Communication is very important in the implementation of various existing things, especially in carrying out various activities in the company. Communication patterns cannot be separated from the management activities of a company. Communication patterns describe two or more people who send and receive messages in a precise way so that the intended message can be conveyed or understood easily. This study aims to determine the application of communication patterns and find out the supporting factors for the application of communication patterns, as well as find out the obstacles that exist when implementing communication patterns at PT Huma Indah Mekar (HIM) Tulang Bawang Barat. The methods used in this study are qualitative method research, how to make observations, interviews, and literature or literature studies. The informants in this study were HRD, the head of the garden, the foreman of the garden care, and employees who were in the office (HRD staff). The results of this study show that PT Huma Indah Mekar has a communication pattern of wheel, Y, circle, chain, and all directions. Supporting factors are communication patterns, language acquisition, means of communication, thinking skills, and a good environment. Obstacles in implementing communication patterns are natural factors and HR itself.

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is one of the mandatory programs implemented by companies that contributes to the progress of the nation. Private companies, state-owned companies, and Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD), especially private companies, are not entirely optimal in implementing CSR. This study aims to determine the extent to which CSR planning, implementation, and evaluation at PT. Huma Indah Mekar are given to the community around the company's area. This study is a field study accompanied by an internship. The research is a qualitative descriptive type using interviews and observations as research instruments. The research was conducted at PT. Huma Indah Mekar by making human resource development (HRD) and HRD Staff as informants. The results of this study show that the CSR program in the company has been well planned, from building renovation, education scholarships, blood donation, and mass circumcision. The targets, objectives, and implementation forms have been prepared and planned well by the company's CSR team. The implementation of this CSR program includes the place, actors, objects, and feelings of the community around the recipients of the CSR program. The evaluation of the program that has been implemented provides an illustration of the need for improvement and re-planning of future CSR programs.

Pelaksanaan Program Kostratani di tingkat kecamatan diharapkan meningkatkan peran BPP sebagai pusat pengembangan inovasi pertanian, terutama cara peningkatan produktivitas padi. Kostratani menjadi upaya akselerasi pembangunan sektor pertanian dan partisipasi peran dari PPL sebagai pendamping petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat keberhasilan program Kostratani dan kontribusinya dalam meningkatkan produktivitas padi sehingga mampu mengoptimalkan ketahanan pangan di daerah. Pengamatan primer dilakukan di Kabupaten Lampung Timur dan Lampung Tengah, lokasi ini merupakan wilayah percontohan di Provinsi Lampung sebagai pelaksana program Kostratani dan lokasi pertama kali menerapkan Kostratani yang merupakan alokasi Kostratani di Provinsi Lampung Tahun 2019, selain beberapa wilayah lainnya. Data sekunder sebagai data pendukung penelitian dikumpulkan melalui studi pustaka dan berberapa sumber. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kegiatan Kostratani sudah berjalan baik, dan adanya peningkatan produktivitas padi dari 48.62 Ku/Ha 2020, dan 2022 meningkat menjadi 51,87 Ku/Ha. Program Kostratani berhasil meningkatkan produktivitas padi dan meningkatkan peran-peran dari BPP itu sendiri.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui berbagai upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesejaheraan keluarga petani kopi dan menganalisis berbagai faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga petani kopi. Hasil penelitian berbagai upaya yang dilakukan untuk melaksanakan peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga desa tertinggal yang ada di Kecamatan Tanjung Raja, Kabupaten Lampung Utara adalah adanya program pemberdayaan nasional. Kegiatan-kegiatan yang ada pada program pemberdayaan masyarakat ini seperti : Program Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT), Program bantuan perorangan/kelompok, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat lokal. Adanya peran tambahan dari pihak keluarga yang membantu memanajemen keuangan keluarga. Dan terlaksananya modal sosial yang baik pada petani kopi. Sedangkan untuk karakteristik-karakteristik petani kopi yang berhubungan dengan tingkat kesejahteraan keluarga berada pada adalah umur petani (X1), pendidikan terakhir (X2), kepemilikan lahan (X5), luas lahan (X6), dan jarak kebun (X7) kelima variabel independen tersebut memiliki nilai signifikan yang kurang dari 0,05 atau 0,01 lama usahatani dan umur tanaman kopi tidak berhubungan. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Tanjung Raja, Kabupaten Lampung Utara yang melaksanakan kegiatan perkebunan kopi. Desa Sindang Marga dan Gunung Sadar adalah dua desa yang dipilih secara sengaja. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 44 yang terdiri atas 33 petani kopi di Desa Sindang Marga dan 11 petani kopi di Desa Gunung Sadar. Penelitian kepada responden dilakukan secara pada Februari 2022. Metode analisis tujuan pertama analisis kualitatif study literatur dan analisis rankspearman adalah analisis pada tujuan kedua.

