Abstract

Seminar Kerja Proyek (SKP) di Lingkungan Politeknik TEDC Bandung adalah kegiatan yang dikhususkan untuk membahas rencana penelitian yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa. Sidang Tugas Akhir (STA) adalah Serangkaian kegiatan semester akhir yang dilakukan sebagai syarat untuk menyelesaikan program studi baik untuk Diploma III maupun Diploma IV. SKP diselenggarakan oleh program studi sedangkan STA diselenggarakan oleh Akademik. Saat ini, proses penilaian seminar kerja proyek dan sidang tugas akhir di program studi Teknik Informatika masih bersifat semi manual. Proses pengolahan dan perhitungan nilai seminar masih menggunakan cara manual dan sebagian sudah ada yang terkomputerisasi menggunakan Ms. Excel. Permasalahan yang dialami yaitu proses perhitungan nilai yang cukup memakan waktu, dokumen proposal dan tugas akhir yang sulit untuk di arsipkan. Maka diperlukan suatu sistem berbasis web yang dibuat untuk memudahkan dan mempercepat proses penilaian SKP dan STA. Sistem dibangun menggunakan Express.js versi 4.17.1 sebagai Back End, React.js versi 17.0.2 sebagai Front End dan semua berjalan di atas Node.js versi 14.17.3, MongoDB versi 5.0 untuk database. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini adalah metode waterfall. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian Black Box, semua fungsi yang ada dalam sistem ini dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan, dan berdasarkan pengujian User Acceptence Testing (UAT) sistem ini terbukti dapat diterima dengan baik oleh calon admin dan calon pengguna dengan nilai presentase 84.6 %.

Abstract

Correspondence administration service activities in the Cihampelas Village Office, West Bandung Regency are still manual with submission forms, approval processes and data recapitulation that have not been stored properly. Time and location constraints and services that often cannot be resolved in one day are problems for people who need fast services. These problems need to be handled quickly to improve excellent service for the local community, so based on the results of interviews with the manager, an application is needed to simplify the letter-making process. The system development method used to make this software uses the Prototype method with stages arranged starting from the requirements collection which contains the stages in the needs analysis, followed by design to testing with the black box testing method. The application is made based on a website using the Laravel framework, MySQL as the database. Based on the results of testing the satisfaction level of application usability through the User Acceptance Test (UAT), the percentage results were 87% of the total 25 user respondents and 3 admin respondents, which concluded that the application built had fulfilled system functionality and was running according to the requirements of the user

Abstract

Home is a place where we must feel safe and comfortable, this is of course an important foundation for our role as residents of the house. But human awareness is still lacking in creating a safe and comfortable home. Sometimes humans take trivial things about house ventilation, sanitation of temporary toilet and lighting of a room. The important thing is to have place to live they did not conciderate about healty place. The purpose of community service is to provide counseling about a healthy home which is everyone's dream in Taman Bukit Cibogo, RT.08/RW.17, Kelurahan Leuwigajah, Kecamatan Cimahi Selatan, Kota Cimahi. In order to acive the desire out come, sosialisation is required about healty house. A healthy home doesn't have to be luxurious, but a healthy home is a comfortable place for its residents, so apart from being physically healthy, you also have to pay attention to it physiologically. The results of this dedication service participants know the conditions for a healthy house and healty soul apart from that the service participants can apply it to their respective homes.

Abstract

The environmental conditions and problems found in RW 05 Cisasawi Village, Cihanjuang are garbage. The final disposal of waste in Cisasawi village is still unclear and is often constrained by the distribution of waste. This requires good management regarding waste disposal in Cisasawi village, especially RW 05. The management carried out is community-based management, so that people are aware of a healthy and clean environment. Provision of trash bins around the neighborhood of RW 05 Cisasawi Village is the first step in an effort to raise public awareness in waste management. The next activity was outreach to PKK women and village officials in RW 05 Cisasawi Village. The people of RW 05 Cisasawi Village are interested in waste management through the Garbage Bank and the use of waste for composting.

