Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan (bukti fisik, empati, kehandalan, daya tanggap, dan kepastian) terhadap kepuasan pelanggan menggunakan kartu halo di kota Poso, penentuan besarnya sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan formulasi rumus Slovin yang dikemukakan oleh Taro Yamane, diperoleh sebanyak 84 responden, dengan menggunakan alat analisis regresi linear berganda, diperoleh hasil bahwa bukti fisik, empati, kehandalan, daya tanggap, dan kepastian secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan menggunakan kartu halo di Kota Poso

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of work ability and cooperation on employee performance at PT Nauli Jaya Persada. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis to test the relationship between the independent variable (work ability and cooperation) and the dependent variable (employee performance). A total of 40 respondents from PT Nauli Jaya Persada. The results showed that work ability has a significant positive effect on employee performance. This shows that by improving work ability, employees can achieve better performance. In addition, this study also found that cooperation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. With good cooperation between employees, they can work effectively and efficiently, which in turn improves their performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Investment (ROI), and Earning Per Share (EPS) on the value of companies in the automotive industry and its components listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The ever-fluctuating development of the automotive world requires companies that are members of this industry to be able to maintain their existence in the face of changing situations, both domestic and international. Apart from that, companies also have to compete with similar competitors, both from within and outside the country. The comp. This research uses a purposive sampling method to obtain a representative sample according to the specified criteria. The analytical tool used is panel regression analysis any's capabilities can be seen through the information contained in the annual financial report. The research results show that Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Investment (ROI) have a positive, although not significant, effect on company value on the BEI. Meanwhile, Return On Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS) have a negative and insignificant effect on company value on the BEI (study of the automotive industry and its components).

Abstract

This research is an insight into the literature related to the monopoly market in Vietnam, namely the State-Owned Enterprise Vietnam Electricity (EVN). State-owned Vietnam Electric Group (EVN) is Vietnam's largest electricity company, responsible for electricity generation, transmission and distribution across the country. EVN plays an important role in ensuring stable electricity supply and expanding electricity access in both urban and rural areas. EVN's monopoly market study in Vietnam is a study related to the structure of the electricity industry in Vietnam.

Abstract

Sawi merupakan tanaman hortikultura yang dapat memperbaiki dan memperlancar pencernaan. Hampir setiap orang gemar akan sawi karena rasanya segar dan banyak mengandung vitamin A, vitamin B dan sedikit vitamin C. Tanaman sawi dapat tumbuh baik di tempat yang berhawa panas maupun berhawa dingin, sehingga dapat diusahakan di daerah dataran tinggi maupun dataran rendah, seperti di Kecamatan Palolo.Tanaman Sawi merupakan jenis tanaman sayuran yang mengandung banyak nutrisi, budidaya tanaman sawi termasuk cepat dan mudah dalam pemeliharaan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan nilai tambah ekonomi bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Moringa leaves can be processed into chips which have added value and are economical. However, consumption of Moringa leaves is low due to poor processing technology, low economic value, and the image as poor people's food. This service activity aims to increase the added value of Moringa leaf products by processing them into long-lasting chips. The methods used are drying, mixing spices, and packaging. The results showed that Moringa leaf chips had a crunchy texture, savory taste and fragrant aroma. Moringa leaf chips can also be stored for months without reducing their quality. Thus, Moringa leaf chips can be an alternative staple food and a source of income for housewives, as well as an effort to strengthen local products.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penempatan kerja dan budaya kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan pada PT PLN Unit Pelaksana Transmisi Palu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 33 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penempatan kerja dan budaya kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan; (2) Penempatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan; (3) Budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan.

Abstract

PKM Kelompok nelayan WIA merupakan upaya untuk memberikan penguatan kepada kelompok nelayan WIA dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan, kemandirian, dan partisipasi masyarakat. permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh kelompok WIA sebagai kelompok wanita yang mengolah hasil tangkapan dari kelompok nelayan pemancing ikan laut adalah masih kurangnya pengetahuan yang dimiliki terutama dalam pengelolaan manajemen kelompok, dan juga teknik pemasaran yang masih rendah dengan jangkauan yang kurang luas. Urgensi PKM ini adalah meningkatkan kesejahteraan, kemandirian, dan partisipasi masyarakat Desa Malakosa untuk mengembangkan potensi dan kreativitas kelompok nelayan “WIA” dalam pengolahan hasil laut, membuka akses informasi, sumber daya, bantuan, dan dukungan dari berbagai pihak yang terkait dengan usaha pengolahan hasil laut. Tujuan PKM adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan, manajemen kelompok, teknik pemasaran, kualitas dan nilai jual hasil tangkapan serta olahan laut, yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan, serta meningkatkan partisipasi dan kerjasama kelompok nelayan WIA. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah memberikan pelatihan dan keterampilan bagi kelompok nelayan WIA dalam mengolah hasil olahan laut menjadi produk olahan seperti bakso, sosis dan ikan laut. Sedangkan manajemen usaha diberikan kepada kelompok nelayan WIA seperti pemasaran produk hasil olahan, pengadministrasian kegiatan usaha kelompok untuk menciptakan kemandirian kelompok usaha. Pada hakekatnya, kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra melalui pendekatan secara terpadu, agar dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomis dari hasil olahan ikan laut dan memperoleh tambahan penghasilan bagi rumah tangga kelompok mitra. Adapun metode pendekatan yang berupaya diterapkan dengan melibatkan masyarakat dan mitra itu sendiri melalui partisipatif sehingga dapat berperan aktif. Luaran berupa produk olahan hasil laut dan meningkatnya pengetahuan mitra dalam hal manajemen kelompok dan manajemen pengelolaan usaha.

Abstract

Maize is one of the main agricultural commodities in Indonesia, especially in rural areas. Most people still utilize maize only as staple food or animal feed. Therefore, innovations in corn processing are needed to increase community income through value-added products. One creative idea that can be developed is the processing of corn into chips. Corn chips are processed products that have good market potential, because in addition to being nutritious, they also have a crunchy texture and taste that can be adjusted to consumer preferences This community service program aims to: 1.Develop community skills in processing corn into chips.2.Increase the economic value of corn through product diversification.3.Open new business opportunities for village communities.4.Increase community income through marketing corn chips products.Methods used in this study, a) Socialization and Education, b) Technical training in processing corn chips, c) Packaging and marketing assistance, d) Monitoring and Evaluation. Processing corn into chips is one of the creative solutions in increasing the added value of local agricultural commodities. By providing training and assistance to the community, it is hoped that they can develop this business as an additional source of income that can sustain the village economy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work facilities, job placement, and employability on employee performance at the Central Sulawesi Provincial Youth and Sports Office. The method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis to determine the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents who were active employees in the agency. The results showed that partially or simultaneously, the three independent variables—work facilities, work placement, and work ability—had a significant effect on employee performance. Adequate work facilities provide comfort and support the effectiveness of the task. The right job placement can increase motivation and productivity, while high work ability reflects individual competence in completing tasks well. These findings indicate the importance of managerial strategies that focus on the provision of facilities, competency-based placement, and employee capacity building in an effort to improve organizational performance. This study recommends that the Youth and Sports Office continuously develop an integrated human resource management system to support the optimization of employee performance.