The research aims to find out the level of utilization of information technology by Field Agricultural Extension and analyze the influence of information technology utilization by Field Agricultural Extension on the Function of BPP as a Learning Center. The research was conducted in December 2021 - January 2022 in Central Lampung Distriet on four BPP namely BPP Gunung Sugih, Seputih Raman, Kota Gajah, and Trimurjo. Respondents in this study were Field Agricultural Extension as many as 40 people. Research methods were conducted in a descriptive quantitative and simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed field agricultural extensionists have utilized information technology by 57,50 percent. Utilization of information technology was utilized as part of information and data centers, governance management, communication, and data analysis. There was no influence between the utilization of information technology by Field Agricultural Extension to the function of BPP as a learning center. The Agricultural Extension Center was optimized for various activity centers such as agribusiness consultation, agricultural development center, data and information center and so on.

Namun, kapasitas pelaku UMKM dalam mengakses pasar melalui digitalisasi masih terbatas. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan digitalisasi pelaku UMKM Wanita. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan/ceramah, diskusi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Rangkaian kegiatan ini dilakukan pada bulan November 2023 hingga April 2024 berlokasi di Kabupaten Pesawaran. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan kepada pelaku UMKM wanita, maka berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas digital UMKM, baik dari segi pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan UMKM, terutama dalam pemanfaatan pembukuan digital, toko online, dan transaksi digital. Pendampingan berkelanjutan dan massif diperlukan agar UMKM tetap konsisten dalam pemanfaatan digitalisasi untuk pengembangan usaha dan dapat menjadi mentor bagi pelaku UMKM wanita lainnya

The unavailability of sufficient land for the community to carry out various agricultural activities makes the community experience socio-economic problems that continue to occur. The lack of implementation of existing social empowerment from a company makes people feel that there is a lack of company commitment to providing social activities to the community. The non-implementation of social empowerment or CSR makes people not have a good relationship with companies which makes social conflict problems always occur. This study aims to determine the extent of CSR implementation or social empowerment that exists and the relationship between social empowerment and conflicts that occur between communities and companies. This study used descriptive analysis, with informants of as many as 18 people from parties within the company and community as well as related stakeholders. The study was conducted from March to July 2023. The results showed that the company did not implement social empowerment in the community properly. The company's empowerment programs are no longer running back. Companies can currently only carry out activities in the form of assistance or social compensation, even if the activities are at certain times. The implementation of empowerment that is not well carried out is what makes social conflict factors arise in the community and company.

This study aims to examine the level of community norm support and government support in enhancing the waste management skills of women farmers within the Sustainable Food Yard Program (P2L) in Srengsem Subdistrict, Bandar Lampung City, as well as to analyze the relationship between social norms and government support with the skill level of women farmers in managing household waste in the same area. This research was conducted in November 2021 in Srengsem Subdistrict, Bandar Lampung City, involving a total sample of 40 respondents selected through purposive sampling, comprising all members of the Kenanga Women Farmers Group (KWT). The study utilized both primary and secondary data and employed a non-parametric statistical analysis using Spearman’s rank correlation. The results indicate that the level of support from community norms and government initiatives in improving the skills of women farmers falls within the moderate category. This suggests that existing community norms and government support have not yet been fully effective in empowering women farmers to independently carry out waste reduction and management. Furthermore, the level of support from both community norms and the government shows a significant relationship with the waste management skills of women farmers in the P2L program. This implies that stronger adherence to supportive social norms and higher levels of government involvement contribute positively to the enhancement of women's skills in managing household waste

This study aims to determine the factors related to the performance of AEWs and the obstacles faced by agricultural extension workers, as well as to understand the relationship and impact of digital implementation in the New Normal era on supporting the performance of agricultural extension workers in Northern Lampung Province. The research was conducted from May 2022 to June 2022 in Northern Lampung Province. The respondents included 5 agricultural extension workers (AEWs) and 45 rice farmers. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method and Spearman rank correlation test. The results show that the factors related to the performance of agricultural extension workers in the northern part of Lampung Province include the age of the extension workers, level of formal education, work experience, level of work motivation, number of family members, distance from home to the workplace, availability of facilities and infrastructure, as well as the extension methods used. Agricultural extension workers face several challenges, such as limited funding, low farmer participation and attendance, inadequate facilities, and communication barriers. Digital technologies such as cyber extension and smart farming greatly support the improvement of their performance. In Northern Lampung, namely North Lampung and Tulang Bawang Barat, digitalization has also contributed to strengthening the role of extension workers in enhancing food security and improving farmer welfare.