Abstract

One of the facilities and assets owned by Bank Indonesia is an official residence intended for permanent employees, office buildings, and other facilities such as borrowing rooms and goods that can be used by employees to support office activities. But in the implementation of maintenance of official houses and office buildings as well as the process of requesting room loan and goods still done manually. Therefore, a Building Management application is needed that can help the maintenance activities of official house buildings and office buildings as well as the process of requesting the loan of rooms and goods. Building Management application is a software that is used for building maintenance and management of all building needs including borrowing space and goods in an office building. This study aims to accelerate the process of requesting repairs to official office buildings and office buildings as well as borrowing rooms and goods. In addition, this application also generates automatic report recording output. The method in this study use V-Model is an extension of the waterfall model and is based on the association of the testing phase to each appropriate development phase. The result in this study is application to be built is based on the website using the CodeIgniter framework and the V Models system development method with stages arranged starting from verification which contains the needs analysis stage, design to the coding phase and also the validation process that contains testing of the application to determine application functionality and also know the level application usability for the user.

Abstract

A community service team from TEDC Bandung Polytechnic conducted a community service activity in Cilame Village, Bandung Barat Regency. The activity was the construction of terraced ponds for fish farming. This activity aims to help improve the economy of Cilame Village residents with low incomes. The activity began with the formation of a community service team consisting of 13 people. The team then conducted a field survey to determine the location and theme of the community service. After that, the team made a letter of request to the Head of Rukun Warga 23, Cilame Village. The construction of the terraced pond was carried out at one of the residents' houses which had unused land in the front yard of their house. The pond is 2 meters x 1 meter x 0.5 meters in size. After the pond was completed, the community service team provided catfish and tilapia fry to the resident. The activity went smoothly and was completed on time. On April 12, 2021, the community service team handed over the pond to the residents of Cilame Village.

Abstract

Desa Pasir adalah desa kecil yang sebagian besar masyarakatnya berprofesi sebagai nelayan, dengan sektor perikanan sebagai salah satu penyumbang utama ekonomi desa. Namun, pengelolaan data hasil laut di Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI) Pasir masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan tidak efisien. Permasalahan ini melatarbelakangi penelitian ini yang bertujuan merancang, menganalisis, mengimplementasikan, dan menguji Aplikasi Administrasi Hasil Laut berbasis web untuk mempermudah pengelolaan data di TPI Pasir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Waterfall yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini berhasil memudahkan admin dalam mengelola data hasil laut, mengurangi penggunaan kertas, serta mempermudah user atau calon pembeli ikan dalam melihat informasi dan stok ikan di TPI Pasir. Dengan demikian, aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan data hasil laut di TPI Pasir serta mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi Desa Pasir. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi administrasi yang bermanfaat bagi staf tempat pelelangan ikan di Desa Pasir karena sistem yang dibuat dapat membantu dan mempermudah pencatatan administrasi hasil laut, di mana resiko kesalahan penginputan, pengelolaan data dan perhitungan dapat diminimalisir.

