Abstract

The initiative of the Women Farmers Group (WFG) "Kalpataru" in developing and promoting superior products based on health drinks in the form of herbal medicine. With a focus on the use of local and traditional ingredients, WFG "Kalpataru" seeks to introduce products that are not only beneficial for health, but can also improve the economy of group members. Jamu, which is an Indonesian cultural heritage, is processed with a recipe that has been modernized to meet the tastes and needs of today's consumers. This product combines traditional ingredients such as turmeric, temulawak, and ginger to create a health drink that is not only beneficial for health but also attractive to modern consumers. The herbal medicine produced is kencur rice, tamarind turmeric, butterfly pea kombucha and rosella kombucha. This study explores the product development process, from raw material research to marketing strategies. Through effective marketing strategies and education to consumers about the health benefits of the product, Bina WFG "Kalpataru" is committed to expanding market reach and improving the quality of life of the community through sustainable health product innovation.

Abstract

The establishment of BUMDes basically aims to increase village productivity and ultimately improve the community's economy. The existence of BUMDes in villages, if managed well, can also contribute to a large increase in Village Original Income (PADes), including in Sanur Kaja village. However, the management of village funds for BUMDes in Sanur Kaja village has problems, namely competition between village-owned enterprises and customary-owned enterprises. This research generally aims to create a BUMDes management strategy in Sanur Kaja village so that it does not come into contact with business entities owned by traditional villages. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Research data was collected using observation, interviews and documentation. From the research, it was found that, technically, the implementation of BUMDes policies in the formation aspect could be implemented well. This can be seen from the process of establishing BUMDes in Sanur Kaja village because administratively it has fulfilled the requirements in the applicable regulations. Factors that support the implementation of BUMDes policies include the size and objectives of the policy, resource support in the form of capital, communication between organizations, social conditions of the community and disposition. The factors that hinder the implementation of BUMDes policies are human resources, the absence of an appropriate strategy, and the character of the implementing agent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawa. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 54 orang karyawan PT. Godong Ijo Asri. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan desain penelitian asostiatif, metode analisis statistik yang terdiri dari analisis regresi linear berganda, pengujian parsial (Uji-t) dan pengujian koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian pada pengujian secara parsial (Uji-t). Menunjukan bahwa variabel tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Godong Ijo Asri, variabel Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Godong IJo Asri. Dan melalui pengujian koefisien determinasi (Adjusted RSquare) diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,554 atau 55,4%. artinya kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh Motivasi kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja sebesar 55,4%. sedangkan sisanya 44,6% dipengaruhi variabel lain.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of financial technology (Fintech) on the financial satisfaction of micro business actors, especially meatball and chicken noodle traders in Jagakarsa District, South Jakarta. Using a phenomenological approach combined with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, this study explores how Fintech features such as transaction security, ease of access, ease of use, speed, and transaction costs affect user satisfaction. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with 15 selected vendors and the administration of a paired comparison questionnaire. The results show that transaction security is the most dominant factor influencing financial satisfaction, followed by ease of access and ease of use. Speed and cost are considered less important. Among the Fintech alternatives evaluated, e-wallets (e.g., GoPay, OVO, DANA) are rated as the most effective tools in increasing satisfaction, slightly outperforming mobile banking. QRIS has a moderate impact, while digital lending received the lowest rating due to concerns over complexity and risk. These findings show that Fintech solutions aimed at micro-entrepreneurs must prioritize simplicity, accessibility, and most importantly, trust. The study contributes to the growing body of literature on digital financial inclusion, which offers practical implications for Fintech developers, policymakers, and financial institutions seeking to support informal sector businesses through inclusive, user-centric digital innovation.
