Abstract

Sedikitnya pengetahuan dan minimnya pola pelestarian juga pengetahuan tentang Bahasa Batak Toba di Indonesia menyebabkan bahasa tersebut kurang terjaga kelestarianya terutama bagi para kalangan muda yang terus mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Hal tersebut dikarenakan proses globalisasi dan urbanisasi yang berpotensi memicu terjadinya asimilasi dan akulturasi budaya, terutama didaerah perkotaan. Keadaan tersebut memicu terbentuknya bahasa baru (bahasa gaul) yang lebih disukai terutama oleh kalangan pemuda yang tanpa disadari hal tersebut membuat kita kehilangan identitas sebagai masyarakat yang memiliki suku dan adat istiadat masing – masing dan munculnya sekolah nasional dan internasional yang mewajibkan siswa untuk berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa asing. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pola pembelajaran yang lebih efektif agar Bahasa Batak Toba tetap terjaga kelestariannya. Salah satunya dengan membuat aplikasi penerjemah dari Bahasa Batak Toba ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia dengan menggunakan algoritma Boyer Moore Berbasis Android. Sistem yang dibuat memiliki 100 kosa kata Batak Toba yang nantinya dapat diterjemahkan ke dalam bahasa indonesia. Aplikasi ini juga dibuat sebagai salah satu penyebaran dan pengenalan Bahasa Batak Toba ke masyarakat luar sehingga Bahasa Batak Toba akan tetap terjaga kelestariannya karena aplikasi penerjemah ini mampu menerjemahkan dari Bahasa Batak Toba ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia atau sebaliknya dengan baik yang didasari acuan kamus Batak Toba-Indonesia yang berlaku.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi sangat diperlukan untuk menunjang proses kerja dan pelayanan masyarakat. Salah satu jenis teknologi informasi yang digunakan pada instansi pemerintah adalah website. Setiap perusahaan atau instansi memiliki berbagai sarana yang dapat membantu instansi memberitahukan informasi kepada pihak lain. Salah satunya dengan menggunakan surat. Penerimaan dan disposisi surat merupakan layanan masyarakat yang harus ditingkatkan pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Medan. Maksud dari riset ini adalah menciptakan sebuah platform berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah atasan dalam mengirimkan surat kepada bawahannya. Proses disposisi ini akan mengirimkan pemberitahuan kepada karyawan terkait dan memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengaksesnya secara langsung melalui sistem informasi berbasis situs web. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti merancang teknologi informasi seperti sistem informasi berbasis web untuk menjadi solusi dalam mengatasi kendala pengelolaan surat secara manual serta membantu Meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas dalam memproses surat masuk dan disposisi menjadi fokus utama dalam penelitian ini. Pendekatan yang diambil melibatkan pemanfaatan metode kualitatif dan penerapan metode pengembangan waterfall.

Abstract

Abstract: Based on Law No. 2 of 2002, Indonesia states that the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia is a state instrument that plays a role in maintaining security and public order, enforcing the law and providing protection, protection and service to the community. In the eyes of the public, public services are experiencing a crisis of trust. This crisis provides important lessons for local governments and the police in Indonesia. With various news about the police via internet media, especially Twitter, which can influence public opinion. User opinions are used as research material for sentiment classification using the SVM algorithm using 801 data. The data is then given labels (classes) using a lexicon based method with an Indonesian language dictionary. From the labeling results, 444 positive opinions and 357 negative opinions were obtained. From several opinions that have been obtained, sentiment analysis will be carried out using the SVM algorithm. This research also applies the word weighting method or TF-IDF. The system will be evaluated using Confusion Matrix. In the test results, it was found that the level of accuracy produced using the Support Vector Machine algorithm was 83.95%, precision was 85.71%, recall was 87,50%, and f1-score was 86.60%. Keywords: Sentiment Analysis, Indonesian Republic Police, SVM Abstrak: Berdasarkan Undang-undang No.2 Tahun 2002, Indonesia menyatakan bahwa Kepolisian Negara Republik Indonesia adalah alat negara yang berperan dalam memelihara keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat, menegakkan hukum serta memberikan perlindungan, pengayoman dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Di mata masyarakat, pelayanan publik sedang mengalami krisis kepercayaan. Krisis ini menjadikan pelajaran penting bagi pemerintah daerah dan kepolisian di Indonesia. Dengan adanya berbagai berita mengenai kepolisian melalui media internet khususnya twitter yang dapat memengaruhi opini masyarakat. Opini pengguna dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan penelitian klasifikasi sentimen menggunakan algoritma SVM dengan menggunakan 801 data. Data kemudian diberi label (kelas) dengan menggunakan metode lexicon based dengan kamus berbahasa Indonesia. Dari hasil pelabelan diperoleh data berlabel positif sebanyak 444 opini dan 357 opini negatif. Dari beberapa opini yang sudah didapatkan, maka akan dilakukan analisis sentimen dengan menggunakan algoritma SVM. Penelitian ini juga menerapkan metode pembobotan kata atau TF-IDF. Sistem akan dievaluasi dengan menggunakan Confusion Matrix. Pada hasil pengujian didapatkan tingkat akurasi yang dihasilkan dengan menggunakan algoritma Support Vector Machine adalah sebesar 83.95%, precision sebesar 85.71%, recall sebesar 87,50%, dan f1-score sebesar 86,60%. Kata kunci: Analisis Sentimen, Kepolisian Republik Indonesia, SVM