Abstract

Abstrak - Aquascape adalah seni mengatur tanaman air, batu, dan kayu apung dalam akuarium untuk menciptakan pemandangan bawah air yang indah dan ramah lingkungan. Namun, bagi pemula, memulai dan merawat Aquascape bisa menjadi tantangan yang rumit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi mobile berbasis Dart dan Flutter Framework, dengan menggunakan MySQL sebagai basis data, yang dirancang khusus untuk membantu pemula dalam dunia Aquascape. Aplikasi ini menyediakan panduan langkah demi langkah yang komprehensif, mulai dari pemilihan tanaman hingga perawatan sehari-hari, serta fitur tambahan seperti katalog tanaman, galeri inspirasi, kalkulator nutrisi, panduan perawatan, dan penjadwalan notifikasi. Pengembangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Waterfall, dan pengujian dilakukan dengan Unit testing serta Integration testing (Blackbox). Pengujian menunjukkan hasil yang efektif, dengan tingkat keberhasilan aplikasi yang tinggi. Selain itu, UAT (User Acceptance Testing) juga dilakukan, menghasilkan tingkat penerimaan sebesar 86%. Dengan aplikasi ini, diharapkan pemula dapat lebih mudah mengatasi tantangan dalam merawat Aquascape dan dapat menikmati keindahan serta manfaat dari hobi ini. Aplikasi ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat panduan praktis, tetapi juga sebagai platform untuk berbagi inspirasi dan pengalaman di antara komunitas penggemar Aquascape.Kata kunci: Aquascape, Aplikasi Mobile, Flutter, MySQL, Waterfall, BlackBox, UAT. Abstract - Aquascaping is the art of arranging aquatic plants, rocks, and driftwood in an aquarium to create beautiful and eco-friendly underwater landscapes. However, for beginners, starting and maintaining an aquascape can be a complex challenge. This research aims to develop a mobile application based on Dart and the Flutter Framework, utilizing MySQL as the database, specifically designed to assist beginners in the world of aquascaping. The application provides a comprehensive step-by-step guide, from plant selection to daily maintenance, as well as additional features like a plant catalog, inspiration gallery, nutrient calculator, care guides, and notification scheduling. The development of this application follows the Waterfall method, with testing conducted through Unit testing and Integration testing (Blackbox). The testing results are effective, showing a high success rate for the application. Additionally, UAT (User Acceptance Testing) was performed, resulting in an acceptance rate of 86%. With this application, it is hoped that beginners will find it easier to overcome challenges in maintaining an aquascape and can enjoy the beauty and benefits of this hobby. The application not only serves as a practical guide but also as a platform for sharing inspiration and experiences among the aquascaping enthusiast community.Keyword: Aquascape, Mobile Application, Flutter, MySql, Waterfall, BlackBox, UAT.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi telah memudahkan akses informasi melalui internet dan mendorong pertumbuhan platform digital seperti YouTube, yang memberikan informasi dalam format audio-visual. Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemendikbud) memanfaatkan YouTube sebagai media publikasi kebijakan "Kampus Merdeka," yang bertujuan mempersiapkan mahasiswa menghadapi kebutuhan zaman di tengah perubahan sosial, budaya, dunia kerja, dan teknologi. Kebijakan ini mendapat beragam tanggapan dari publik, baik positif maupun negatif, yang tercermin dalam kolom komentar video terkait. Untuk menganalisis sentimen masyarakat terhadap kebijakan ini, penelitian ini menggunakan crawling data di Google Colab dan algoritma Naive Bayes untuk klasifikasi sentimen dari komentar YouTube. Algoritma Naive Bayes dipilih karena memiliki keunggulan dalam komputasi cepat, kesederhanaan, dan tingkat akurasi yang baik dalam berbagai penelitian sebelumnya. Berdasarkan hasil klasifikasi sentimen terhadap 553 komentar di video "Kemerdekaan Belajar Episode: 2 'Kampus Merdeka'," ditemukan bahwa mayoritas sentimen publik bersifat positif, yaitu sebanyak 330 komentar, disusul oleh 78 komentar netral dan 110 komentar negatif. Analisis ini menunjukkan dukungan yang cukup kuat terhadap kebijakan "Kampus Merdeka," meskipun ada beberapa kritik. Hasil evaluasi algoritma Naive Bayes menunjukkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 70%, dengan presisi 79,72%, recall 70%, dan F1-score 62,57%.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to realize the work program of the chemical engineering study program, serve the community, build a spirit of mutual cooperation and social care, and prepare students in accordance with the development and demands of society. The target of the activity is the community of Cimanggu Village, Ngamprah District, West Bandung Regency. This activity is based on Pancasila, Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, and chemical engineering study program. The activity took place over two days, June 24-25, 2023, in Cimanggu Village. The first day was filled with persuasion to the community, and the second day was filled with socialization about making ecoenzymes from vegetable and fruit waste as soil fertilizers, and making tofu nuggets with the residents. This activity has been carried out well, and the entire series of events have been realized, including persuasion of residents, making ecoenzymes, socializing tofu nuggets, and helping residents with gardening. The response of the residents was quite enthusiastic.
