dinyatakan valid dan reliabel karena telah memenuhi kriteria nilai validitas dan reliabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh pengaruh variabel X1 dan X2 secara bersama-sama terhadap Y sebesar 42,1% dengan demikian Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak
