Abstract

Marketing communication is one of the factors that greatly affects the number of visitors to a website because it is a design how to attract visitors in various ways, so that visitors know and are interested in visiting the website. This study aims to find out how tourism marketing communication in Lahat districs is through the website www.panoramicoflahat.com. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive methods, data collection techniques using interviews and observations. The results of this study are, 1) Promotions carried out by the website www.panoramicoflahat.com, namely through social media Instagram and Facebook. As well as cooperating with various news media. However, the promotion is still not optimal. 2) The efforts of the website www.panoramicoflahat.com in presenting information to satisfy the curiosity of visitors, namely by choosing words that are easy to understand and determining interesting titles. 3) In addition to providing tourist information in Lahat districs, the website www.panoramicoflahat.com also provides services

Abstract

Tujuan utama Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) Internasional adalah untuk menyebarluaskan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat di lingkungan sekitar Universitas. Selain itu, tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) Internasional adalah mendekatkan lembaga pendidikan dengan masyarakat, sehingga perguruan tinggi dapat membantu pemerintah dalam mempercepat gerak laju ekonomi masyarakat dan mempersiapkan kader-kader pelaku pembangunan yang berkualitas. Sasaran kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) Internasional ini adalah penyuluhan dan untuk peningkatan UMKM di kabupaten Bandung Jawa Barat berkaitan dengan pelatihan pembuatan konten kreatif digital yang dapat diaplikasikan pada proses pemasaran produk untuk UMKM. Hal ini bertujuan untuk menambah wawasan pengetahuan dan manfaat dalam pengabdian ini dapat diterima oleh para pelaku UMKM di Provisi Jawa Barat. Luaran kegiatan selain mengimplementasikan MOU, program studi juga menghasilkan Implementation Agreement (IA) yang bermanfaat untuk akreditasi prodi dan sebagai publikasi kegiatan akan diterbitkan pada jurnal pengabdian kepada masyarakat nasional dan artikel pada media online.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of the TikTok application by youth in shaping social behavior in Tanjung Tambak Baru Village, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra Province. This study was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were a group of youth aged 21-23 years who actively use social media, namely the TikTok application. The primary data in this study is a collection of information obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, while secondary data includes various literature that has relevance to the research object. Furthermore, the collected data was analyzed carefully and continuously using interactive analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the use of the TikTok application by youth in Karang Taruna in Tanjung Tambak Baru Village plays an important role in shaping their social behavior, especially in terms of communication style, level of creativity, and involvement in social activities. Social media, especially TikTok, has been shown to have a significant influence on these aspects

Abstract

This study aims to determine the communication pattern of village head leadership in efforts to foster the younger generation of coral cadets in Serambi Village, Jarai District, Lahat Regency. The theories used in this research are Behavioral Theory and ERG Motivation Theory. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach, then the object of research was in Serambi Village, Jarai District, Lahat Regency. While the subjects of the study were village heads, community leaders, cadet reefs and the community. The result of this study is that there are three kinds of communication patterns of village heads in fostering the younger generation of coral cadets in Serambi Village, namely, personal communication, group communication, and mass communication. There are several ways that the village head has done to improve the moral development of the younger generation of coral cadets, namely: (1) Join the Karang Taruna Organization. (2) Weekly payroll. (3) Learning and being with the children of Serambi Village. (4) August 17 activities. (5) Mutual aid. (6) Eat together after the activity. (7) Sharing with others.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and describe how the Internal Media Communication of PT PLN (Persero) Main Unit Distribution of South Sumatra, Jambi and Bengkulu in Increasing Employee Knowledge. The research method used is qualitative, with a descriptive approach. The object of this research is to discuss how the Internal Media Communication of PT PLN (Persero) Main Unit Distribution of South Sumatra, Jambi and Bengkulu in Increasing Employee Knowledge. Using Middleton's Communication Strategy & Planning Theory (1980), the internal media communication strategy with the POAC management approach is analyzed, namely: Planning, Organizing, Actuating (Controlling/implementation), and Controlling (monitoring/evaluating). The subjects in this study were the Communications Sub-Sector Manager, and the Communications & Stakeholder Officier. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The results of the research are program planning strategies, brainstorming strategies, employee targeting strategies, HR strategies, to monitoring strategies.