Abstract

Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Nadiem Anwar Makarim has discussed new breakthroughs regarding the teacher recruitment system through the marketplace. On May 24, 2024 since this policy was first presented, the teacher marketplace system has raised pros and cons in society. One of the social media that is busy discussing this topic is social media X. This research aims to conduct sentiment analysis of the opinions of Social Media X users regarding the teacher marketplace. Sentiment analysis was carried out by analyzing 640 opinion data. The data is classified using the Naive Bayes Method. The test results show that there are two classes in the test, namely positive and negative. This shows that platform X users who provide opinions are more pro towards this policy. Then, the data is divided, namely 90% training data and 10% test data. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, an accuracy value of 74%, precision 80%, recall 35%, and f-1 score 48% were obtained.

Abstract

Quality health services are related to patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction can be used as a benchmark for improving the quality of health services. Problems often occur when implementing health techniques, such as service problems at the Restu Clinic. Patients and their families indicated that although the Restu Clinic was established with adequate facilities, it had not yet reached the maximum level of service. These indications include long waiting times for examinations, a lack of thoroughness by medical personnel, and services that are not timely. Service quality cannot be separated from the dimensions that are the core of quality services, which are expected to meet patient needs. Patient satisfaction is considered an important indicator of good quality. This research will only discuss four aspects of service quality, which are reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy, from health workers at the Restu Clinic. The C4.5 algorithm is known to be superior in producing decision trees that efficiently solve discrete and numerical variables and provide satisfactory accuracy. Therefore, the author conducted a study to assess service quality using the C4.5 algorithm. This research aims to determine the factors that influence the quality of health services and to know patient satisfaction with health services at the Restu Clinic. Knowing the intensity of patient satisfaction with services at the Restu Clinic can improve the quality of optimal services and gain patients' trust in government agencies.

Abstract

The problem that occurs in Pondok Kresek village, Rokan Hilir Regency is the low enthusiasm of students in learning and eradicating illiteracy in the Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to motivate students in the academic field and to find out the empowerment of the Pondok Kresek village community in order to eradicate illiteracy in the Qur'an. Student activities that are specifically for undergraduate students and must be followed as a graduation requirement. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, which means the implementation of research that can produce descriptive data belonging to the spoken and written words of someone who has been observed. In this study, there are techniques for collecting data by observing, and documenting and using descriptive methods which are carried out by students directly. The implementation of the spirit of learning motivation is carried out by inviting students to learn while playing, learning while telling stories by sharing experiences and learning while taking quizzes with those who can answer the quiz get prizes. The process of learning Al Qur'an illiteracy begins with introducing hijaiyah letters and teaching tajwid. As well as holding the 1 Muharram competition with the theme "Improving the Intelligence and Creativity of the Islamic Generation in the World of Education". The spirit of learning activities and the eradication of illiteracy in the Qur'an can help children who have difficulty understanding the material and can recognize the importance of education and religious knowledge. Students try to adapt learning to student needs and create fun learning.

Abstract

Microsleep is a brief and involuntary loss of awareness that increases the risk of driving accidents. This study proposes a real-time microsleep detection system using Haar Cascade for eye localization and the lightweight MobileViT-XXS model for eye-state classification. The model was trained on a public dataset and achieved a training accuracy of 99.49%, a test accuracy of 98%, and a real-time accuracy of 90–94%. A microsleep event is detected when the eyes remain closed for ≥ 2 seconds. While the method performs well under controlled conditions, real-time testing revealed technical limitations such as sensitivity to lighting variation, non-frontal head pose, and motion, which affect detection stability and represent common robust-vision challenges. Despite these limitations, the system runs efficiently on CPU-only hardware and demonstrates strong potential as a lightweight early-warning system to support driving safety. Future research may explore expanding dataset diversity, improving environmental adaptation, and deploying the system on embedded or mobile platforms to enhance robustness and scalability.
