Abstract

One of the facilities and assets owned by Bank Indonesia is an official residence intended for permanent employees, office buildings, and other facilities such as borrowing rooms and goods that can be used by employees to support office activities. But in the implementation of maintenance of official houses and office buildings as well as the process of requesting room loan and goods still done manually. Therefore, a Building Management application is needed that can help the maintenance activities of official house buildings and office buildings as well as the process of requesting the loan of rooms and goods. Building Management application is a software that is used for building maintenance and management of all building needs including borrowing space and goods in an office building. This study aims to accelerate the process of requesting repairs to official office buildings and office buildings as well as borrowing rooms and goods. In addition, this application also generates automatic report recording output. The method in this study use V-Model is an extension of the waterfall model and is based on the association of the testing phase to each appropriate development phase. The result in this study is application to be built is based on the website using the CodeIgniter framework and the V Models system development method with stages arranged starting from verification which contains the needs analysis stage, design to the coding phase and also the validation process that contains testing of the application to determine application functionality and also know the level application usability for the user.

Abstract

Dewasa Ini website menjadi salah satu opsi yang digunakan dalam penyebaran informasi. Salah satu institusi yang telah diketahui menggunakan website merupakan Rumah Sakit RK. Charitas yang berlokasi di Palembang SUMSEL. Akan tetapi memanfaatkan website sebagai sarana penyebaran media informasi tidak semudah nampaknya, sangat perlu membuat sebuah website yang memiliki desain baik serta mudah juga dimengerti oleh pengguna, demikian perlunya pengujian kegunaan atau usability testing yang kemudian kita dapat melihat komparasi hasil uji kegunaan ini antara tahun 2018 dan tahun 2024, ini bertujuan menemukan GAP apakah disana ada peningkatan ataukah tidak. Menurut ISO 9241-11 usability testing meliputi 5 (lima) komponen yaitu learnability , efficiency, memorability, errors, dan satisfaction dengan pengujian pada 3 (tiga) level responden yaitu pengguna aktif, pengguna terampil serta pengguna awam kemudian hasil pengujian dilakukan perhitungan dan dievaluasi dengan standar perhitungan System Usability Scale (SUS). SUS atau Skala kegunaan sistem, dimana 10 pertanyaan yang akan diserahkan kepada responden untuk menjadi bahan pengukuran uji kegunaan ini, hal tersebut untuk dapat melihat skala dari 3 parameter utama uji kegunaan di dalam penelitian ini yang meliputi acceptability ranges, grade scale, dan adjective rating, hasilnya demikian komparasi dari kedua uji kebergunaan Rumah Sakit RK Charitas yang dulu beralamat di http://rscharitas.com/ dan yang sekarang beralamat di https://charitashospital.com/ mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan yaitu dari skor akhir 70,5 menjadi 81,75.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of Adobe Premiere Pro in creating a company profile video for PT. Ilova Corpora, a company specializing in gifts and souvenirs. The main objective of this study is to produce an effective company profile video to enhance brand awareness and expand the company's market reach. The methodology includes SWOT analysis, video concept design, and pre-production, production, and post-production stages. The results show that the implementation of Adobe Premiere Pro successfully produced a 2-minute company profile video with professional quality (HD 720x1280 resolution, 30 fps). The video effectively showcases the uniqueness of PT. Ilova Corpora's products, especially 3D crystal gifts, and conveys the company's vision and mission in an engaging manner. In conclusion, the use of multimedia technology such as Adobe Premiere Pro can effectively improve the quality and appeal of company promotional media, adding value to marketing strategies in the digital era.
